I went here for the first time and dropped off three bags of clothing for donation. They offer you a tax receipt and 20% off coupon to shop in store. Drop off is convenient in parking lot in the back. No lines, fast, you get actual receipt u like Goodwill that digitalizes the receipt which goes into spam folder all the time. read more

Now this is what a thrift store should feel like. Reminds me of thrifting with my mom and grandma as a child. The place is big, has a ton of cool stuff, and the hunt is actually fun. You never know what you're going to find, and that's the best part about thrifting finding those random treasures you didn't even know you needed. As soon as you walk in, the vibe is right. The store has that true thrift feel where you actually want to take your time, look around, and dig for something special. They have great items, great prices, and there's something here for everyone. Whether you're a reseller looking for your next score or just a thrift junkie who loves finding unique pieces, this place will not disappoint. The only downside I can mention is they don't have a restroom available, which honestly sucks especially when you're trying to spend time going through everything and hunting for those hidden gems. Besides that, ACTS Thrift Store understands the assignment. 10/10 I'll definitely be back anytime I'm in the area. read more

This was our first experience visiting ACTS Thrift. The store was organized, there were plenty of staff on the floor circulating if you had inquires. Cathy assisted us with our questions and was very knowledgable and informative of their sales and discount days. We appreciated the parking lot was supervised and gated by a security guard who was very helpful and kind. read more

What I love about this place. Is they help battered women, with the donations that we bring. It could be a little bit more organized. But what an awesome organization this is. It's a Christian based which is why I will bring everything I ever owned up there. The girls are very helpful very nice. Well actually the men as well. Everybody's was nice and I will go back. This was our first time being there and it will not be our LAST read more

ACTS Thrift Store - Briefcase - Thrift Stores Near Me - Pomona, California

Large thrift, good prices, nice enough cashiers. Stopped in here real quickly and noticed they had alot of toys and stuffed animals. Lots of shoes and many racks! Racks everywhere. New racks, were off to the side and waiting to be put out but they were also shoppable. Prices for stuffed animals are a dollar, couple bucks, big bags of stuffies also a couple bucks. Shoes 7ish bucks. The store is not very clean. It very much looks like a thrift store and has kind of an odd layout. The front looks like the back and the back looks like a back exit. The front of the store facing the street has a display looking area, so from the inside, it's higher up and is accessed by a ramp. Kind of weird and an odd use of space. The whole thing could use a sprucing up. But like most thrifts, it is what it is. Quality of goods is so-so but they do have boutique items like Rothys, or mickey/Disney items and nicer jackets. I didn't check those prices. Anyway, would return but also noticed that they didn't have fitting rooms and I wasn't dressed for that. read more

This review is for Cat, who helped me during checkout. She was so kind and personable. I really appreciated her attitude and service!

‼ Reseller central ‼ Lots of good finds. Went in for scrapbooking supplies and found very niche yet quality items.

I am here visiting my son-in-law and daughter. He recommended I come here to shop while in town. I had a wonderful interaction with Cathy, one of the cashiers. She totally took the time to chit-chat and made the whole experience even better. She was so wonderful and ACTS is so lucky to have her! read more

I'm going to be real honest here, this place has really good quality clothes for low prices but the people who work here are beyond rude. I guess the volunteers didn't have much to do today and so they were taking a break and the two ladies working at the cashier complained and talked bad about them in front of me specifically pointing out which volunteers they felt were lazy and the problem. Like these are volunteers mind u, theyre not paid and u treat them like slaves. Not only that but the employees also give attitude when u try to ask them for assistance. I'm going to start being more mindful in regard to coming here bc while the stuff is higher quality, the customer service is lack. I will say the lady with the rings and bracelets is really nice and if u get her as ur cashier or Sam ur really lucky read more

I love this thrift store. I shop here often...2 to 3 times a week. Very sorry to learn today that one of my favorite cashiers, Stephanie, is no longer working in the front. She is now working in the back. Hoping she comes back...she has great customer service and is very efficient. Some of the new cashiers pale in comparison. Hoping Stephanie returns to the front line! read more

It's hit or miss on deals and items and the constant Christian music at all the acts stores is very off putting, I understand that the main foundation is about Christian values but not everyone is a devout Christian read more

Always have had good experiences with the cashiers here! I was there a couple of days ago and the cashier even went to great lengths to help me scan the QR code to receive the emails with the coupons. I was really grateful and felt appreciated as a customer. I ended up buying a jacket I loved for only $6.50 since it was 50% of that color tag this week. I also got a lot of ribbon for crafting for only 99¢! So cool! I love going through the crafting items and looking for special books to use for my junk journaling or just to read. I'm glad I found this place and wish I had found it sooner! read more

One of the greatest thrift stores but... The crowd of homeless people made me stop going years ago. There are literally like 15 people minimum that line the entrance constantly. Can't walk in the store without aggressive panhandling. It really sucks because I love this store, but it's just not worth it. The homeless people make it extremely uncomfortable. read more

I am a regular customer at this location, and I absolutely love acts for many year's but I'm disappointed by the unprofessional behavior I witnessed today. I am writing these few words to compliment Ms. Cathy a cashier who assisted my wife and me recently during our checkout. We found her very professional as a cashier, friendly, and above all customer service savvy. I would like management to take notice of her service delivery and friendliness. Indeed, she is a valuable asset to your staff. read more

Berry good selection and prices and the staff are very good and friendly and I like the coupon day

Thursday night 3pm-7 pm 40% entire purchase. My first time here and so far I am liking this shop. Each and everyone of the staff I encounter that works here are friendly . Building has no AC so if you don't mind sweating a little while you peruse each aisle , you sure will find some really reasonable prices . Some clothes I picked are new and has store tags still attached. Their furniture are much lower priced here then other thrift store I've been too. I am thrilled I found a boom box radio with CD and cassette player for $24.99 and today Thursday after 3-7 pm I get 40% off . Score!!!! There is a station at the jewelry area where you can test your electronics. read more
