Excellent customer service. Came here for Annie Sloan chalk paint. The owner was sweet and patient and I love that they are open on Sundays

It blows my mind that people get so mad and offended that this business will not take their items…read more Please people get over yourselves asap. If you need some cash just say that. I've been to many vintage shops all around LA, OC, and The IE, this place is a simple cool spot. I didn't find anything wrong with the place. I actually found some cool pieces and I'm extremely picky with what I wear. Just a shoutout to the place but to the people that cry and complain about the place not taking their items, oh shut up already. This place is cool.

Honestly, I'm extremely disappointed with DeeLux. I brought in high-end, quality clothing,…read moreincluding pieces that were brand new with tags still attached, only for them to reject my items. Meanwhile, walking around the store, I noticed racks full of outdated, overly distressed, worn-looking clothing that somehow meets their standards. It's honestly laughable how inconsistent their buying process seems to be. How are brand-new, higher-end pieces not good enough, yet clothes that look like they've been through years of wear are perfectly acceptable? Their selection makes absolutely no sense to me. I understand that resale stores have their own aesthetic, but there's a difference between having a curated vintage style and seemingly rejecting quality merchandise in favor of overpriced junk. The experience felt like a complete waste of my time, especially considering the condition and brands of the items I brought in. If you have high-end clothing or brand-new pieces with tags, I would seriously reconsider bringing them here. You're better off selling your clothes yourself than wasting your time with such a questionable and inconsistent buying process. Definitely won't be returning.
