I cannot recommend the house cleaning portion of this business, though the carpet cleaning was…read moreexcellent. Our experience with the cleaner, Susana, was highly unprofessional from the start. It began with a last-minute cancellation, followed by a late arrival with no apology on the rescheduled day. During the service, she accidentally broke our kitchen window shades and did not apologize or address the damage. After a quick inspection, it revealed that the master bathroom cabinets were neglected, and multiple windows and sliding doors were completely skipped. When confronted, she claimed the remaining dirt was "water stains" not covered by the scope of work, which was inaccurate as the dirt wiped away instantly. Fortunately, her partner saving the day. He did a phenomenal job on the carpets, removed tough stains, and graciously finished cleaning the exterior windows that Susana missed. If you use this company, hire them exclusively for carpets, and avoid their house cleaning services. The only reason she gets a 2 star is because of her partner.

If you are looking for a fast response, dependability of showing up and attention to the details, book your cleaning with Oralicia now! You will not be disappointed! The women who came were professional and detail oriented and very nice! Thank you thank you thank you! Very reasonable and competitive pricing for a deep clean! And I say this because other "companies" I had spoken to quoted a lot more and then for them to never show and stop responding to messages or texts which was very frustrating but you won't have that issue with Neetkleen! I promise you they're a TOP cleaning company that follows through! :) Thanks ladies! My home looks and smells wonderful!!

Hair left in the floor and dust not wiped. Windowsills not dusted, etc. The first visit was awesome and each follow up visit declined and 2 person teams were in and out in less than 90 mins. I requested these things to be addressed and they were always kind but continued to not follow through. I want a consistent team that does everything so how do not need to inspect.

Still no show & didn't respond to my text. So I texted her again around 1:45 & said if I don't hear back from her I was going to assume it will be a no show. And that's what it was, a no show, with no communication. Pretty rude & irresponsible of her, in fact there are a couple of more reviews that gave her a 1 star rating for similar actions on her part.

Initially the first day was a confusion amongst my tenants and she drove there and my tenants weren't home so I asked her if she would like to be compensated for her time and she said no, she would come back next day. I was quoted for her deep cleaning that was 430$ that was supposed to have the baseboards, fan blades, windows and everything deep cleaned, that was not the case. Karla was confused on what time to come and came 45 minutes late. I was quoted on a 4-5 hour job and she was there for 2 & 1/2 hours and still charged me full price, it's like her being late gave her a reason to do a subpar job on my house. It would have been fine if the job was done early and it was clean but my tenants were home and the restrooms were still dirty, the kitchen counter top still had food on it, fan blades still had dust on top of them, and the baseboards weren't even touched. I would not recommend.
