Unfortunately things were not continually done to our satisfaction. The teams were always kind and wonderful, but unfortunately I just wasn't given the quality cleaning I expected. Hair left in the floor and dust not wiped. Windowsills not dusted, etc. The first visit was awesome and each follow up visit declined and 2 person teams were in and out in less than 90 mins. I requested these things to be addressed and they were always kind but continued to not follow through. I want a consistent team that does everything so how do not need to inspect. read more

I just purchased a home in San Jacinto and requested for Neetkleen to deep clean the bathrooms and kitchen (inside & outside of cabinets included). Someone called me 15 minutes before they arrived on Thursday, which was nice. My parents were in town and prepping the entire house to paint (so they were busy), and let them in the house. I specified to the owner that I was moving into the house the sellers left a mess and needed a deep cleaning of the cabinets (bathrooms& kitchen) and cleaning of the bathrooms and kitchen. At the end of our moving day at about 11 pm on Saturday, I noticed the cabinets were barely wiped down in both the bathrooms and kitchen. I contacted the owner with my concerns on Sunday, and requested for someone to go out to clean them correctly (because I paid for the services already) and needed someone to come out that day or I would like a partial refund. Owner states my mom Ok'd the cleaner present therefore would only give a $10 refund for the sake of customer service. (She did offer to go on a Monday but during the week didn't work for me which is why my parents were there originally.) 1. It isn't someone's responsibility to monitor the you to do your job so my mom wasn't responsible for that to begin with. My moms only responsibility was to let them in, and let them out. 2. My mom was busy prepping to paint so she wasn't able to fully supervise the cleaning crew. 3. $10 doesn't even cover cleaning supplies that I have to use to do the job I paid Them to do. (They made a comment of stains, and I understand stains do not come out but the stains were not what I was concerned about) Overall I was not happy with services. read more

What service will the rest of their clients use? I don't see anything on their website? I was just notified on 2-11-21. I am concerned about the rest of the business. Honestly the service we got wAs the platinum and not worth the price. They cleaned around things, not moving anything. Our shower head became loose after cleaning was done. They missed an entire bathroom and the owner didn't seem to mind losing our business. I would say get the cheapest package if you absolutely cannot find another person to clean. read more

Hired NeetKleen for the Gold package, which is $170 and includes a few more items compared to the basic packages. Communication started off great, then became not as great (not horrible, but not great). On the day of the appointment, the ladies arrived 30 minutes earlier. I was given a ~5-10 minute heads up. I wasn't in the immediate vicinity, so I texted the manager informing her that the ladies could take a short break and gave her my ETA. I arrived at my place ~6 minutes later than my appointment time but waited over 30 minutes before the ladies came back. It would have been nicer to provide me with an ETA after they took a break (instead of being told "they'll return in a few minutes.") The ladies seemed nice and did their best to clean the place (electricity had shut off in some areas), but there was definitely a language barrier. I had a ton of errands to run, and was told that the cleaning would take 2 hours, so I left and let them do their thing. 1.5 hours later, I received a text stating they would be wrapping up within 10 minutes. I head back to the place (took no more than 10 minutes) and did a quick walk through with the ladies, which I appreciated. After they left, I noticed that the insides of the windows weren't really wiped down, and the window sills were not cleaned at all (which is included in the package I paid for). Overall, not the worst experience I've had, but scheduling could have been coordinated better on NeetKleen's behalf. I felt like I was made to wait longer for their arrival. Also, very pricey to pay $170 for less than 2 hours of cleaning and not having windows and window sills addressed. Will probably look elsewhere next time for services. read more
