I started doing business with Crystal in August of 2024 after moving into our new home. It was an easy choice because of the professionalism, thoroughness and quality of the service. Even when the service technician that came to our appointment wasn't as great as Crystal, she would ensure any feedback provided was implemented and was always super easy to work with. A few months ago things started to change. Early this year perhaps March the person who came to conduct our house cleaning left after about an hour, saying nothing and leaving her supplies including a vacuum outside. It rained pretty hard that afternoon and by the time we noticed I'm sure they were ruined. I spoke to Crystal and she came to pick up the supplies assuring me that it was handled and apologized. The following months after that we had a few missed appointments resulting in having to reschedule and finally, in June our appointment was missed, our arranged rescheduled time was missed, our third attempt at a reschedule was missed and at this point the business has just stopped responding. My messages have always been kind and courteous and inquiring about whether or not she's ok. But nothing. I do hope she is well and this is just a misunderstanding which, fine, I can make other arrangements for services. But it's just...weird. read more

I was speaking to Crystal through Yelp Messages and she asked me to call her when I'm available. I called crystal and the phone call seemed rushed. I verbally gave her my location, date and time. She said Saturday would be better than Sunday and I agreed. She said to just send her a text so I did... no response about the location or if it was still doable when she said it was over the phone. Not sure if she didn't hear me correctly on the phone because it sounded like she was multitasking and I didn't have her full attention. I think it's extremely unprofessional and rude to leave clients unanswered after you say something on the phone but nothing to confirm over text? Called to book appt two weeks in advance and was a no show. Won't answer my calls or text. I should have known when she didn't show up to do the inspection of the property that she insisted we do. She then called me 4 days before the appt to confirm even tried to get me to cancel my carpet cleaning with another company since she could do it ( Thank god I didnt).
