Crystal stopped by for a walkthrough last week Friday and assured me she would send me an invoice within 45 minutes. It has now been a week and I never heard back from her. Very poor communication. Would not recommend. read more

There were a few issues number one started with forgetting we had a cleaning. I moved my whole day around to have the cleaning and desperately needed it due to my in laws coming. It was rescheduled but just super inconvenient. The second issue was the clean. I had to constantly point out things that should have been obvious. read more

This is your sign to book with Next Level Pros! We had 2 cleaners deep clean our 3400sf home and they did a terrific job. The house actually shined and smelled great and I had guests even asked what service I used. Crystal delivers great help and care in her cleaning services. Pricing was fair as well. read more

Next Level Pros were so easy to work with! I called and Crystal sent someone out the same day to start the move out cleaning service we needed! We also needed a plumber and someone came the next morning. They were both kind, patient, and helped me with everything I needed. A big shoutout to Kelly for a great clean and Deaven for fixing all our plumbing issues! He was super knowledgeable and very professional. Thanks again! read more

I would not recommend this cleaning service. Very unprofessional on the job done . Bad customer service. read more

The team went above and beyond what I initially hired them for and actually managed and completed my move. The quality of the cleaning service was outstanding, but even more so was the personal attention and understanding from Crystal. I would give them 15 out of 10, and heartily recommend their services! read more

Crystal responded to my request for a quote quickly! I liked her pricing and we made a plan for her to come in the AM to pick up my junk items. Very thankful for her kindness & professionalism. She came, did the job and was on her way. I would definitely hire her again. read more

Crystal and her co worker went to my neighbors home for an initial cleaning and will be going back for a scheduled monthly cleaning. Crystal was on time and thorough. The quality and value of her work was outstanding! I have requested her services for my home beginning next month! What a relief to have her help with my home! read more

Beyond impressed with Next Level Cleaning Services. We sold our house and wanted to do a move out cleaning since we negotiated to stay in the house for a month after. I got a quote and set up the cleaning for a few days later. The owner, Crystal, came the day of and cleaned the house and she did a pristine job! She even made the rundown hardwood floors look amazing! I definitely recommend to anyone needing a move out cleaning; the price was very reasonable! read more

Next Level Pros House - Home Cleaning Near Me

Crystal and Susie were great. She was available next to clean our place. Quality was top notch.

I started doing business with Crystal in August of 2024 after moving into our new home. It was an easy choice because of the professionalism, thoroughness and quality of the service. Even when the service technician that came to our appointment wasn't as great as Crystal, she would ensure any feedback provided was implemented and was always super easy to work with. A few months ago things started to change. Early this year perhaps March the person who came to conduct our house cleaning left after about an hour, saying nothing and leaving her supplies including a vacuum outside. It rained pretty hard that afternoon and by the time we noticed I'm sure they were ruined. I spoke to Crystal and she came to pick up the supplies assuring me that it was handled and apologized. The following months after that we had a few missed appointments resulting in having to reschedule and finally, in June our appointment was missed, our arranged rescheduled time was missed, our third attempt at a reschedule was missed and at this point the business has just stopped responding. My messages have always been kind and courteous and inquiring about whether or not she's ok. But nothing. I do hope she is well and this is just a misunderstanding which, fine, I can make other arrangements for services. But it's just...weird. read more

I highly recommend Next Level. Crystal Camacho is outstanding! She did everything that she said and more. We had a "move out" cleaning done on a 3BR 2Ba house. Everything she touched was transformed. I appreciate the hard work of Crystal's team and I would definitely use their services whenever I need an impeccable cleaning job again. Thank you Crystal! read more

I hired Crystal and her team to clean up my house. Instead Crystal and her team has provided me with wonderful cleaning and contractor services. Crystal has been very responsive and creative with our renovations. read more

This home cleaning business is outstanding. I highly recommend as they put time, details and professionalism to the clients liking. I am so pleased and will continue to use them as our primary house cleaners. My boyfriend and I live in 3bed 2ba house 1500 sqft with 2 dogs and she cleaned and did the laundry. I'm so very pleased with the results. Very highly recommend! read more

I was speaking to Crystal through Yelp Messages and she asked me to call her when I'm available. I called crystal and the phone call seemed rushed. I verbally gave her my location, date and time. She said Saturday would be better than Sunday and I agreed. She said to just send her a text so I did... no response about the location or if it was still doable when she said it was over the phone. Not sure if she didn't hear me correctly on the phone because it sounded like she was multitasking and I didn't have her full attention. I think it's extremely unprofessional and rude to leave clients unanswered after you say something on the phone but nothing to confirm over text? I finally was able to get my place cleaned by "The Might Maids" which I highly recommend. Unfortunately I never was able to get a response from this business to give a valid review, sad. What kind of business owner posts clients privacy Information???!?!? DO NOT RECOMMEND TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE & BUSINESS. She can't even respond to reviews professionally. read more

Next Level Pros House - Unreliable unresponsive - Home Cleaning Near Me

Crystal showed up in 20 minutes and hauled away some stuff that was too big for our regular trash service including some plumbing fixtures, and a large table! Quick, efficient, and easy to work with. Great price too! read more

Called to book appt two weeks in advance and was a no show. Won't answer my calls or text. I should have known when she didn't show up to do the inspection of the property that she insisted we do. She then called me 4 days before the appt to confirm even tried to get me to cancel my carpet cleaning with another company since she could do it ( Thank god I didnt). I told her this was a move out cleaning and the importance of the date, she never showed up. HORRIBLE SERVICE. Don't waste your time. Believe the negative reviews. I wish I did. Comment continued.. It's funny the company can come on here to say they go above and beyond when I'm currently sitting in my home scrounging for a new cleaning company last minute. We were scheduled TODAY and they did not show at all but have time to comment on yelp. Then I tried to call and text to follow up no answer again. I just called from my husbands phone and they respond via text. She then calls him and I tell her who I am, she hangs the phone up on me. This is not a business, it's a SCAM and they will be reported. I later received a text about her being stuck and not having phone service. AGAIN...this is one lady scamming individuals, she could call my husband who she thought was a new customer but didn't have enough decency to call or text me that she couldn't make the appointment. Check the receipts for yourself. UNPROFESSIONAL. Beware the positive reviews are fake! The review by Richard Alexander F. Was left after my initial review which was negative. He posted to try and save their stars for service look at the time he posted in the pics. I wouldn't post this if we were not confirmed. Read between the lines her 2nd comment doesn't match the text. Now she's a liar too and if she has pics and text I hope she post them. I have nothing to lie about, I'm just trying to save someone from going through the same nonsense. read more

I hired Crystal for a move out clean. She was very communicative in terms arrival time, estimated time of completion, and was very detailed in explaining her process. I am on the cusp of moving out and needed someone to help deep clean our home so that it would be "move in ready" for the next family. I have been doing everything else otherwise in our 2 story home and it is exhausting! We have kids and pets in the home so you know how dirty things can get. Crystal and her partner were great! Walked through with me in the home and showed her the main troubled areas. They cleaned off the baseboards, windows frames, toilets, sinks, counters, mopped the floors, you name it. After doing all the painting and other maintenance stuff, it was a pleasant relief to have them do such a fantastic job with the clean up! I would recommend again to anyone, it's is hard, tedious work, but they did a great job! read more

Crystal did a great job cleaning my house. Her communication was excellent; she returned my texts promptly and sent me an update when the morning client ran a little long. I am very pleased with the job she did, the price she charged, and her willingness to work with me. She listened to my concerns and made sure I was happy throughout the process. Thanks Crystal -- looking forward to using your services in the future! read more

Next level has been worth everything they advertise and more! I own over 20 units with tenants always moving in and out leaving the place like a pigs den most of the time unfortunately, so I need a reliable house cleaner who can deliver with prompt timeliness and do actual good cleaning. The best way to rent your units quick with no overturn is to have them cleaned and ready to go. Most tenants that's the most important to them that the unit is clean all around, smells nice & is disinfected for their family to enjoy with no headaches. I was reading the reviews as one always should, and I came across a bad review and in all honesty they seem angry for one little hiccup. As a property manager & multiple unit owner, we will never make 100% of clients happy, it's impossible and it's the world we live in. This is just my opinion and you can listen or not, I just want to help other people like me who are in need and frustrated with zero results from their cleaners. Look no further than Next Level clean for your next appointment, especially if you do property management, real estate, property investor or the like, as you guys know how hard it is to find house cleaners that ACTUALLY do a good job. Next Level Clean is reliable, honest and entrepreneur woman owned company which I ALWAYS prefer, times are changing and we need to be with the times and support change within our communities. read more

Excellent service, they did an absolutely amazing job helping to make mom's new house sparkle. The house was really dirty as it had been sitting for a long time with no one living it and Crystal and her team came in and cleaned it to perfection. The windows, cabinets, floors, and counters all sparkled when they left. I was really impressed with her communication and their work. The price was very reasonable as well. I will definitely be calling her again for future cleaning needs, and highly recommend her services for anyone looking. read more

Just really wasn't interested in my money. Must be super busy and making bank. I couldn't get them to do the job I offered.

Tony showed up over 30mins late, then upon arrival after finding out he was the only appointment I set, He over charged me from $150 to $275 basic wash. Knowing that I was desperate and in a hurry to get this done he then proceeded to wash. You can see his work in the pictures below. This business lacks integrity and the professional tools to do anything but a mediocre job. I wasted my time and my money. This is a typical issue for single women doing business with unethical men. read more

Next Level Pros House - After the second wash - Home Cleaning Near Me

Next Level Cleaning is an appropriate name for this cleaning company. They took it to the next level, going above and beyond for what I had hoped for. We had an individual cut our granite countertop to install a new sink and faucet. Unfortunately, nothing was put down to cover and protect the counters, cupboards, etc.. What a disaster!!! Even our clean utensil drawer was filled with dust & debris, if that gives you an idea of how filthy everything was. The ladies came to the rescue and did an exemplary job. I'm SO thankful!! I HIGHLY recommend this company and will definitely be using their services in the future. read more
