In the past I've used one of the well known apps(services) to have someone come in and do a move in cleaning. Each time disappointed when the person shows up with barely a handful of cleaning supplies. When you talk to the Coldren team about a Move Out cleaning the review with you all the details they cover and you can tell they know what getting a rental ready will take. This confidence increased when the team arrived and started to unload professional cleaning tools and cleaning supplies. It was a team not a single person picking up a one time cleaning job. They spent a few hours cleaning and getting it ready for the final inspection. During the final walk through I only found a couple small things and was surprised they were able to clean a couple items i thought to be uncleanable. I was frantically calling people at 8pm on a Thursday night when my previous cleaner just quit on me halfway and I had tenants moving in on Saturday morning. She was the only one that picked up the phone and was able to go out at 8 am the very next day. Her prices were the best that I had ever used and I have multiple rental properties that need cleaning after tenants move out.
