Excellent Service. Claudia is a true professional when it comes to house cleaning. The kitchen floors and counters spotless, you could eat off them if you like. The bathrooms also spotless, and everything was put right back in it's correct place. The floors was vacuumed prefectly unlike most maid that just do spot vacuuming. Requested cleaning services for our new home prior to my family moving in. Araseli took about 3hrs to clean, when I arrived at the house, several areas looked untouched. The floors, blinds, master bathroom, laundry room and stove looked exactly the same prior to Araseli. When I told her I was unhappy she offered to come back A WEEK LATER. ( The point of getting my house clean was so my family could move in!). I had just had my second child 2 days prior, so I was unable to re-clean our new home. My family helping me move commented on what a bad cleaning job Araseli did, and my family then cleaned my house before I moved in. I don't understand how areas were uncleaned when my house had no furniture to move, and the majority of the house has wood floors. What ever happened to doing something right THE FIRST TIME. Made an appointment a week in advance, moved everything including our schedule around to have her come to clean my apartment, and she cancelled at 10pm the night before on me. The least she could have done was giving me a few days heads up, that way I could've hired somebody else. VERY unprofessional! Excellent Work! I had tenants who left my condo filthy. After repainting, re-flooring, and re-carpeting, all that was left was the dirty bathrooms and kitchen (with appliances). I emailed Araceli Cleaning and was given an exact price and date right away. They showed up early to the condo and got right to work. After about 1.5-2 hours, they contacted me letting me know they were about done. I arrived back at the condo and was pleasantly surprised. I really wanted to give Claudia a stellar review but I just can't. She is super nice but the cleaning service leaves a lot to be desired. I originally called about having my baseboards washed and the rest of my 3,000 sq ft house just spiffed up for holiday company. I keep my house very clean so there really wasn't alot to do other than very basic bathroom cleaning, mopping of floors, ceiling fans, dusting, window wipe downs and basic kitchen counters. She explained that the baseboards would be extra, which I agreed they should be because it's a lot of hard work! Upon arrival I showed her and her co-worker exactly what I wanted done. I even explained that three of the rooms didn't need to be done - two offices and a guest room. It was then she informed me that she only "dusts" baseboards and does not wash them. Huh?! Okay, it was too late to argue now.....my guests would be arriving in 28 hours. While they cleaned I checked a bathroom. I was dismayed to see the floor was not mopped or swept and the shower had areas that has been missed. My glass shelves hadn't been wiped down, etc. I asked her to re-do it and it was....sort of. I'm not argumentative so I let it go. As I said, my house isn't "dirty" so it wasn't a huge deal. After an hour and half, she told me they were done. 3,000 sq feet in an hour and a half?! I clean my house myself and there's no way. Plus baseboards? Ummm...ok. I did a really quick check because I was just kind of uncomfortable giving repetitive criticism. It was obvious my laundry room hadn't been mopped. I asked her to do that, paid (with a $40 tip) & that was that. After they left, I realized the ceiling fans had not been touched, the baseboards in several rooms had not been "dusted", my floors didn't look much different at ALL, the window sills in several rooms had not been wiped, several shelves had not been dusted, and everything that was wiped or dusted had not even been attempted to be put back in it's place. Let me sum it up this way - when my husband came home, he said, "Did the maids come today?" Yup. It was NOTHING that was above what I do myself everyday. I sent Claudia a text right after they left expressing my displeasure. She offered to come by and fix it two days later. (Kind of defeats the point, as I was having company the next day.) I reluctantly agreed. But, my husband and I decided to just take it as a loss. We didn't feel we should have to be disturbed and uncomfortable on the weekend because the job wasn't done right the first time. So, Maid Spotless did the whole house and WASHED the baseboards for the same price. read more

At first I gave them 2 stars now I am changing it to q because even though they came back a 2nd time to fix the problem areas still days later I am finding problem areas. I am just now noticing that it looks as though they didn't vacuum my stairs because I am finding cat hair still left all over the carpet. Very disappointed!!! read more

Man, their work left a lot to be desired plus their quotes changed 3 times. Two people showed up on time and that's the only positive I can highlight. The top of my curio cabinet was not dusted. There was some mold left in the shower. There were dust bunnies floating around when I got home. If the carpet was vacuumed, I don't know what equipment they used because it looked worst than before they cleaned my house. Streaks on my stainless steel appliance. I was really hoping they would be my regular cleaning service but sadly they failed me. The whole house looked like they did it in a hurry. Hope this helps. read more

I am writing this review for people to beware of the services given. I requested a cleaning 3 months ago. I had no energy or time to clean because I was pregnant and working. I decided to give cleaning services a try. Decided to go with araceli's cleaning, biggest regret. I was unable to make the appointment so i told the lady what i wanted done on the house. Dusting, cleaning of cabinets, floorings. Well my mom let the cleaning ladies in the house, left and recieved a call in 2 hours(i said wow quick service!). After i examined the house from the so called cleaning! I was extremely disappointed. The cabinets wrre the same. Cieling fans were filled with dust. Floors were left with stains. Windows didnt seem like they were touched. I would not recommend this cleaning service at all. Unless you stay and monitor these ladies. read more
