She said it would depend on how much needed to be done and then quoted me for the entire house. The lady came on a Friday morning and when I asked her if she wanted to see the upstairs she said she didn't need to because she did not plan on cleaning upstairs? She cleaned the downstairs and was paid. When I asked when they were going to finish, Ashley said they couldn't do it until the following week. (My party was the next day) My husband then tells me that she cleaned some blinds and not others, baseboards don't appear clean. Fan not dusted, staircase wood not dusted, cobwebs on supposedly clean baseboards, lots dust on several places. I send photos and cancel the 2nd cleaning after Ashley advised me that she was not available to come in person and see what was done. Never heard back from her. Extremely disappointed with them.

Gave the song and dance routine how she loved being her own boss so she could run her company to her high standards. Charged me 70 dollars for less than an hour without ANY results except smear marks all over floor. My house is just two bedrooms two baths yet she was able to miss cleaning 1 bedroom and 2 baths. She gave him a bid for a move-in ready cleaning and she worked for a few hours and decided that she cannot make less than $50 an hour and stopped. Don't throw your money away. Unless you are willing to pay someone $50 an hour to wipe things down and not actually clean anything. She took advantage of his kindness. He is a standup landlord, he gave her another opportunity to actually clean but she never responded, so he called a professional cleaning company and they were here Monday morning and 2 employees cleaned for 2 hours and they actually cleaned the entire house including all window sills and on top of the cupboards that were never even "wiped" down.
