Each time disappointed when the person shows up with barely a handful of cleaning supplies. When you talk to the Coldren team about a Move Out cleaning the review with you all the details they cover and you can tell they know what getting a rental ready will take. This confidence increased when the team arrived and started to unload professional cleaning tools and cleaning supplies. It was a team not a single person picking up a one time cleaning job. They spent a few hours cleaning and getting it ready for the final inspection. During the final walk through I only found a couple small things and was surprised they were able to clean a couple items i thought to be uncleanable. (My party was the next day) My husband then tells me that she cleaned some blinds and not others, baseboards don't appear clean. Fan not dusted, staircase wood not dusted, cobwebs on supposedly clean baseboards, lots dust on several places. He is a standup landlord, he gave her another opportunity to actually clean but she never responded, so he called a professional cleaning company and they were here Monday morning and 2 employees cleaned for 2 hours and they actually cleaned the entire house including all window sills and on top of the cupboards that were never even "wiped" down.
