I don't even know how to share how excited i was when David and his crew were finished cleaning my house, I had to hug the ladies for the hard work they did! My fiance and I just bought a house that looked as though it hadn't been cleaned in years, there was dog hair everywhere, grease all over the kitchen, splashes of who knows what on the walls, sticky door knobs, dirty doors, cob webs on the ceilings, grime in the showers and black toilets, just to list a few things. I was grossed out to say the least and thinking of having to clean an entire house this gross by myself stressed me out. After doing some research on Yelp I chose to call Coldren's and I'm so happy I did. David and his crew showed up bright and early at my home. He introduced himself and his crew I then walked him around the house pointing out certain areas that I wanted to make certain they would give attention to and requested that they rip the lining paper from the cabinets. David then explained how they will clean from ceiling to floor (literally!) and everything in between, then they got to work. And boy did they work! I popped in a couple of times and everyone was scrubbing away. A few times David came out to ask a question or permission to do something, I really appreciated his care and concern for my home. It took the entire day to clean the house, and that impressed me, they took their time to make certain they were doing a good job. Once they were finished up David walked me through the house showing me areas that were especially dirty and the work they did to make it sparkle. The bathrooms were transformed, everything in them was full of grime and dirt and these guys literally scrubbed them back to white. David even shared with me that the dog hair filled up 3 vacuum bags, Yuck! The paint on the wall even looked better, it's unbelievable how dirty this poor house was. Where to start! First, let me say that I have very high expectations and notice things most people don't when it comes to cleanliness. Second, David's costumer service exceeded my expectations. He went above and beyond for us. Our rental property management company didn't include the carpet cleaning as part of the pre move in cleaning, which David and I agreed was an absolute necessity. Recently, my family and I went to visit my dad and we were upset at the state of his carpet. My dad is getting older so I decided to take matters into my own hands.
