I hired Brenda to clean my one-bedroom, one-bath property, but unfortunately the unit was not properly cleaned. When I arrived to inspect the property, multiple areas that should have been part of a basic cleaning were still dirty. The vent had visible dust buildup, the stove grates still had grease, and the range hood and backsplash had residue and streaks. Inside the cabinets there were stains and marks that had not been wiped down, and the top of shelving still had dust and debris. In the bathroom, the toilet base area appeared unclean, and the shower head had heavy mineral buildup. Even the refrigerator had food residue and ice buildup, which should normally be addressed during a turnover clean. Because the unit was not guest-ready, I contacted Brenda and requested a refund for the cleaning service, but she informed me she could not provide a refund. As a property owner who depends on cleaners to prepare units for guests, attention to detail and reliability are extremely important. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I cannot recommend this service for turnover cleaning. read more

Lots of room for improvement. Regular cleaning was requested not deep cleaning (received less than). Broke antique item, uses "steam mop" which misses corners and leaves floor sticky with residue, door knobs are not cleaned, bath tub not cleaned well (calcium deposits and soap scum remain), she relocates items without letting you know where she put them, mirrors have streaks, not worth the price nor the time. Never showed up despite confirming on the day of that they would be at my house at 10:30 am nor would they respond to my texts and calls when I tried to contact them to get an updated ETA. Frankly, I'm very upset and disappointed as I really needed these areas of my house to be cleaned on the day I scheduled it, and now it's too late to find a replacement. Definitely my fault for putting faith in a new company to actually show up and do the work they promised on a date so close to when I needed it done, so lesson learned there. I honestly don't understand why you would book me at a time, then confirm that time the day of, and then never update me when things change. I'm not upset that things changed, that happens all the time with these kinds of services, and I would not have held it against them had I been properly updated. What I do hold against them is their unprofessional behavior and poor communication. I was hoping I would receive the same service as the other reviewers, but I guess it just wasn't meant to be. Sent a message looking for a cleaning service. Set a date and time and then the day before that appointment was taken all of a sudden. I'm very flexible so we made another appointment two weeks from the original appointment. The date before my appointment I sent a message to follow up and again, my appointment was taken by someone else but they could give another one in two more weeks????? SHE WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY THEN NEVER SHOW UP!!!!! I've never heard of someone requesting payment upfront before they even show up, but I still paid anyway. I paid Taylor $500 upfront for 2 cleanings and 1 floor washing....she showed up once and did a horrible job! This is also after my husband and I gave her $300 to get her bald tires on her car fixed just because we didn't want her driving her kids around in a death trap. When I paid her I paid through Zelle like I had done once before instead of to her husband's Venmo account. She told me that account had been closed...turns out it wasn't it was overdrawn so the payment went to the bank and not to her. She tried to tell me that there was fraud and asked that I send the money again. I ALREADY PAID IT!!! Then she had the nerve to text me asking "are you honestly ok with my family being in a predicament of being $450 short this month? if there is anything you can do... I mean make small payments and receive an extra 3 cleanings for the month" Like it's my fault she is overdrawn???? then she tried to guilt me saying her business would have to get shut down over this. Not to mention the one time she did show up after I had prepaid this money, the cleaning was HORRIBLE!!! My husband and I have been working from home since the Safer at Home order was started. We also have a 1 year old and three older kids and a large dog who sheds excessively. The process from beginning to end was a great experience. Tayler and her associate (we didn't get her name) did a great job cleaning our house. The kitchen and bathrooms were cleaned very well and they even tidied up our daughter's room (which usually looks like an explosion went off because she does a lot of crafts in her room). The reason this is only a 4 star review is because there was one walls/baseboards of the bathroom downstairs that wasn't cleaned. I found this business because I was looking for a house cleaner. I usually rely on Yelp for most of my business needs but have realized during this pandemic that most reviews are fluffed up by the owners friend or family. I am giving a 2 star because of the quick response back from the owner and the nice young lady that cleaned my home. However, what I was told when I scheduled an appointment is that two people would be cleaning my home (because of the size). Only on showed and told me that she was alone. "The young lady asked for a vacuum because she said,"due to COVID they weren't using their own". I thought that was odd because my old housekeeper and the ones prior brought all their own products and equipment. I paid $175.00, which I have no problem paying when it's a job well done but I honestly could have done the same job myself. If there had been two people versus one I'm sure more detail would have be given to the cleaning. I gave the young lady working a $40.00 tip because I was able to speak to her while she was cleaning my home and could tell she was just a young adult working hard and trying to make an honest living. I explained to her that the money was hers to do what she wanted because she worked hours and that the owner was already paid. Apparently the owner picked her up. 10 minutes after leaving I received a text saying, "I just picked up my partner ,Thank you for the $40.00 tip and for supporting small businesses." I have been blessed and still able to get my house cleaned once in a while but for those who are thinking to treat themselves and get their house cleaned don't do it with this company. I Would not recommend working for this company very unorganized and you never work a full 40 hours not even 20 hours sometimes and you will never get a paystub showing the hours you did work .. you will always be on her time.
