Crecia's Cleaning Service did an amazing job! Before starting, she gave me a detailed checklist of everything that would be cleaned and charged one flat rate with no surprises. My house looks absolutely spotless. She even deep-cleaned the oven and the refrigerator--areas I would never have had the time or energy to tackle myself. Her attention to detail was outstanding, and every room looked fresh and sparkling. I highly recommend Crecia's Cleaning Service to anyone looking for a reliable, thorough, and professional cleaning service. I will definitely be using her again! read more

Ana from Crecia's Cleaning Services did an amazing job cleaning our home. We've hired her twice already--one standard cleaning and one deep cleaning--and both times she exceeded our expectations. She and her team are very efficient, thorough, and professional. They pay great attention to detail and even walk you through each area after they finish to make sure everything meets your expectations. Our home felt fresh, spotless, and well taken care of. Their pricing is also very reasonable for the quality of work they provide. Highly recommend Ana and her team if you're looking for a reliable and trustworthy cleaning service! read more

I called on Tuesday to see if they could clean my home on Friday. she said yes. quoted me pricing and I went with the basic cleaning. Team will do the following; regular 4 bedrooms 4.5 bath Kitchen 1-Living area Laundry Deep clean $650 regular $380 Friday came and nobody showed up. I called and she said I was booked for Saturday 11:15. Fine. Then she changed it to 1:20-2pm a few hours later. Fine. Saturday morning I get a text they will be there at 9:30am (it's 9:12am). I said fine even though I wasn't ready. And nothing. texted and she said oh, 12-1pm now. She didn't understand that I said "it's fine. He can come now" meant he could come at 9:30. They finally arrive at 2:15pm. I requested to use my own products previously and they were pulling out all the cleaners. I reminded them and they said ok. I showed them the 3 1/2 baths. (Master bath wasn't bad, nor the second bath, the 3rd bath was pretty rough and the 1/2 bath was a 10 min job if that) and the bedrooms. I was in the middle of washing and changing sheets so bedding was on the floor. Because you know, waiting around I had to get stuff done. One bath I didn't even want them to do because my son was sleeping. Then Anna texted me that they can't use my products and needs to use theirs. I said no as my son has cancer and that is very toxic and affects his lungs. Then she says I need a deep cleaning for $650 for ONLY the bathrooms. Then lowers to $390 with no kitchen. At this point I'm pretty agitated and I decline. The cleaners leave and then she texts she will do $390 for bathrooms and kitchen. Last change before they leave. It was unprofessional and uncomfortable for me and the cleaners. read more

When I read reviews that say somebody's service was excellent, I generally am willing to believe that the service was pretty good. So when I read that Ana and her team were amazing, I was pretty sure I would get good service... What I was not expecting was my "wow! I can't believe my eyes!" reaction. I can't say enough about how pleased I am with the exceptional job that Ana and her team did. They deserve 10 stars! I had hired them as a gift to my daughter who will be having her first baby soon and I wanted my daughter to have a nice clean house and have one less thing to worry about. My daughter also can't believe how beautiful her house looks. Thank you, Ana and team! read more

Ana and her crew did a fantastic job at my home. I just bought the home, and it needed a good cleaning, they arrived early and knocked it out quickly and efficiently. They were able to get to my home within a few days of setting the appointment. After they were done cleaning, Ana sent videos of the rooms so I could see what was done. Very professional, I would highly recommend this cleaning service again and will reach out to them if and when I will need them in the future. read more

I'd give 10 stars if I could. They were set to arrive between 8:30-9:30am but were running about 10 minutes late. They text and let me know which I think is super considerate. I was getting my house cleaned on a regular bases but really just wanted a good deep clean. We walked through the house when they arrived and then all 3 got right to work. 3 hours later my house has never been cleaner. They went above and beyond and took great care to have me check everything before they left to make sure it was all good. I will 100% be having them back once a month to do the deep cleaning I cannot do. Hire them! You won't be disappointed! read more

Ana and her cleaning crew are absolutely amazing! I have been using them for almost 2 years! They are incredibly flexible with scheduling and make the whole experience stress-free. Ana and her team were prompt, arriving right as scheduled and got straight to work. They did an amazing deep clean of our home. Whole house interior cleaned! Very happy! Easy to communicate in English. I liked that we did a walk thru before and after! They took my direction very well! I loved that they moved dressers and cleaned behind. This was definitely a deep clean. I was happy to pay a little extra because it was super dusty everywhere! Hubby is happy with the service as well. This price was higher than what I wanted to pay but it took 4 people to get it all done. Totally worth it! Only negative was that a couple corners in the kitchen and bathroom that the mop didn't reach that I noticed after they left. Thank you Ana and crew! Job well done! read more

This cleaning service is very quick to give you a quote and does not waste time! I actually sought out quotes from a few companies but all of them would do only cleaning without organizing, and for $250 Lizz my lady completely changed my bathroom and my bedroom for the better infinitely. I would say this is probably some of the best money I've spent so far this year! They did a deep cleaning and organizing my extremely messy living quarters when I had no energy to do so and it's lifted a weight off my shoulders. Thank you so much again! I hope to not need you guys soon but if I do I know exactly who to contact! read more

I highly recommend Crecia's Cleaning Services for their professionalism, flexibility, and excellent cleaning work. Ana was responsive and answered all my specific questions promptly through Yelp messaging. She was also understanding when I had to reschedule my move-out cleaning at the last minute due to unexpected issues with PODS. Originally, my PODS container was scheduled to arrive on Tuesday, 2/25/25 for my relocation, but at 8:30 AM that morning, I received a last-minute call from PODS stating that the container could not be delivered due to driver limitations--despite having already paid for the service. This unexpected delay forced me to have to reschedule my movers and my move-out cleaning with less than 24 hours' notice. Ana and her team were accommodating. The next day after my movers loaded my PODS container, Ana showed up at my one-bedroom apartment at 6 AM on Thursday, 2/27/25, with a team of three other professional female cleaners, and even Ana's husband came to help with my move-out cleaning! Their cleaning was thorough and efficient--within about two hours, the apartment was left in a cleaner state than when I had moved in! The attention to detail and level of professionalism displayed by Ana and her team truly exceeded my expectations. If you're looking for a reliable and hardworking cleaning service for move-out, contact Crecia's Cleaning Services. I'm grateful for their help. Thank you, Ana and team! read more

Anna and her assistant were amazing my house has never been that clean , she's very honest and up front on what needs to be done , will definitely recommend this company . read more

I initially hired this company to do a deep cleaning of my home. For the price quoted, I expected more than what I received. I will state that their management was more than concerned about making the job right and upon my request at a next time regular cleaning, the manager came out personally and they did a thorough job. I had what I believed to have a conversation afterwards about what I expected and I believed we were on the same page. A day later, I found what I thought was my vacuum left in my hallway and went to put it away, but upon looking closely at this vacuum, I realized it was similar, and it was dirtier than mine and things didn't work as mine. I contacted the manager immediately and let her know that I thought they had mistaken my vacuum for theirs and would they please return my machine. After some back and forth of why I believed the mistake had taken place, and thought she was on her way to return my machine, she stopped texting me and I gave her multiple requests to return my vacuum and my requests were ignored. I led to believe this woman is one who is NOT responsible enough to fix this issue and now I'm left with a broken vacuum that is not mine and she has my perfectly functioning vacuum to use . I was moving into a new home in Canyon Lake, CA, and the original cleaning crew that was hired left the place in bad shape. I was in a bind and needed someone fast who could do the job right. That's when I found Ana and her team at Crecia's Cleaning Services. They stepped in on short notice and absolutely crushed it -- fast, detailed, and professional. The quality of the work was incredible, especially for the price. You can tell they genuinely care about doing a great job, not just rushing through it like other companies. Ana and her team were friendly, helpful, and communicative throughout the entire process. For the level of service and peace of mind they provided, the value was unbeatable. I selected Ana and her team to do a deep cleaning of my home to prepare it for photos. Overall, they did an a thorough job of cleaning the place head to toe. Here are the things I found especially good: 1) Responsive - Ana was quick to reply and answer all of my questions. All of them. 2) Pricing - I shopped around for quotes, and Ana gave me a price I couldn't refuse. It is a great value for the service level. 3) Service - Not a layer of dust anywhere post deep clean. I'm talking baseboards, the top of window switches, the top of light fixtures, shelves.... They even scrubbed my closet walls and doors to remove the scuffs. There were stains in my toilet bowl and stove I thought could never be removed, but Ana and team proved me wrong. Circle me impressed! 4) Availability - Ana was able to complete my project that worked best for me. I have an extremely tight schedule and Ana was able to accommodate. 5) Extras - I asked Ana to clean windows, and they cleaned both interior AND exterior windows (1 story home). I was happily delighted. So what's next? Well, I'm left with a house that's clean and smells good; I'm looking forward to the photos. And, I'll be referring her to friends and family in the area for their home cleaning needs. Thank you Ana! read more
