He has great attention to detail and I appreciate that he brings items to my attention when he notices things around the house. Mateo and his team do a good job of keeping on task. This is the second time I use Matteo and his crew to come clean my home. When he came in I let him know it would be cleaning the entire house with focus on tile in kitchen and bathrooms and floors in addition I requested walls to be clean. 2 hours into the job I get called upstairs for the tile upstairs and look fine I assumed there where going to finish cleaning the floors. Floors did not get clean upstairs, hand rail did not get cleaned my sink was left with residue read more

Thank you to Mateo and his team! I am moving into my new home and needed to do a deep clean quick before moving my family in but, had very little time. They responded within mins of my initial request (7am) and set up an appointment the next day. They accommodated my time preference and came in and worked very quickly! I'm so happy with the end results and plan on reaching out to Organized Cleaning Services in the near future. Being a fellow college student I respect the time and effort put into their work. Thanks guys I appreciate your support. ~ Britt read more

Unfortunately the kitchen was still dirty. They left cleaning residue on the floors and accidentally broke a window without saying anything. They charge 90$ an hour. I have to go back in and clean everything again. I basically got 4 blinds cleaned for 200$. Very unfortunate. read more

This cleaning service did an awesome job. I hired them to clean a home that we were putting up for sale quickly on short notice on a holiday weekend and they accommodated me with no problem. I live out of state and Mateo assured me that they would do a great job and they did. They arrived early and sent many pictures showing everything sparkling clean. Their fees were fair and I felt like I could trust them to do a proper job without having to be there. My Realtor arrived a couple days later to start the staging process and said the house looked great! read more

Detailed throughout the house, baseboards, ceiling lights & fans to mopping, vacuuming and wiping down cabinets as well as bathrooms. Did a great job! They brought all their own products, vacuum, dusters and more! The smell was a bit strong, nothing some open windows and doors couldn't aerate . Thanks guys for your hard work! read more

Background: I had a Saturday 8am appointment for a house that we moved-out off. They showed up 30 minutes before scheduled. To add to that, somehow I was expecting ladies but to my surprise I saw two gentlemen, ready to do some cleaning. Overall, my experience was great. They were professional, communicative, knowledgeable, and did a very thorough cleaning. And out of all the yelp automated quote requests that was sent out, this business not only offered the best price but was the quickest to respond/ask for my info to start the ball rolling. Would recommend to anyone in the IE and would definitely give them a call for my next house project! read more

I found Mateo just by simply searching for a cleaning company in the new area we moved to. We wanted to get the new home we were moving into nice and clean before the move. There was this terrible tub stain that we were unsure would be able to be removed. Mateo and his partner were on time and they did a fantastic job! The tub and the home look good as new! Reasonable prices, and great effort for whatever you are needing cleaned or detailed! We will use them again. Thank you! read more

I hired this company to do a move-out cleaning and chose them specifically for two reasons: 1) quick reply and to the point, and 2) reasonable hourly rate. Everyone else quoted me a fixed fee that was way too expensive. I asked if we can schedule only 2 hrs for budgeting and they were happy to comply. They said they'd be at my place from 8-10am. Three guys showed up at 8am on the dot, I showed them what needed to be done, and they were out the door by 9:30, AND only charged me for the 90min. Highly recommend them. Landlord was so impressed, she wanted their info for future tenants. read more

Wanting to schedule a Saturday home cleaning within the week, requested a quote via Yelp. Mateo was very prompt. Called right away. Took some basic info and provided a fair quote. He and his crew arrived 15 minutes prior to the quoted time and they came prepared. They had a plastic trunk full of cleaning supplies plus cleaning equipment. It was a production. Came prepared with a ladder for windows, ceiling fans, and light fixtures. Showed them the rooms. They got to work and were very diligent. Truly exceeded expectations. Took great care and pride in making sure each room was properly addressed. Will definitely hire them the next time our home needs a good cleaning. read more
