Customer Service: The customer service team was always friendly, professional, and responsive. Whenever I had a question or concern, they got back to me within a reasonable amount of time. Cleaning Quality: The quality of the cleaning was inconsistent and really depended on who was assigned to my home. Some cleaners did an outstanding job (10/10), while others were average (5/10), and a few experiences were disappointing. On one occasion, my kitchen floor wasn't mopped, and they had to return the following day to finish the job. Another time, I noticed a cleaner heating water in my microwave, which seemed odd and unnecessary since I have hot running water. I was also told that their cleaners are trained to clean around items left on countertops rather than moving them, so areas underneath appliances like toasters weren't cleaned. It was disappointing because those areas were often left untouched. I probably would have continued using the service despite the inconsistency if the pricing had remained the same. However, after the substantial increase, I no longer felt the service provided enough value for the cost.
