This team is by far the best choice, and I have used multiple cleaning services over the years, it does not get better than this. Maricela and her team are absolutely amazing. Really quick on communications and responses, showed up early, and at a much better value than others in the area. They showed up fully equipped and asked a few questions and got to work immediately. The house is sparkling clean in a way that I haven't seen in a long time. There were sections and piles of clothes I was tearing my hair out over that they went and took care of without my needing to ask! I can't tell you how much I appreciate them and how happy I am with their work. Extremely respectful to anything and everything they touched, everything is shining squeaky clean and smells fantastic, and best part? My cat loves them. Animals know something we humans don't and my cat was a happy camper. I cannot recommend this team and company enough. I almost don't want to write a review so I can keep them exclusive, but they're so great I have to share. Book them! You won't regret it! Also, I sent requests and inquiries through Yelp's project function. Other people were either more expensive, or flakey. I literally had another company (very well reviewed too) tell me they had booked me for Monday morning at 9am, just for them to forget about me. I called on a Friday to inquire about cleaning services then confirmed over text a Monday at 3pm appointment. She texts me Monday morning saying that her other client before me requested additional services, so she asked if I wanted her to come at 10am the next day. I was already annoyed because I took Monday off work to clean and organize. I replied asking if she could come after her first appointment. No reply. I followed up 2.5 hours later. She replied she was busy. I sent a follow up text almost four hours later. She said she could come around 1pm on Tuesday (next day). At 11:30am on Tuesday, I text to confirm. She says she's at a meeting at her son's school, but yes. At 1:37pm, I ask if she's coming soon. She says she's waiting on her son's teacher for the meeting. I say I understand, but it would be great if she could keep me updated with timing. She did not reply. I check in at 3:40pm. No response again. I call at 4:01pm. She does not pick up. I end up cancelling the appointment even though I doubt she was ever planning to come. Unless there's an explanation, it seems like she lied. She said she was at the meeting at 11:30am then says she's waiting for the meeting with the teacher at 1:54pm. As you can see in the texts I uploaded, she fails to communicate and update me in a timely manner.. or at all really. This experience was absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional. I would've happily paid more to another company from the start to guarantee the service I requested. EDIT: Maricela's daughter and husband called to make things right, which I appreciate, but I decided to book another house cleaner. Also, 6 reviews were posted after I posted my review lol. Within the past 3 hours. Clearly they're faking reviews because some of the posters have only ever posted once. They're trying to drown my review. And as to Maricela's response, you should've communicated to me that you weren't able to come, which you did not today. Proof in the screenshots. We used their move in/move out service and the house did need some major cleaning in some areas of the house. However, the reason I was disappointed was because some of the services that were extra (baseboards, cabinets, windows) were not cleaned as I would have expected. There were some cabinets that were not cleaned and same for some baseboards. I was able to catch some of the blinds uncleaned before the cleaning staff left and they did clean after the fact. The cleaning crew was at the house for 4 hours, but we only paid for 3 hours since we purchased a few extra services. I understand the house needed some major cleaning but one would think they would have focused on the extra services and advice what areas of the house they didn't get to so I know what needed to be cleaned. I did reach out to Krysten about my dissatisfaction and she offered to come back and clean up those areas that were missed, but at the point we were already moving in and our families helped with the cleaning of these areas.
