I am a very picky person, and I care about the details. This is our first time to hire Liz team, and I am very very satisfied. Two ladies are arriving at my house early on the morning. They non stop working for almost 8 hours except lunch short break. Very good attitude and professional. Why? 1. They not only clean all the surface, but also organized all my stuffs in the area. Like my cosmetic items, skincare items, cleaning items and so on. I found they even wiped my bottles. You know, we woman have A Lot. 2. They work hard and didn't chat much during working( compared to my office clean ladies are chatting very loud all the time ). And, they wearing mask 3. Kitchen are just like brand new after they cleaned it. Inside the refrigerator, they moved out and back all the produces and foodstuff. 4. Windows, all the glass are translucent like just new! Including the shower doors 5. Because we have pet, so the foot of my baby high chair are stuck some dog's hair, they cleaned it and includes all the foots of our bar stools. The cleaners they do a good job, I noticed a few missed spots, but they work really hard with the space they have to clean. The problem I have with this company is the owner, Maria, who is not responsive to request for cleaning appointments. She will straight up ghost you. I wish there was a little bit more courtesy, and being considerate for clients. If you don't want to come to my house or you aren't available, please just tell me. Had to leave the service for a few months due to covid and vulnerable family members. Loved the cleaning crew who were great and worked hard. Had them for years but when I tried to come back it was hard to get appointments and Maria just didn't answer phone calls or texts and was dropped like a hot potato after I did return for a few months. Would have been nice if you just were honest and said we don't wanna do your house anymore because we don't have time or we want more money instead of ignoring phone calls and texts. Don't respect just ignoring customers and treating people like that. It's cowardly. Over time, I have found I work better with some than others, so Maria, Liz's daughter, is very cooperative in assigning the gals that I request and informs me if there will be a substitute. I was very enthusiastic to have this company clean my house, after the owner came and did a consultation. However after the first visit I noticed the master bath counter tops were still dirty, the base boards of the house were not cleaned at all (which during the consultation the owner specifically suggested they be cleaned) I specifically requested that the laundry be folded and they only folded less then half of it. So I text the owner (person who came for the consultation) and she offered to have the ladies come back the next day. Which I was ok with. They came back the next day finished the laundry and cleaned the base boards. After they left I checked the shower (for what I can't remember) and I noticed the brand new tile soap holder I just purchased 2 days prior to the ladies first visit was broken and placed back together like a puzzle piece so it couldn't be noticed. I didnt notice it sooner because I don't utilize that shower (I prefer the shower with the bench =) I asked my husband if he broke it and he said no. Although I'm not 100% super the cleaning ladies broke it I have a strong feeling they might have accidentally dropped it while cleaning. I text the owner, sent her a picture and let her know and she said that usually her ladies were pretty good at letting her know when they break something but that she would let me know. She got back to me the next day and said the ladies said they did not break it but that those type of soap holders come apart. (I checked it, it definitely was not a soap older that comes apart, it was broken lol). Fast forward to about 2 weeks or about a week and a half since they cleaned my house and my husband facetimes me while I'm out telling me the cleaning ladies were at the door? I naturally was confused as I did not call or book them. I called the owner and she proceeded to tell me that they were at the wrong address. I relayed the message to my husband and he said they ladies were upset that they weren't going to clean the house. Idk why they would be upset when they are the ones that "came to the wrong address" or if that is a marketing tactic like "oh I didn't call you guys but since you are already here sure clean my house" smh. We found Liz's Cleaning Service on Yelp and requested a consultation for whole house cleaning. Maria came to our rescue, was very polite and explained what will be cleaned in each room. It was really nice to have the expectations laid out up front and for Maria to proactively tell me what will be done. After the initial deep clean, we decided to sign up for recurring services because we were pleased with the outcome. The team of ladies are very polite, hard working, and considerate. My husband and I both work from home, so we super appreciate it that the ladies can work around us when we are in meetings. They do a wonderful job from the countertops to the cabinets to the floors to the bathrooms and seem to go above and beyond to make our home look like a hotel when they are done. This company came to provide a quote for the cleaning service and even though they did present the HIGHEST RATE I chose them to see if it's really "you get what you paid for" kind of deal. I did have about 5 cleaning company of which presented close pricing with each other and much far from Liz's. I rejected them because I wanted to see what difference I will get if I go with the MOST EXPENSIVE one. At the day of cleaning, the owner went by to check with the girls and help clean, and I thought that was really nice only to find out that she was there to make me feel like the the price THEY QUOTED me was not enough payment, and that the ORIGINAL pricing agreed upon will have to change and MUST BE INCREASED to 20%!!! The cleaners ended up breaking a casing for my drone which was not a big deal but since they are insured they did offer for a replacement which was nice. Because I had paid the initial month of service (to which if you start a new service with a new cleaning company, you have to agree to pay a higher initial fee), I figured I might as well give them another try and so I had requested multiple times for a schedule cleaning, they never responded and when I finally called them and picked up, they said that the pricing for the monthly is now the pricing for a biweekly service and that they no longer have spots for monthly services! How can they not have a spot when the agreement to do the initial cleaning should have saved me a spot for that continuing monthly service already. Anyway, don't be fooled by their You've tried the rest now try the best slogan BS! I can tell you, there are far more better, dependable, and trustworthy cleaning companies out there. This service is unbelievable. We found them through a living social deal and have signed up for bi-weekly service. Lupe and her partner Ilna were here for almost 7 hours cleaning for a very reasonable $135. (I've paid double for a service for half the time! - yikes) And they cleaned everything!!
