I am a very picky person, and I care about the details. This is our first time to hire Liz team, and I am very very satisfied. Two ladies are arriving at my house early on the morning. They non stop working for almost 8 hours except lunch short break. Very good attitude and professional. Why? 1. They not only clean all the surface, but also organized all my stuffs in the area. Like my cosmetic items, skincare items, cleaning items and so on. I found they even wiped my bottles. You know, we woman have A Lot. 2. They work hard and didn't chat much during working( compared to my office clean ladies are chatting very loud all the time ). And, they wearing mask 3. Kitchen are just like brand new after they cleaned it. Inside the refrigerator, they moved out and back all the produces and foodstuff. 4. Windows, all the glass are translucent like just new! Including the shower doors 5. Because we have pet, so the foot of my baby high chair are stuck some dog's hair, they cleaned it and includes all the foots of our bar stools. All in all, I am very satisfied and would recommend to anyone who are looking for high standard cleaning service. read more

They first came in to do a walk around to give me a quote. I feel this is a good idea instead of estimating on the phone. This eliminates any miscommunication. They did a pretty good job on our house. Two ladies came in to clean and another inspected after the cleaning. They insure good service. I like that I can just text the cleaning service. Easier to communicate that way. I will be using their service again. read more

They are always accommodating to any service I need. The biggest thing is that they are very trustworthy in every aspect .My whole family loves the girls that come every week. And especially my animals that I have had over the 29 years. My pets look forward to seeing them every week. I highly recommend using Liz's service . read more

My house was spotless after they cleaned my home for the first time. Appreciate their attention to detail and professionalism. Highly recommended service. Will provide an update after they start my maintenance cleaning every two weeks. read more

Booked a move out cleaning service, explained what I needed. They quoted me a price and 4 days before my move out asked the exact same questions they asked when I originally was quoted a price and DOUBLED IT! Now I'm stuck last minute trying to find a new cleaner. UNRELIABLE AND UNPROFESSIONAL read more

I am 100% satisfied by the two ladies from Liz cleaning service, our house has not been cleaned by any professional ever since we bought it a little under two years ago, wife felt like its a good time to hire one and we did not disappoint after doing plenty of research and decided to go with Liz, because she gave the most reasonable quote and reviews were outstanding. The two ladies arrived early on the day of the service, they deep cleaned everything with extreme attention to details, my wife was amazed on how detailed both ladies were, after the whole day, i then realized how the house looked when it was brand new, because they cleaned it to a point where it seems like a new house now!! If you are in for extremely satisfying service and attention to details, you have to give Liz a call, it was worth every penny and i have already signed up for monthly service!! read more

I share the same sentiment with another poster. I have been using this cleaning service for about 2 1/2 years off and on. The cleaners they do a good job, I noticed a few missed spots, but they work really hard with the space they have to clean. The problem I have with this company is the owner, Maria, who is not responsive to request for cleaning appointments. She will straight up ghost you. I wish there was a little bit more courtesy, and being considerate for clients. If you don't want to come to my house or you aren't available, please just tell me. Simple as that. anyways, I will be looking for another cleaning service. I do love the ladies who came to clean the house, but would not work with the owner again. read more

We requested a first cleaning service and had a very good experience. The level of detail and quality of work is the best we have experienced so far. We've tried a few different cleaners over the years, but there was always something lacking. Maybe a missed area or maybe some dust left over, but today there wasn't even one issue. They went above and beyond. They will be my monthly service provider for the foreseeable future. I encourage others to try their service. The price was also more competitive than our previous cleaners. read more

I have had a few different cleaning services in my day. This cleaning service is miles above the others I've had. The initial cleaning was amazing, walls, vents baseboards, etc. I was very apprehensive to see if the normal service would compare to the original. I am so thrilled with the consistent service I have been receiving I felt the need to share. Thank you so much Liz cleaning for your amazing service! I would highly recommend! read more

Maria and her team are great! We had an initial walk through on a Tuesday to go over service and details and by Saturday morning we had a team of three cleaning our home. My husband and I are very satisfied. The team did a thorough job, were very detailed, extremely sweet and just knocked it out of the park. They even tidied up our dogs bed and toy area. Once the cleaning was complete, Maria reached out to see how everything went for the day. Payment was easy too, she offers Zelle, Venmo, check and cash. Thank you ladies for your help today! See you next month!! read more

BEST CLEANING EVER! Wow! We have had cleaning people on and off for 20 years. Liz Cleaning Service is by far the best cleaning I've ever had. They moved our furniture away from the walls and cleaned underneath our furniture, the windows were spotless, and every inch of our house was cleaned beautifully! The two lovely ladies who cleaned our house were at our house for 6 hours, and were so kind and polite. I highly recommend Liz Cleaning Service! It was a little more than I would like to spend... but worth every penny! I didn't know that a cleaning service could be that good! read more

I'm sorry but you guys do not do a good job at all !!! I've let you clean my house three times and all 3 times your ladies do not pay attention to detail aside from taking so long doing god knows what... always leave my mirrors streaked , leave a lot of dust behind , do not clean the dust of my computer desk !!!!! Do not wipe the dust off the bottom of my tables and chairs where dust builds up a lot!!! I'm a man and if I notice these particular areas of dust build up and your cleaning ladies don't something is wrong with this picture!!! Leave my kitchen countertop dirty my stove top streaked !!! Miss a lot of hand prints on my kitchen cabinet doors!!!! Etc Etc...... bottom line is for the price you charge your definitely not coming to my house again!!!!!! I would not contract this lady if I was you and your picky like me!!! For those of you who do not pay attention to detail your ok read more

I started to use Liz Cleaning Service last week for my mom's house, and their maids did an excellent in job and thoroughly cleaned kitchen, living room, family room, 2 bathrooms and 2 bed room. They came on-time and complete the cleaning in two hours. I signed up to use them biweekly moving forward. read more

Had to leave the service for a few months due to covid and vulnerable family members. Loved the cleaning crew who were great and worked hard. Had them for years but when I tried to come back it was hard to get appointments and Maria just didn't answer phone calls or texts and was dropped like a hot potato after I did return for a few months. Would have been nice if you just were honest and said we don't wanna do your house anymore because we don't have time or we want more money instead of ignoring phone calls and texts. Don't respect just ignoring customers and treating people like that. It's cowardly. In those years I had them, sometimes they would forget I was on the schedule so I wasted my day waiting or couldn't get an appointment until the last minute. When I had to work or was on vacation the date to clean had to be moved but they also canceled on me as well many times for different reasons. The ladies who clean do a great job but the owner who schedules, Maria, could do a better job with customer service and honesty. read more

I was moving to a new house, and so got both move-in and move-out cleaning on the respective addresses. The bad: when we were first scheduling, it was a little tricky to get in contact and get everything pinned down. The good: absolutely everything else! Communication is friendly, prices are reasonable for the quality of the work, and that quality is absolutely spectacular. I was moving out of a pretty old and tired rental, and they made it shine like it probably hasn't in a decade or more. I am already in talks for scheduling monthly cleans. read more

My housekeeper for 30 years decided to retire. I was having trouble finding a replacement. Called Liz cleaning service. Maria came over the next day to check the house and give me an estimate. Within a couple days she had assigned a team. They came over and I was very impressed with their thoroughness and detailed cleaning. Very happy with the service. read more

Liz's cleaning service has been cleaning for me for a little over 8 years. Two ladies come every week for 4 hours. Over time, I have found I work better with some than others, so Maria, Liz's daughter, is very cooperative in assigning the gals that I request and informs me if there will be a substitute. I especially appreciate the open communication and flexibility. When I had to cancel for two months because of CONVID-19, they willingly returned and have taken all the precautions needed to keep us and them safe.I am a person who needs deep cleaning, as well as wanting the house to look and smell clean at all times, so, because we have a large home, I create a list, translated into Spanish, for each week; I alternate deep cleaning a few rooms each time and freshening the rest. They follow my instructions and mark what they have completed. I highly recommend this service. read more

I was very enthusiastic to have this company clean my house, after the owner came and did a consultation. However after the first visit I noticed the master bath counter tops were still dirty, the base boards of the house were not cleaned at all (which during the consultation the owner specifically suggested they be cleaned) I specifically requested that the laundry be folded and they only folded less then half of it. So I text the owner (person who came for the consultation) and she offered to have the ladies come back the next day. Which I was ok with. They came back the next day finished the laundry and cleaned the base boards. After they left I checked the shower (for what I can't remember) and I noticed the brand new tile soap holder I just purchased 2 days prior to the ladies first visit was broken and placed back together like a puzzle piece so it couldn't be noticed. I didnt notice it sooner because I don't utilize that shower (I prefer the shower with the bench =) I asked my husband if he broke it and he said no. Although I'm not 100% super the cleaning ladies broke it I have a strong feeling they might have accidentally dropped it while cleaning. I text the owner, sent her a picture and let her know and she said that usually her ladies were pretty good at letting her know when they break something but that she would let me know. She got back to me the next day and said the ladies said they did not break it but that those type of soap holders come apart. (I checked it, it definitely was not a soap older that comes apart, it was broken lol). Fast forward to about 2 weeks or about a week and a half since they cleaned my house and my husband facetimes me while I'm out telling me the cleaning ladies were at the door? I naturally was confused as I did not call or book them. I called the owner and she proceeded to tell me that they were at the wrong address. I relayed the message to my husband and he said they ladies were upset that they weren't going to clean the house. Idk why they would be upset when they are the ones that "came to the wrong address" or if that is a marketing tactic like "oh I didn't call you guys but since you are already here sure clean my house" smh. Sadly the ladies were not a good representation of the woman that came for the consultation. read more

Happy! Thank you to Maria and her team for helping me on such short notice. Our bathrooms and kitchen needed some deep cleaning and we are beyond amazed! Everything is sparkly and shiny. The response time was fast and we were able to get a quote on the same day. We will definitely be arranging a routine service. Thank you again:) read more

Ladies did a great job. They were prompt, super kind, and did a very thorough job. They loved my one year old silly husky so I appreciated them dealing with this silly boy. House is clean. They also organized our cabinets since wife and I have back issues so hard for us to reach up and down. Price is great. Will be using their monthly service. Thank you Liz Cleaning Service! read more

We found Liz's Cleaning Service on Yelp and requested a consultation for whole house cleaning. Maria came to our rescue, was very polite and explained what will be cleaned in each room. It was really nice to have the expectations laid out up front and for Maria to proactively tell me what will be done. After the initial deep clean, we decided to sign up for recurring services because we were pleased with the outcome. The team of ladies are very polite, hard working, and considerate. My husband and I both work from home, so we super appreciate it that the ladies can work around us when we are in meetings. They do a wonderful job from the countertops to the cabinets to the floors to the bathrooms and seem to go above and beyond to make our home look like a hotel when they are done. They even make our beds! When our kids come home on cleaning day they always say "wow". We really appreciate their help and highly recommend their services based on our great experience! read more

This company came to provide a quote for the cleaning service and even though they did present the HIGHEST RATE I chose them to see if it's really "you get what you paid for" kind of deal. I did have about 5 cleaning company of which presented close pricing with each other and much far from Liz's. I rejected them because I wanted to see what difference I will get if I go with the MOST EXPENSIVE one. At the day of cleaning, the owner went by to check with the girls and help clean, and I thought that was really nice only to find out that she was there to make me feel like the the price THEY QUOTED me was not enough payment, and that the ORIGINAL pricing agreed upon will have to change and MUST BE INCREASED to 20%!!! The cleaners ended up breaking a casing for my drone which was not a big deal but since they are insured they did offer for a replacement which was nice. Because I had paid the initial month of service (to which if you start a new service with a new cleaning company, you have to agree to pay a higher initial fee), I figured I might as well give them another try and so I had requested multiple times for a schedule cleaning, they never responded and when I finally called them and picked up, they said that the pricing for the monthly is now the pricing for a biweekly service and that they no longer have spots for monthly services! How can they not have a spot when the agreement to do the initial cleaning should have saved me a spot for that continuing monthly service already. Anyway, don't be fooled by their You've tried the rest now try the best slogan BS! I can tell you, there are far more better, dependable, and trustworthy cleaning companies out there. What this company is doing is just taking a cut of the cleaners' pay! read more

This service is unbelievable. We found them through a living social deal and have signed up for bi-weekly service. Lupe and her partner Ilna were here for almost 7 hours cleaning for a very reasonable $135. (I've paid double for a service for half the time! - yikes) And they cleaned everything!! Windows inside and out, appliances, even the tiniest vents in the fireplace! Wow, we are so impressed and keep finding things we can't believe they cleaned.... light fixtures, ceiling fans, i could go on and on. They were great. If you need housekeeping or maid service don't hesitate to try them! read more
