I don't get this guy, he's so personable on the phone, very attentive and sounded professional. So, I made my appointment, I felt so lucky, and then poof!! he turned into a ghost!! I originally called for the house I was moving out of, but he was booked solid (he said). He even said he'll try to hook me up with his friends cleaning service, cuz he said he felt bad that he was too busy for me on the day I needed him. That didn't get mentioned again, which probably should've tipped me off. But, I got the impression that he's super busy, and since I still needed cleaning service for my son's house, I took his next available time for that. I was even thinking that I wanted to use his services on the regular, too! I thought I was all set...man...this guy ghosted me, I felt so weird, like what the hell? Did I do something wrong?? I read his reviews and he mentions he's a growing family business?? I don't see how his ignoring me helps his business grow, and his snarky response to Sheri H, probably won't help him either:( Picture below are just the texts that he didn't respond to, but I called him too, in between a few times and left him messages. I hate giving negative reviews especially if it's a small business but I'm not happy with their service. I asked them to clean 2 bathrooms and kitchen which I paid $210 as they charge by the hour. I didn't get to inspect everything as I had to do an errand but after I got home, I saw that they missed a lot of areas. The center aisle shelves were not cleaned, dishwasher was still dirty and the floor in one of the bathrooms still had stains. I haven't check the upstairs bathroom as I don't want to get more upset. Anyways, I told the owner and he only asked me which ones they missed, I never got a replied back after it. I'm sorry but I can't recommend them. read more

We originally met with Blazan, who came to check out our house and give us a quote. We clean the house regularly ourselves but we were looking for a professional deep cleaning (including base boards and cabinets). In general we were disappointed Blazan had promised us a beautiful and clean house- he sent over 2 cleaners for 4 hours. They did a "rush" job without even rushing... we even had to help them within the 4 hours (ie opening windows and vacuuming) but still they didn't finish. Also, they left most of the bottom floor undone and were trying to leave exactly after 4 hours. The last 30 minutes my mom had to literally walk around with them showing them what time clean! Blazan had discussed that rates are incrementally charged per 30 minutes... at least they could have finished our house). Additionally, they were cleaning our granite counters with only windex (there is always a special granite solution that cleaners bring for a deep cleaning) and they didn't have the appropriate solutions to clean our restroom sinks as well. Our cabinets were being cleaned just with water... After they left, we had to basically clean the bottom floor.. Overall, unfortunately it did not feel like we had professional cleaners come for a deep cleaning. I had high hopes for this family business but we were disappointed. read more

I had high hopes for this company but was beyond disappointed. In fact, I have started to wonder if the whole thing was a scam. We had an empty house that had undergone renovations. I spoke with Blazen, who was very personable, and explained there was a lot of dust, the bathroom and kitchen needed a good scrubbing and most of all we needed the window tracts cleaned in preparation for blinds that were going in. Blazen estimated a 4 hour job and gave me a price of $40 per hour per person. (This was similar to quotes I had received from 2 other companies). Blazen and one woman worked for 5 hours. By the time they were done, it was dark (they had started around 2:30 in the afternoon) and we couldn't really see the results. Trusting them, we paid the $400. The next day we went to the house in the daylight. Truly it was like it had been barely cleaned with little attention to the main areas we had discussed. Door and window tracts were filthy. Kitchen counters were grimy. The oven and stainless steel appliances weren't touched. The bathrooms looked unusable. Blazen had promised it would be "move in ready" which it absolutely was not. I spoke with Blazen on the phone about the situation and he offered to work a couple more hours (not for free) but at that point we felt he was not up to the task. I texted him and asked if he felt the work that was done represented 10 hours of cleaning (5 hours by 2 people). I sent him some pictures as examples. I said if he felt (as we did) that this was not representative of 10 hours of cleaning he could send all or some of our money back. I waited to post this for two weeks to see if he would do so. He did not refund us anything, so obviously feels this was his best job. I cannot recommend this company in the least. We feel like we were scammed. I also told Blazen the house belonged to my 86 year old mother. I guess I was hoping he'd have some heart and a conscience. UPDATE TO ABOVE: I appreciate Blazan's response to me although sadly we have very different perspectives. While you said you ran out of time Blazan, you never called me to let me know that you would be unable to finish. I could post at least 50 more pictures of areas that were not cleaned and "move-in" ready. In fact, the house was so dirty when you finished that we will need to hire someone else to do an entire re-clean. I left the review not to harm your family business but to give you feedback so that in the future you might think about what I've said and improve upon your work. Critical feedback is important in a growing business. I wish you and your family nothing but success, but my disappointment in your services remains. read more

BE AWARE!!! BAD quality with double price! 1st, I requested a move out cleaning with the owner in yelp, and he said he could offer me with deep cleaning 25/hours with 2 people. The two cleaning ladies came at 8:05 yesterday in our apartments yard and arrived in my app around 8:10. At 11:35 they told my husband they finished everything and said it was 25 per person per hour. it was not 4hours but they request 4 hrs. When I ask them can you do 20 more mins they said everything is done. So it is $50/hour and total $200. We even didn't bring 200 cash because previous the owner said 25/hour. So I paypal to the ladies. 2nd, looks what is their cleaning quality. I attached those pictures I took after they done and said everything is "finished". We requested to clean inside and outside for the oven/microwaves, they didn't clean microwave's inside and the outside is still with dirty oil. They also left the trash out of our door. We have to re do the cleaning the next day by ourselves!!! read more

They get 5 stars from me! I got 3 cleaners this month and the cleaning exceeded all of my expectations. I gave them a to do list and they completed everything in 3 hours and went above and beyond in the small things too like taking our trash out, cleaning all the hair from our drain, offering to change our bedsheets, I mean the list goes on! The cleaners were fast, detailed, and didn't seem like anything was overlooked! Definitely recommend this place and if you do hire them, make sure you have a list in hand for them and let them know specifically for how many hours you'd like for them to stay. Overall they did a decent job however I asked for all windows to be cleaned but only 3/7 was cleaned (only beerooms) Livingroom/den windows was untouched as well with the TV, only the front was cleaned and the back was still dusty. The kitchen hood of the stove was still sticky, overall I felt they did a decent job. They were pleasant to deal with, on time and polite. I am so glad that I did choose them because the two ladies that cleaned my home exceeded my expectations. They showed up exactly on time & cleaned for the full two hours that I had requested. The communication was not very good. I didn't get a reply to my message a couple of times and had to call for confirmation. The ladies also didn't show up at the agreed time but I had a same day change so I don't hold them responsible 100%. One lady is cleaning fine, the younger lady looks like she's not cleaned many houses in her life. Super slow, wiping a counter like she's petting a pet. She spent 1.5 hours cleaning 1 regular size bathroom. We ended up cleaning part of the house ourselves because they were slow. 6 man hours for 1 bed, 1 bath, small living and kitchen WITHOUT cleaning the floor is a bit too slow. If the floor was cleaned within this time I would bump up their rating for sure. read more

So I'm your typical guy. I have a roommate and my girlfriend visit often to my apartment. She practically lives with me. So when she said she was tired of cleaning our "man cave" I decided to research house cleaning services in the area. First I used Yelp to request quotes from several businesses. Most of them were insane expensive. But Home Seller's Cleaning service came in at a reasonable price. So I said EF It! Let's give them a shot. Blazan, the owner, was slow with his responses at first via Yelp. But we ended up finally getting on the phone call and talked about the services I needed. (Calling him is beat I think, he's genuinely a nice guy) We schedule the service date and agreed on hourly rate. Day of the service, he communicated very well. They going to be a little late, but the heads up was appreciated. They arrived ready to work! Chemicals Vacuum cleaners Swiffer mops Brooms...... the works. Not once did they ask if I had this or that! I point in the direction of the rooms that needed attention and that was it. After I inspected, a few things need additional attention and they jumped on it. No questions asked. 2.5 hours later and they did not exactly what hat I needed. Service: 5 stars Rate: reasonable Attention to detail: at your direction Communication: Reliable End result, don't waste your time getting quotes. Just call this business; imho they do the work.
