I used Krysten's cleaning services this past weekend (8/26/17) and was not satisfied with their work. We used their move in/move out service and the house did need some major cleaning in some areas of the house. However, the reason I was disappointed was because some of the services that were extra (baseboards, cabinets, windows) were not cleaned as I would have expected. There were some cabinets that were not cleaned and same for some baseboards. I was able to catch some of the blinds uncleaned before the cleaning staff left and they did clean after the fact. The cleaning crew was at the house for 4 hours, but we only paid for 3 hours since we purchased a few extra services. I understand the house needed some major cleaning but one would think they would have focused on the extra services and advice what areas of the house they didn't get to so I know what needed to be cleaned. I did reach out to Krysten about my dissatisfaction and she offered to come back and clean up those areas that were missed, but at the point we were already moving in and our families helped with the cleaning of these areas. read more

I needed a deep cleaning done of our house in Glendora prior to a party we were having, and like a bonehead I had forgotten to schedule in advance. Krysten responded to my Yelp message immediately on a Sunday, and set the whole thing up over Yelp and text message. They arrived right on time and got right to work on our house. The cleaning quality was amazing, with each person going above and beyond in terms of scrubbing at corners and stairs, showers, etc. The house looked incredible. We liked them so much we called them again a month later to come back (they were here this morning) and the house again looks incredible. We have used at least 5 other house cleaning companies and Krysten is far and away the absolute best. Call them and you will not be sorry. read more

Completely impressed! Excellent service. We are very picky about details customer service and Brianna & Ashley do a great job! I really appreciated that they took the time to get it done right. They deep cleaned my home for a reasonable price, 360$ for 4 hours of cleaning plus some extras which we purchased ( blinds and inside the oven ) on top of the cleaning. The oven looked new! When they left we were so happy, We tried out there Services a couple of times after the initial cleaning and they passed the test. Recently, I relocated to Germany and had to find an urgent cleaning service to clean my apartment while my wife handled some urgent business matters the same day. I had asked several different companies for their best quote to clean my 1350 sqft 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath apartment and Krysten's Cleaning Service not only offered the most detailed list of services, but also a competitive rate that blew me away. THE CLEANING: Krysten and her team were able to completely clean my entire apartment in under 3 hours - handling each room with care and attention to detail that ensured I got my security deposit back without hassle! Not only did she and her team clean each room to spotless perfection, but also wiped down the baseboards, wiped down and disinfected all the surfaces in each room, cleaned the carpet, tiles, tubs, sinks, fridge, microwave - basically the ENTIRE house beautifully! According to my wife, the house smelled better than it ever has and was probably returned cleaner and better looking than we got it in the first place. THE COMMUNICATION: Krysten was able to clearly identify exactly what she and her team would be doing for me for the price she asked which was far better than any other business I sought offered. She clearly explained how many people would be there, what would be done, how long it would take, and when she would arrive. I will say that Krysten can be a little overzealous with the "Send Message" function as I received a few too many emails - but that told me she was excited and attentive to my needs which I didn't see in other businesses. In addition to a standard offering of services, Krysten communicated some additional services which were extra and seemed overall reasonable for the effort. In my case, I tacked on some inside-the-fridge and microwave cleaning, and requested she wipe down all the baseboards because I knew my landlord would be looking for that. THE PRICE: I felt Krysten's Cleaning was very competitive to what others asked. For roughly three hours of cleaning, many businesses were asking for about 125$/hour without giving any indication of what those hours would provide me. Krysten's price was lower, included more details of what I was paying for, and included additional cleaners so more would get done in less time. Overall, my wife and I were impressed by Krysten's Cleaning Services for their professionalism, excellent communication, and perfect cleaning service. Without her and her team, I'm certain my landlord would've charged me my whole security deposit! I have Krysten and her team to thank for saving me from that headache! read more

Doesn't have reliable reoccurring cleaners, always with someone else. I saw in her reviews that one of her cleaners mel, left a review saying that the service did a good job but yet she's an employee. Doesn't seem like very honesty reviews. If ur not happy she will block your number and be done with you. Be careful where u spend your money. read more
