Well I'm posting here today because I like to look on yelp usually for myself for any good recommendations. This was the first time I hired Maidscape and didn't have a good first experience and will not use them again. Here's why. The lady that was sent was late. My rental property that was the one to be getting deep cleaned . Amy got here at 9:30am and wasn't finished until 7pm!!! This was a 2-3 hrs the most! It's a tiny house 800sqft. I came a few times to go see how it was going she had locked the door in the house. I thought maybe she was in the restroom but she wouldn't open the door. My guess is she was taking a nap. So I expected since she was there to clean for over 9 hrs it would look magical right? Wrong!!!! I posted just a few pics so you all can see what . I let Daniel know and he said thanks for letting me know. So sorry to hear that. We will make sure we bring this up to Amy's attention and thank you for the pictures. I literally don't know why there are so many positive reviews, perhaps they're fake. We used Maidscape based purely off the yelp reviews and fast/easy booking. We booked for a deep clean and pre tipped. We mostly got the cleaning after we were tented for termites and were having extended family stay with us a few days later. We are a pretty clean and tidy household, we don't wear shoes in the house, we vacuum everyday for the most part, clean the kitchen/dishes everyday, make our beds etc. our house was a little dirtier than usual probably because of the termite tenting and the fact that we were cleaning out our closets to do our annual Salvation Army donation. So after being out of our house all week (because we had to move out for a couple of days for the termite tenting) I was very excited to come home to a nice and clean home. I walked through the living room and it looked good for the most part, I go further to our kitchen and started feeling crumbs on my feet, like the floors weren't cleaned but the countertops looked fine. Start to go upstairs to our bedrooms and noticed dust along the banister, dust in the vent, dust in the closet, dust on the windowsill, floors weren't vacuumed, guest bathroom wasn't touched. So at first I was thinking well maybe they just didn't a deep clean and did a standard clean cause the house looked somewhat clean but really no different than how our house normally looks. I brought this up with Daniel at Maidscape and he immediately offered to refund the deep clean and asked for pictures. After while, and having to clean up a bit because my family was coming over the next day we started vacuuming and decided to do a swiffer. THE FLOORS WERE NOT CLEANED AT ALL. I got so peeved! I texted Daniel and after a few texts back and forth he spoke with his manager and finally offered to refund us our whole money. It was kind of crazy because initially Daniel told us that if we were to mention who our cleaner was on Yelp we would get a discount. I never knew who our cleaner was; there was no card or anything left within our home. With all this said, im pretty positive that either nobody actually cleaned our house or they just did a pretty horrible job and only cleaned a few things and maybe left. The text from Daniel indicated that they had cleaned our house for 5 hours; I have no idea what they would have been doing for 5 hours cause there was truly no difference in our house. They didn't even take out the trash, we've had cleanings before with other companies and with every service they've always taken out the trash. Im giving an additional star because of the customer service, but not for the cleaning. Although Maidscape refunded my money, I wanted this review to serve as a PSA for anyone thinking of using Maidscape in the event these other reviews are not legitimate. EDIT: In response to Alex's below comment, thanks for the swift reply! We initially declined the re-service because as I stated above, we were having family from out of town coming to stay with us the very next day after our original scheduled cleaning. By that point, we were already having to re-clean all of the missed areas so it wasnt necessary at that point in time to have Maidscape come out again. Holy.....Cow!! I live in an 1 bedroom apt and keep it fairly clean and orderly....but let's be honest, I often fall behind with upkeep. I had always wanted to get a cleaning service to do a one time deep clean just to treat myself to something nice. I ordered everything online and the whole process couldn't have been easier. I was gone the entire day and let maidscape do their thing while I was out. When I came home....my place was cleaner than the day I moved in!! She cleaned everything perfectly and got rid of some hard to deal with areas like the fridge, toilet bowl water stains. She even made my bed so well, that I almost dont want to sleep in it. My apt was cleaned perfectly and it feels great to come home and be relaxed. Trust me everyone...having a cleaning service come through is something you should do atleast once for yourself. We had our first cleaning today with Maidscape. Our cleaners were Tiffany (Ty) and Randy. They arrived right at the appointment time, and spent about 3.5 to 4 hours to clean our 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom house. The house was nice and clean afterwards, and felt (and smelled) clean and fresh. I plan to set up a recurring cleaning service with them. It was very easy to set up an appointment. I did it over the phone, because I had a lot of questions I wanted to ask first. The cleaning wasn't perfect, and didn't get every tiny detail, but for a morning of work, was very good. I feel like I got good value from the service. read more

Very easy to schedule with them. The staff was helpful when I called with questions. The cleaning crew arrived on time and they were pleasant to work with. One of them was more experienced at cleaning than the other as I could easily tell. She did a very good job. The other one needed a little prompting, but he was very nice and immediately did what I asked. They did a good job overall. So I had Jill and that woman is Mrs. Clean. She cleaned things I didn't even know could be cleaned that well-she showed me how unclean the apartment I've had for a few months was when I entered(not by telling my, I saw it for myself after she was done)! My manager should have seriously purchased her service instead of whatever it is he did which was comparatively pathetic NO JOKE! So, it became so clean, I actually started getting worried it isn't going to stay this way. I actually had to think today of a whole method of living just to keep things this spotless. So today I've decided from now on to mostly eat out so I don't make any mess (and she can probably testify my place was ....not gooood) inside. I don't ever want to lose how the apartment looks right now for as long as I stay here. Honestly the peace of mind or whatever is just totally worth it. There's nothing like this and seriously why shouldn't it stay this way? Purchase this high quality service and it'll probably be so clean you'll start thinking of ways to keep it that way and fantasizing of your place always being as clean as it is after that. Wow! Maidscape exceeded my expectations with their cleaning service. I used to use Molly Maid , but the ladies there were so slow. They should change their name from Molly Maid to "Molly-come-down" maids since they moved like they popped too many Mollies the night before. Anyways, I used Maidscape to clean up after one of my tenants moved out of my rental home . There was a disgusting mess including animal dander and tough stains. Maidscape cleaned everything up and made the place spotless and ready for display. I was surprised by how efficient and quick they were.
