She kept me updated and arrived with enough time left for the four hours I felt the job needed. Not a moment of those four hours was wasted as LaTisha dove into the job immediately after a short discussion about what I expected. It was a busy day for me too and, because I work from home, it wasn't long before I was wrapped up with my own tasks. LaTisha went about her work as though we'd had a regular routine and adapted to the unfamiliar environment with the ability expected of a true professional. I barely noticed as she went about my home, dusting, wiping, sweeping, vacuuming and mopping every square foot as though it were her own. And the proof was in the spectacular results. The place was literally sparkling and, after she left, I marveled at her attention to detail and was delighted by the little flourishes she'd added, the kind one sees in better hotels. I found them to be responsive and available quickly and Philip did an excellent job cleaning the rugs, he even used a blower on the whole patio and washed it down. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is that he said he'd clean the windows and ended up asking to do it the next day which was the morning of the midday party. We said fine. But then he did not show up or answer my texts or calls until 2.5hrs after the time he was coming to say there was some problems with the vehicles. Understandable but I think it is key to let the customer know! So ended up having the party with not as clean windows. But from the standpoint of the carpet/rug cleaning the service and value was excellent.

She also mentioned that only a steam cleaner would actually remove all the dirt, and she only had a mop -- which just confirmed that she wasn't given the tools to do a true DEEP clean. I don't blame Monique -- she was professional and did what she could. My issue is with the company's definition of a "deep clean" and the lack of value for the $400 price. Definitely would not recommend if you're looking for a thorough, move-in-ready clean. My job should not be to do quality control of the job done, that's the manager job. At the end of the dayI paid for a service which was done half way, I am currently going through the entire house and finding more missed spots. I'm extremely disappointed.

Rosie and her helpers are above and beyond. I have had several cleaners in the past that I have had (and still love) but Rosie went above and beyond even my most loved helper. Rosie's team DID NOT miss a single corner, edge, door, baseboard, miniblind, or hard surface. I have a large home (5 bed 3.5 bath, 2700sqft) and the first time Rosie and her crew came for a deep clean they stayed for 13+ hours!!! (on Super Bowl Sunday, no less!) they were so kind, hard working and polite. I almost cried (ok, I cried lol) when they left and I saw all that they did. I have never, in my life, had such a thorough cleaning job that Rosie's team provided. That same great vibe carried through the entire experience. She and her team worked a full day (7am-5pm) and went above and beyond. Rosie is absolutely heroic. She and her sister stepped into a situation. I didn't expect: a new house that was utterly filthy and infested with spiders. It was so gross in the house that I didn't want to touch anything. I called Rosie the next morning and she managed to fit me in that afternoon and worked ceaselessly until every last bit of dust and every spiderweb and spider was gone. Stains in sinks and in the fridge and the oven that I thought were permanent disappeared as Rosie and her sister scrubbed and rubbed and sanitized. I have never experienced a cleaner who worked so hard or so successfully. But I think that what impressed me most about Rosie was her heart, her empathy for me and my situation. She arrives on time and is respectful of the space; she avoids the areas she's asked to avoid and when I have items lying around she will organize them neatly. Multiple messages immediately back to back telling you to pay up. I didn't have a day open to do it. I'm not paying a deposit until I have a schedule to allow it. The contract is ridiculous. Especially the fine print. If you order them. Pay what was required and they finish early , you would be pro rated. Unless the owner does the cleaning. Then according to her, if she finishes early you pay the full boat because of her experience. That's not how it works. It's a cleaning service. Not a custom car build. You have no say if she cokes to clean. Because if you cancel in a case like that, you pay the whole thing. One example of the nickel and dime mindset. She's not overly friendly either. My hope is she sees this and makes some form of an adjustment but after reading others reviews on a different platform I found she likes to argue with clients. I'm not into arguing about how my carpet was vacuumed. Because I did not use the service it would be inappropriate to give a negative star rating. But I can give everyone a heads up so they know what they are dealing with.
