    Was looking for a house cleaning before the Chinese New Year. Nina responded to me promptly and quoted me $220 for my house cleaning. I asked for $20 off for the first-time cleaning. Nina arrived with three guys, inspected my house, and told me what was included in that $200 service. The cleaning was below average, but I do appreciate that they were able to come over on short notice.

    I found this service via Yelp as I was looking for someone to regularly clean my parents' 4 bedroom house since my mom is aging. We had guests over 2 weeks ago for which my mom deep cleaned the whole house so we asked for a standard clean. I communicated on Yelp messages with Nina & asked specifically if they clean the exterior of kitchen cabinets as part of the service. I was told yes, see screenshot, which is a big reason that I agreed. Also as confirmed in the screenshot, they said they would bring all their own supplies & we only need to provide special request items. I confirmed an appt around December 10, so about two weeks in advance, for December 24, Christmas Eve. I was told two people would come out & I was flexible on the date so if it wasn't possible due to the holiday, I would have been more than happy to change the date. Nina & the cleaner assigned, Katrina, arrive. Nina does an initial walkthrough, sharing everything that will be cleaned, essentially dusting, sweeping, and mopping in each room. My mom specifically asks about the kitchen cabinets to confirm once again and despite Nina saying it would be covered earlier, we are now being told it costs $5 for each cabinet exterior we want cleaned. I wasn't going to fight them so we agreed to do 3 to see how they do. As stated, we were looking for someone regular so we wanted to give them a fair chance. Ultimately the work would speak for itself. Nina said she would be back to pick up Katrina in 4 hours. Katrina starts working & ends up spending about 2 hours on the stove area which doesn't look clean. My mom ends up showing her how to clean it & brings out our own supplies. They were using a generic cleaner for everything instead of specifics like what we brought out such as a granite cleaner for our granite counters. Katrina mentioned she only gets the supplies the company provides, which is setting her up to fail in that she could work super hard but without the right products, the effects aren't going to be visible. I didn't see any stainless steel cleaner in her supplies either which makes sense as to why all our stainless steel was streaked with wipe marks everywhere. So much of it was almost worse than what it initially looked like and we had to help her go over some of it again, & even then, it wasn't what it looks like when my mom cleans the house herself. Katrina mentioned she only had four hours and doesn't get paid overtime, & that she's approaching 60. Due to the time, we asked her to make her way to the bathrooms next, which she did well. We were worried she wasn't going to be able to get through it all but she stayed until the end. This poor woman, all alone, when they normally send at least a crew of 2. She had asked for help but I guess due to the holiday, no one showed. I would have happily switched the date had I known. It was painful to watch. She ended up staying for 6 hours & tried hard to get through the work, but she's only one woman. A lot of details were missed it was more that the bare minimum to get done was done. Our floors were black due to water not being changed. I feel she tried, but as one woman going through such a big house alone nonstop in one time block, without the right supplies, I understand why it didn't turn out better. There are streak marks, stains, and dust spots around the house that we are going to go over ourselves. We would normally ask a cleaner to fix to our standards but she was clearly exhausted so we let it go. Additionally, we were asked to provide paper towels, of which we ran out, so we let her use our washclothes, & she ended up taking all of them with her instead of returning them to us. So with that + us having to provide supplies + the price change despite my explicitly asking & have written proof, I felt scammed, on top of feeling that our poor cleaner was being taken advantage of. If they would have just been up front about these things to begin with the first time I asked all these questions & provided more support to Katrina, I would feel a lot better. When she finished, she asked me to call Nina to come get her & I was told they would be here to pick her up in 15 minutes due to some traffic but unfortunately it ended up being almost 30 minutes. During this time, I also submitted the base payment + cabinet extra fees via Cash App to Nina. It's sad to see that Katrina worked so hard, it wasn't great, & that she will only get part of the money from the company. In summary, my feedback to the team: - be up front about costs & do not change what you promise - provide an appropriate amount of manpower & time for your cleaning crew to get the job done - provide the correct supplies for your team to succeed & if you're not going to, be up front with us as to what we need to provide from the beginning - lastly, please treat your cleaners well! I will not use this service again but I hope that you incorporate this feedback for both your staff and customers.

    AVOID SERVICE FROM THIS PLACE ! *warning to potential customer that would like to even try this company. DON'T ! Read our review, see our pictures we post and decide for yourselves* Our first initial consultation she sold us was a very good sale pitch. At least sounds like it. It wasn't. Their service is horrible. Our place was not 'deep clean' completely. If you interested to use this company we suggest do couple of things first. First and foremost ask for their BUSINESS LICENSE to operate house cleaning in your home. For this company we should've but we didn't. We trusted the sales pitch but the cleaning personnels actions speaks louder. This is actually for any companies you are trying to use and send people to your house. This will prevent companies to do 'short cut' or 'unfinished' jobs such as this one. And if they do, you can submit a claim via your local city court. Second, make sure companies such as this one will confirmed background checks on any technicians or personnel they are sending to your home. This will give you somewhat peace of mind to have strangers inside your home. Third, CHECK THEIR WORK before they leave your house. DO NOT HAND OVER the money before you check their work. This is very valuable information and tips. As far as the horrible service we received. There were cabinets that they never clean. We have one person overlooking when they were cleaning the whole time. They bypassed the cabinets and cleaned elsewhere. All we ask them to do was to come back and clean the fridge because it looks like it wasn't even touch. Check out the pics this company did on our fridge. Food stains and all the messes still there. We send pictures to them showing that it wasn't completely clean . She agreed to send someone back to make it right asap. This shows that what she saw on the pictures of the fridge wasn't acceptable so she agreed to make it right. A responsible and reputable company would reach back to us asap if they made a mistake on the past. Plumbing maintenance gardeners, electricians, etc. We didn't hear nothing from this company for the next 2 weeks after they showed up. No updates. No courtesy call. Nothing. This tells us that company is trying to avoid the circumstance. She charged us $250 for the worst house cleaning experience we ever had. We are actually thankful that we didn't continue to go with this company as monthly service. Check out all of their negative reviews on here and mine. AVOID this company at all cost. We have found a new cleaning company is legitimate with business license and able to confirmed background checks on each cleaning personnel they sent us. They even wore a uniform ! Hope this negative review will help you decide that this company is not worth it. *We post pictures of just our fridge to let you guys know that they couldn't even do a proper deep cleaning job on a fridge*

    Buyer beware, I would look elsewhere. I wanted to give the them a fair shake and waited quite some time before providing a review. Anyway, see below for my experience Reached out to do a move out clean, indicated that needed cabinets needed cleaning, appliances need cleaning and a general move out cleaning . I was against a clock since landlords have 21 days to finish services and provide receipts to tenants and i had to contend with holiday schedule and such. They had high ratings, responsive, and were willing to come out on a weekend. Gave me a reasonable quote for $165 originally. Great! Let's give it a whirl. They showed up on time, awesome! Nina said the pricing would be $390 when she viewed the property. I'm thinking, fine, whatever, as long as I can get receipt and I'll provide it to a former tenant. Assigns someone completely new to the cleaning and the person rushes through the job and I'm having to point out items they missed and the response was "oh my bad". The over all effort was rushed and lacked attention to detail. For a 4 star company, I expect that I don't have to provide so much oversight, I expected that they would provide me peace of mind that the job would get done, but it ended up causing me more anxiety in asking what was missed. Furthermore, I pointed out that the oven wasn't cleaned and the person just shrugged and said it's the best that they can do and made a half assed effort to try. I went in the next day with easy off (see picture) and cleaned it myself in an hour only cuz we had showings soon. After the job was done, they didn't provide a receipt. Been following up with Nina at least a few weeks via phone call for weeks and the request is completely ignored. It's way past the deadline for me to bill the tenant and I have to eat this cost which wasn't worth the value. I wanted to give a fair shake, but this is completely unprofessional. As for the value for the service provided - For reference, I had a 3000 sq ft property cleaned for 2/3 of the price recently (I wanted to use them but the other company didn't service the area and doesn't work weekends) . I also had a 1200 sq ft place move in service done for $140 via task rabbit. Not sure why a 1600 sq ft place cost almost $400 and the job not complete. Blows my mind. This business doesn't accept zelle or venmo, only cashapp, check, and cash (my fault for not checking ahead of time - so learn from my mistake) I'm thoroughly disappointed by this experience, yelp has rarely steered me wrong, I'm hoping this is just a one off exception. I'll just chaulk this as the cost of doing business, but for anyone reading this and requiring cleaning service from them, I'd think twice.

    READ ME PLEASE!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!! So I don't leave a lot of reviews but I've been sitting on this for almost a week and I really hope that someone reads my review and doesn't waste their money like I did. So I am not sure how to begin, when I asked her to clean my 2bedroom 2 bath townhome I specifically said "I need move in ready kind of clean" "we got you". I texted her a few days before the cleaning was supposed to happen and explain I need her there by 9am (her text telling me they could be at my residence anywhere between 9am-11am) she texts me back saying she starts picking up her help at 9am. First red flag, why would you put 9am? It's never going to be possible (ignored it and said ok maybe it's ok). They arrive at 10am, not even in the same car separate cars and her "help" is dressed like he's going out for the day. His pants are below his butt, he's wearing DC skating shoes (in case you don't know what they look like they are very fat shoes, loose I used to wear them when I was 12). I'm thinking how is he going to clean like that? I still gave the benefit of the doubt. Then Nina starts talking about how they will clean the cabinets , so she's charging me an extra $35 for "cleaning the cabinets" (mind you I knew this before she got there and thinking I'm getting move in ready clean I tell myself it's worth it) they don't clean the cabinets direct quote "we just get out the crumbs if any, we wipe them" (mind you, she tells me this detail after she gets to my home after I agreed already... fyi no wiping material including anything other than a rag) so I paid an extra $35 for a wipe with a dry rag and potential "crumb cleaning"... I decide to leave and try to just stay positive about the whole thing. FYI she tells me then, they DO NOT ACCEPT ANYTHING OTHER THAN CASH ( and now I know why, if you put it on a credit card you can fight the charge for not getting the service you requested where as cash it's your loss)... So I leave go run some errands, grab more cash, and then I sat outside in my car and worked on my laptop (mind you I expressed I needed them done by 1pm, I did say this days before as well) so I enter at noon with a positive attitude. I HAVE SO MUCH TO SAY IT SAYS MY CONTENT IS TOO LONG, read pics for the rest of the details! SO IF YOU DIDN'T READ MY WHOLE BOOK I TOTALLY UNDERSTAND BUT THE DETAILS ARE REAL AND SCARY! I SPENT $275 (didn't tip, which I never do because I've been in customer service so I know how it goes so if you know me you know that says A LOT!!!) AND GOT NOTHING! INSTEAD HAD TO HIRE SOMEONE ELSE!! ID LOVE TO GET MY MONEY BACK BECAUSE THEY DIDN'T DESERVE MY HARD EARNED CASH BUT I KNOW THAT WONT HAPPEN SO IM HOPING TO JUST HELP YOU NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DON'T BOOK THEM!! THEY AREN'T PROFESSIONAL THEY DON'T EVEN KNOW WHAT DEEP CLEANING MEANS AND FOR SURE BUY TO GET BAD REVIEWS TAKEN OFF!! BUT NOT TO WORRY IM GOING TO TAKE A SCREEN SHOT OF THIS AND IF THEY DELETE IT ILL JUST REPOST WITH THE SCREEN SHOT!! I CAN'T EVEN BELIEVE YOU ARE TRYING TO SAY YOU DID INCREDIBLE!! I wouldn't have to ask any other cleaning company (legit company) to do the service over and over! YOU ARE THE WORST! HANDS DOWN! But please by all means just like day of cleaning TAKE ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY! REAL GEM YOU ARE! 3 hours FYI AND ALL YOU DID WAS POINT AND TELL THE GUY WHO GOT THERE LATER TO DO THINGS. Well you and the other good for nothing employee watched! USELESS!!!

    I fired the previous company for deep cleaning and hired Nina and her cleaners. I've gotta say, they did a fantastic job. The apartment I moved out of was grimy and gross, but they cleaned it and organized my remaining items so well I hardly recognized it. Great pricing, reliable, quite communicative, prompt, and the pinnacle of textbook professionals. An excellent company that I recommend 12/10.

    For anyone reading this, Nina is the person you will be in contact with, so keep that in mind. It's always YOUR fault, not theirs. Read the other reviews and you'll recognize the pattern. She is very unprofessional, refuses to take responsibility and uses every excuse possible. She will lie to you every other sentence. Its always your fault, not theirs. Response to nina: 1. I told your employee to clean the table, move anything off to the side if needed. Also told him that if he wasnt comfortable touching the items, i would happily do it for him. It makes no sense for me to pay 200 and not want my table cleaned, make it make sense before you state an erroneous lie 2. You charged an extra 50 for walls, i had to call because your employee refused initially UNTIL he called YOU with my phone and on speaker YOU said that a light wipe down is fine. 3. Did I also leave the tire skids across the floor or was it your cleaners mop bucket? Think and use your brain. 4. Your initial walk through, you mentioned the back sliding door and after reading all these reviews, its clear that your word is not bond, you walk back on your word constantly, your word is not be trusted. As you stated, you don't clean glass or walls but label yourself as a deep cleaning service? Joke of a company. AVOID. AVOID. AVOID.Requested for 2 bathrooms, kitchen and living room to be cleaned as well as the walls (light wipe down) for 200$.. when nina came (1hr late) she brought some guy that looks like he's from homeboy industries and gave him a run down of what was supposed to be done. Keep in mind, it's a small apartment and is cleaned almost weekly, table and dishes were probably the biggest mess aside from walls but could be done in less than 30min.. It took him +1 hour to Mickey mouse clean 1 bathroom, the cleaner had to use my window cleaner as well as paper towels because they don't carry any, yet they are a cleaning service??? He "finished" the bathroom and when I checked it, he did not wipe down a wall or light switch, didnt move a shampoo/toothbrushes,sponges etc to clean around area, streaks on mirrors. When he "finished" the kitchen, he left streaks on sliding door, left the table dirty and untouched, trash still on floor, unmopped floor. The cleaner kept having to use my phone because he did not have one. Due to him taking so long on 1 bathroom, he was short on time so nina brought in 2 more cleaners to help... they did not. They left quietly without notifying me and when I checked their work (only needed 1 bathroom and living room + walls) it was half done. No sweeping, no mopping, did not wipe down a majority of wall, tables uncleaned.. when I contacted nina about the situation, she said she would try to have someone come the next day, even though i paid for the service to be done the same day!! When no one showed up, we contacted nina again and she said she would try having someone come AFTER the weekend. We ended up telling her not to send anyone over and cleaned up ourselves. This is such a mess of a company. I would never recommend this company to anyone, save your time, stress, money and go elsewhere. The cleaners aren't good at their jobs and nina just cares for the money, not the service. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

    I hired this company to clean my home as I had moved out. Unfortunately they did a poor job of doing a move out cleaning. They didn't clean the inside of any cabinets or drawers in the kitchen or bathrooms nor did they clean the outside of the refrigerator when I paid them $24 extra for them to clean the refrigerator. And I tried to be understanding as I could in regards to there not being any electricity in the home, due to moving out. However she still charged me for vacuuming even though she didn't do so. She said the price wouldn't go down due to removing a service. Then she tried to add on $ to clean extra things in the home. Unfortunately it was a poor job and I wouldn't recommend them. They later try to charge you more and then won't credit you for doing something they couldn't do. If you can't do the job then credit back. Simple as that.

    We moved into a new house. After construction and so many people in and out of our home that being pregnant, I hired Nina to clean and sanitize our home. She worked diligently and thoroughly. I can honestly say I am pleased with how our home looks and know it's adequately sanitized. We can officially move in safely. We highly recommend this service. Thank you again.

Upon closer inspection - and once I began doing additional cleaning myself - I noticed several areas that were not thoroughly addressed. The bathroom floors were still quite dirty, most (if not all) of the window sills remained dirty and dusty, and there was visible dust in various parts of the home. Overall, the service felt more like a basic prep cleaning rather than a true deep clean. It made the home presentable, but not fully move-in ready as the description would suggest.

I requested a deep cleaning of my completely empty 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, one story, 1140 sq ft condo. The day of the job, 2 very nice ladies showed up with all of their own cleaning products and vacuum. They took 5 hours at $75 an hour and I tipped them $25 each. They did a really nice job cleaning the vertical blinds in each of the 3 rooms and the dining area where the large window with sliding doors also has blinds. The rest of the house where I can tell they cleaned, they did a decent job, however I immediately noticed that: they did not properly clean inside the shower of one of the bathrooms because there were some cobwebs in the corner; they did not dust the walls since I could see some cobwebs in one of the bedrooms and near the vent of the dining area; the chandelier in the dining area was still dusty; the top of the bathroom cabinets were dusty; the washer and dryer are in a closet where the sliding doors are removed, the bottom tracks were dusty and clearly not vacuumed. I just feel that working in an empty home for 5 hours should not result in so many details missed. For the price they charged and the time they took, I was very disappointed. While I appreciate the punctuality of the ladies, their kindness and the quality of cleaning they provided on what I could tell was cleaned, I do not think I can work with this company again, nor would I recommend them.

I've used Jazmin's services for both my current lodging to clean the restroom and to fully clean a separate condo. Jazmin and her team were super helpful beforehand - being able to give me a pretty good estimate for the service and asking the appropriate questions to have the best idea for how to approach the project all through text. For the bathroom clean, Jazmin came with one of her employees and was able to finish in a couple hours. She brought all of her equipment, and they were super efficient. I was able to tour and check out the work. For the condo clean, Jazmin came with a team of 3 additional employees as it required a carpet clean as well as cleaning two bathrooms, two bedrooms and the kitchen/living room. Jazmin finished under the estimated time she gave and charged me a little less since the work wasn't as extensive as needed. I also appreciated that Jazmin was super helpful in answering a question after the cleaning was done as well. I first found her on Yelp when I was getting my home ready for an inspection. My house isn't just a home--it's also my place of business, so it really needed a proper deep clean. We started with just the bathroom and kitchen, and I was so impressed with the results that I immediately booked her again to deep clean the rest of the house. At first, I was planning to do the house in pieces (rooms one time, bathrooms another), but Rosie actually suggested it would be cheaper to do the whole house at once instead of splitting it up. I appreciated that she was honest about what made the most sense financially, not just trying to upsell. This is not the first cleaning company I've used. I had tried a larger commercial cleaning company before and thought they did a "normal" job--until Rosie came. For example, I had tough hard-water stains on my bathroom sliding doors that the previous company couldn't remove. Rosie and her team got them out. That was my "oh wow" moment. After seeing her work, I realized, oh, THIS is what a real deep clean looks like.
