I am not sure how they have the positive feedbacks. I called them and specifically told them my house needs to be cleaned on thursday or friday and they scheduled me for thursday. After a bunch of texting on wednesday that their van broke down or bla bla bla bla. They showed up 2hrs late and told me they are only here to give an estimate. Being desperate I agreed to the crazy price especially when my kitchen was cleaned and the windows were cleaned the day before. I asked them specifically to clean the doors before they gave me a quote. I have no idea what they used on mu floors but it had stains when they tried to leave. I asked them about the stains and gave them my own supplies and mop to redo. Still couldnt get things done. My doors were not touched!!! Floors I had to clean twice to get that horrible oil out and the odor. Horrible horrible service. Not recommended read more

I contacted Chabella's to do a deep cleaning for my house. My husband and I have had medical conditions lately and we could not keep up. I put out a request for 14 quotes, and only six responded. Chabella's was one of the first ones. I read reviews for everyone and got quotes, and chose Chabella's. I really wanted it done promptly, and they were able to accommodate me. We tried Chabella's for the first time based on all the positive reviews and they did not disappoint. Their response time was fast and they were able to give me an estimated quote after asking a few questions about what we were wanting. We needed them on short notice and they were able to come. The cleaners were friendly and did a wonderful job. We asked for a deep cleaning and they cleaned in places that I didn't even know needed cleaning until after I saw the transformation. We were moving into a new place where the previous owners left a bunch of junk, which the cleaners helped dispose of. I had all the bathrooms and the kitchen thoroughly cleaned, and approx 2500 sq.ft of tile floors vacuumed and mopped for $150, which took them approximately 3 hrs. The couple that came worked very diligently and did a great job. There was a slight language barrier but nothing we couldn't handle. They were very nice as well which made them even more likeable. Stefanie's team put in a solid 4 1/2 hours in our once rental now going on the market. The walls all had grooved detail running vertical and a detailed baseboard. Every square inch of the grooves and baseboard had black grime in them. Not anymore!! This place was a mess and they brought it back to clean. Very reliable, hardworking, and punctual. I interviewed other cleaning services, and not only did Isabel and her team provided a reasonable quote, they also rescheduled another client of theirs so that they could clean my home during a specific time frame (while my little ones were in preschool for the morning). On the day of the cleaning, Isabel showed up for an early morning cleaning with a team of three and they did an amazing job cleaning my home! Since we moved in, I had never seen our floors as shiny as the day that Isabel and her team cleaned them! They were very professional and sent me a couple documents outlining what to expect (re: what they would clean and how they would work on the day of the cleaning). Very disappointed. I scheduled service a week ago called this morning to confirm and was told I was not scheduled. I originally was scheduled for noon, I was told someone could be at my house between 2-2:30 so I agreed. At 3:30 the crew showed up and was told that that they would have to charge extra to clean. When I said okay she would not give me a price, so basically she just didn't want to work. When I mentioned a competitor was willing to come out and yes they too would charge extra for additional services her reply was 'then you should call them'. Granted this is an employee and not the owner, but it does reflect on the owner. If your house is spotless then call them, but if they have actually work then this is not the company for you. read more
