I've been using Rosie's Cleaning Services for a little over 6 months, and I can honestly say she…read morehas set a new standard for what "clean" should look like. I first found her on Yelp when I was getting my home ready for an inspection. My house isn't just a home--it's also my place of business, so it really needed a proper deep clean. We started with just the bathroom and kitchen, and I was so impressed with the results that I immediately booked her again to deep clean the rest of the house. At first, I was planning to do the house in pieces (rooms one time, bathrooms another), but Rosie actually suggested it would be cheaper to do the whole house at once instead of splitting it up. I appreciated that she was honest about what made the most sense financially, not just trying to upsell. This is not the first cleaning company I've used. I had tried a larger commercial cleaning company before and thought they did a "normal" job--until Rosie came. For example, I had tough hard-water stains on my bathroom sliding doors that the previous company couldn't remove. Rosie and her team got them out. That was my "oh wow" moment. After seeing her work, I realized, oh, THIS is what a real deep clean looks like. Since then, I've signed up for monthly cleanings, and my husband and I (both working two jobs) rely on her to help keep our home in shape. I was so happy with her work that I even hired her to deep clean my mom's bathroom, which was in rough shape--and she did an amazing job there too. Price-wise, I had called around before booking her: One company was cheaper but totally booked for weeks, and I needed help ASAP for the inspection. Another company I'd used before had increased their prices a lot from the previous year. Rosie's pricing was right in the middle--not the cheapest, but absolutely fair for the quality and effort she and her team put in. And most importantly, she was available quickly when I needed it. Communication and professionalism are excellent: She confirms the day and time by text or call. On the day of service, she always texts when she's on the way. She's on time and respectful of my home. Overall, Rosie and her crew are reliable, thorough, and professional. If you're looking for someone who doesn't just "surface clean" but actually makes your home feel fresh and truly clean, I highly recommend Rosie's Cleaning Services.

I LOVED that not only they were there for an estimate but they were ready to work and get things done immediately . They were respectful of my property, did an excellent job in letting me put as much junk as possible in the space we agreeded on ( half truck) by making everything very flat. And not only , they also cleaned it up nicely. THANK YOU. I always like to give an honest and unbiased opinion so from my point of view it felt a bit over asking the request of a tip, when a person is paying already hundreds of dollars it feels like it should already include a fair salary for the people who do the work without the pressure of a tip, it is optional but it does make things a bit awkward in the end . Besides that I would absolutely recommend this service.

I really wasn't going to leave this review because I wanted to give this small business the benefit…read moreof the doubt, but the experience has continued to bother me. I reached out to Bedazzling on Friday after another cleaning company canceled on me at the last minute. I found them through the Moreno Valley Matters page and asked if they happened to have availability for a 7 AM cleaning the next morning. They told me they could accommodate me, but it would need to be at 6 AM because of another commitment. I happily agreed and was honestly very grateful that they were willing to fit me in on such short notice. I booked a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment cleaning. The regular price was $300, there was a $50 promotion, and I added a $25 refrigerator cleaning. My total was $275, with a $100 deposit paid in advance and a remaining balance of $175. The contract stated that the service included TWO cleaners for THREE hours and that if additional time was needed, it would be discussed before moving forward. Saturday morning, only one cleaner arrived. She was about 15-20 minutes late, but that honestly wasn't a big deal to me. I also knew my apartment needed a good cleaning because my schedule has been extremely busy and I haven't had the opportunity to deep clean in quite some time. She started in the kitchen, then moved to the guest bathroom, my bedroom, and my bathroom. Once we were past the three-hour mark, she asked if I still wanted my son's room cleaned because she was already going over time. I told her not to worry about his room. I was trying to be understanding, especially since she was working alone. The part that completely changed the experience for me was when it was time to pay. Instead of the $175 balance stated in my contract, I was told I owed $215 because she had worked by herself and the cleaning took longer. I was confused because I contracted and paid for TWO cleaners for three hours. I was then told the second cleaner had overslept and had been fired. I was also told that she had missed her son's basketball game to clean my apartment. I sympathize with anyone having staffing issues or personal commitments, but neither of those things were within my control. I don't believe the customer should be financially responsible because an employee did not show up. Had two cleaners arrived as contracted, the amount of work completed within those three hours likely would have been very different. Ultimately, I paid MORE than the contracted price, received LESS than the contracted service because one of the bedrooms wasn't cleaned at all, and still noticed several details afterward that had been missed, including light switches. I also felt the attention to detail declined as the cleaning went on. What disappoints me most is that I genuinely wanted this to be a great experience. I was thankful they accommodated me on short notice, I was understanding about the late arrival, I didn't complain when only one cleaner showed up, and I agreed to skip a room because she was running over. I feel like I was more than reasonable. I don't expect perfection, especially when booking on short notice, but I do expect a business to honor its agreed pricing and not pass the cost of its staffing issue onto the customer. If the terms needed to change because only one cleaner showed up, that conversation should have happened BEFORE the cleaning began or before additional charges were incurred, not when it was time for me to pay. Unfortunately, what started as an experience I was excited to leave a positive review about ended with me feeling disappointed and taken advantage of.
