Each time disappointed when the person shows up with barely a handful of cleaning supplies. When you talk to the Coldren team about a Move Out cleaning the review with you all the details they cover and you can tell they know what getting a rental ready will take. This confidence increased when the team arrived and started to unload professional cleaning tools and cleaning supplies. It was a team not a single person picking up a one time cleaning job. They spent a few hours cleaning and getting it ready for the final inspection. During the final walk through I only found a couple small things and was surprised they were able to clean a couple items i thought to be uncleanable. We started with just the bathroom and kitchen, and I was so impressed with the results that I immediately booked her again to deep clean the rest of the house. At first, I was planning to do the house in pieces (rooms one time, bathrooms another), but Rosie actually suggested it would be cheaper to do the whole house at once instead of splitting it up. I appreciated that she was honest about what made the most sense financially, not just trying to upsell. This is not the first cleaning company I've used. I had tried a larger commercial cleaning company before and thought they did a "normal" job--until Rosie came. For example, I had tough hard-water stains on my bathroom sliding doors that the previous company couldn't remove. Rosie and her team got them out. That was my "oh wow" moment. After seeing her work, I realized, oh, THIS is what a real deep clean looks like. Since then, I've signed up for monthly cleanings, and my husband and I (both working two jobs) rely on her to help keep our home in shape. I was so happy with her work that I even hired her to deep clean my mom's bathroom, which was in rough shape--and she did an amazing job there too. Price-wise, I had called around before booking her: One company was cheaper but totally booked for weeks, and I needed help ASAP for the inspection. Another company I'd used before had increased their prices a lot from the previous year. Rosie's pricing was right in the middle--not the cheapest, but absolutely fair for the quality and effort she and her team put in. And most importantly, she was available quickly when I needed it. Communication and professionalism are excellent: She confirms the day and time by text or call. On the day of service, she always texts when she's on the way. She's on time and respectful of my home. There were so many things they cleaned that I honestly wasn't expecting at all. I was a little worried beforehand about feeling judged, but I never felt that way at all. They also made sure I was comfortable with the products they used and let me know where they placed any valuables they came across, including my daughter's gold bracelet. I reached out to Bedazzling on Friday after another cleaning company canceled on me at the last minute. I found them through the Moreno Valley Matters page and asked if they happened to have availability for a 7 AM cleaning the next morning. They told me they could accommodate me, but it would need to be at 6 AM because of another commitment. I happily agreed and was honestly very grateful that they were willing to fit me in on such short notice. I booked a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment cleaning. The regular price was $300, there was a $50 promotion, and I added a $25 refrigerator cleaning. My total was $275, with a $100 deposit paid in advance and a remaining balance of $175. The contract stated that the service included TWO cleaners for THREE hours and that if additional time was needed, it would be discussed before moving forward. Saturday morning, only one cleaner arrived. She was about 15-20 minutes late, but that honestly wasn't a big deal to me. I also knew my apartment needed a good cleaning because my schedule has been extremely busy and I haven't had the opportunity to deep clean in quite some time. She started in the kitchen, then moved to the guest bathroom, my bedroom, and my bathroom. Once we were past the three-hour mark, she asked if I still wanted my son's room cleaned because she was already going over time. I told her not to worry about his room. I was trying to be understanding, especially since she was working alone. The part that completely changed the experience for me was when it was time to pay. Instead of the $175 balance stated in my contract, I was told I owed $215 because she had worked by herself and the cleaning took longer. I was confused because I contracted and paid for TWO cleaners for three hours. I was then told the second cleaner had overslept and had been fired. I was also told that she had missed her son's basketball game to clean my apartment. I sympathize with anyone having staffing issues or personal commitments, but neither of those things were within my control. I don't believe the customer should be financially responsible because an employee did not show up. Had two cleaners arrived as contracted, the amount of work completed within those three hours likely would have been very different. Ultimately, I paid MORE than the contracted price, received LESS than the contracted service because one of the bedrooms wasn't cleaned at all, and still noticed several details afterward that had been missed, including light switches. I also felt the attention to detail declined as the cleaning went on. What disappoints me most is that I genuinely wanted this to be a great experience. I was thankful they accommodated me on short notice, I was understanding about the late arrival, I didn't complain when only one cleaner showed up, and I agreed to skip a room because she was running over. I feel like I was more than reasonable. I don't expect perfection, especially when booking on short notice, but I do expect a business to honor its agreed pricing and not pass the cost of its staffing issue onto the customer. If the terms needed to change because only one cleaner showed up, that conversation should have happened BEFORE the cleaning began or before additional charges were incurred, not when it was time for me to pay. Unfortunately, what started as an experience I was excited to leave a positive review about ended with me feeling disappointed and taken advantage of.

Septic leach field emergency? Elijah really saved the day for us. He came out to the property…read morepromptly and immediately approached the situation with confidence and professionalism. As a grading expert, even our tricky hillside site for a new septic leach field was something he knew how to solve. We had previously received a lot of "doom and gloom" advice that turned out to be way off-base, so his calm, can-do attitude was incredibly appreciated. Turns out we also needed a septic tank repair involving a torn baffle wall while the tank was already pumped -- a very time-sensitive situation -- and Fernando from Elijah's team was exactly the right person for the job, thank goodness. Had we waited, we would have been looking at another $480 septic pumping charge just to access the repair again. Elijah is a true get-it-done professional with a great team behind him, and he was also flexible with pricing and negotiations, which meant a lot because this project was not cheap for us. Most importantly, he understood the urgency of the situation -- our existing leach field was saturated -- and he scheduled the work quickly, which we considered an emergency. We are selling our home and needed to cleanup a large greenhouse quickly. Junk Dawgs removed 4 huge fish tanks, shelving, pumps, and plumbing for an aquaponics system inside a greenhouse that took 2 truckloads to haul away. I really did not think I could find anyone to do this job but they came through within two days and never once complained about the smelly job and tight working conditions and hauled it away. I can't say enough about how professional they were and I only wish they had locations where I am moving so I could use them in the future. Update - I sold my house and the new owner wants the greenhouse completely gone including the slab so since I had such great service with Junk Dawgs I hired them again. They were happy to take down the greenhouse and only took a couple hours. Next will be the slab removal next week, another huge job. read more

I lived with some family friends for a couple of weeks before moving into my apartment for school. They were very kind but their garage was a MESS. I had saw on social media about Junk Dawgs and we all agreed to give this company a shot. Needless to say, their garage is now SUPER clean and the lead worker, Drew, was very helpful, respectful, kind, and efficient in his work. Over a year ago now, I hired them to remove some large items, and Dane and his wife were AMAZING to work with. They cut up an old play house with a SawzAll and took it out in pieces through our narrow side gate. I forget all of the other details, but I do recall that we had some extra stuff that I hadn't included in the scope of work. Someone suggested that I ask Dane if he'd take that, too, and I thought that wouldn't be fair to add on more stuff beyond what we had agreed upon. What do you know, Dane asked if I wanted that stuff hauled away, too, and he very generously refused any additional pay for it. I guess that's the OPPOSITE of nickel-and-diming a customer, isn't it? When they had finished cutting up the play house they shop-vacuumed the whole area until it was cleaner than when they started. I see that, so far, they've gotten a solid 5-stars from every reviewer. It's no wonder: they have great communication, their pricing is more than fair, they're on time and work fast, they clean up after the job brilliantly, and they're honest and pleasant to work with. What more could you want?
