In the past I've used one of the well known apps(services) to have someone come in and do a move in cleaning. Each time disappointed when the person shows up with barely a handful of cleaning supplies. When you talk to the Coldren team about a Move Out cleaning the review with you all the details they cover and you can tell they know what getting a rental ready will take. This confidence increased when the team arrived and started to unload professional cleaning tools and cleaning supplies. It was a team not a single person picking up a one time cleaning job. They spent a few hours cleaning and getting it ready for the final inspection. During the final walk through I only found a couple small things and was surprised they were able to clean a couple items i thought to be uncleanable. When confronted, she claimed the remaining dirt was "water stains" not covered by the scope of work, which was inaccurate as the dirt wiped away instantly. ​Fortunately, her partner saving the day. He did a phenomenal job on the carpets, removed tough stains, and graciously finished cleaning the exterior windows that Susana missed.
