Agape has taken over for our HOA community cleaning and they are doing an exceptional job. They are professional, easy to work with, and have a high standard of excellence. I have worked with numerous companies and have been absolutely the most impressed with them. Edgar makes things so easy. I will continue to recommend them to anyone who needs cleaning, both residential and commercial. read more

After a previous business cancelled on me late last night. It left me in a bind to find someone else to come out to clean my condo in Cathedral City. That my previous tenants just left a mess when they moved out. It left me to find someone today (Sunday 1/12/25) to come out and provide same day service. I found Agape Cleaning Service on thumbtack, Edgar reached out, and provided me with there pricing sheet. I booked, he communicated with me that his team would show up about 2pm ish, and they did. His team was very nice, and professional. They cleaned my condo good, leaving it smelling great!!! I appreciate the prompt quick service, and the communication. I would definitely use them again, if I need another house cleaning. read more

We had most of our home cleaned on Thursday. The 2 cleaning techs did such a great job. Very thorough . The cost is pretty reasonable for a basic clean. If there is deep cleaning or windows cleaned there is an extra cost. I do recommend this cleaning service read more

When I chatted with them on the phone after submitting a yelp request they were very detail oriented regarding my needs. The girls were early/on time and worked very fast and efficiently. They even had some time to organize some "junk" rooms and remove unnecessary items/trash. I could tell they worked well together as they had their plan from beginning to end, sweeping and mopping their way out the front door on time which was very impressive. They did a great job and I'd use them again! read more

We've been working with Agape Cleaning Company for over a year now, and they've been such a great partner for our Airbnb. Since they started handling our cleanings, our guest reviews have improved a lot--especially our cleaning score. They're dependable, detail-oriented, and really care about making sure the place is spotless and welcoming every time. They've even helped out with a family member's home nearby when we were in a pinch, and brought the same care and quality. Highly recommend them to any hosts or homeowners looking for a cleaning team they can truly count on. read more

Edgar is horrible in getting back to you. No sense of time or value in someone's schedules. I was hoping to use him again, giving him another chance, but forget it. I've wasted too much time waiting. First time cleaning terrible!! Second time better. The ladies know what they are doing. Don't have him send u the young guy. read more

We hired this company to clean our Air BNB and they straight out scammed us. They said they cleaned it but never sent us pictures of proof of work. When the guest arrived the guest told us it was never cleaned. They charged us for a service they didn't do. The owner Edgar is not responsible or reliable either. Not a company we would use again because of their bad work ethics. read more

Just started using Agape and so far I am EXTREMELY happy. We needed a deep clean after a kitchen remodel (the house was shut down for 4 mos). Edgar's team spent 10 hrs - I've never seen anything like it - the hardest working, most thorough and delightful women you could wish for turned a disaster area into a sparkling 6 bedroom estate (it never looked better!) - plus Edgar did a brilliant job cleaning my rugs! The clean they did today (we use the estate as a vacation rental as well so we need an excellent dependable service) was the icing on the cake. Look no further Highly reccomend! Diane read more

Very quick response. Very friendly. Worked with my schedule. The mother & son duo that come to my condo did an amazing job. The amount that had to be cleaned after the construction from multiple water damage issues from 2023. There was so much fine dust from floor to ceiling and all the walls, to small pieces of material. my experience with agape cleaning services was regrettably far below expectations. initially, communication seemed prompt as they requested detailed information regarding the cleaning job, which i provided expediently. however, their follow-through on service day was deeply disappointing and disruptive. despite being given precise location details, photos of the property, and clear instructions, the cleaning team reportedly could not locate my property. rather than reaching out to me directly or via their dispatcher to resolve the confusion, they chose not to communicate the issue until hours after the missed appointment. when finally contacted, the explanation offered was that the cleaners were "confused and left," which strikes me as an unreasonable response given the amount of information provided. this lack of initiative to resolve a simple logistical issue demonstrates a serious lack of professionalism and integrity. a few hours later, they attempted to reschedule the cleaning for much later in the day, which was not only inconvenient but also indicative of poor logistical coordination. it's clear from other reviews that this may not be an isolated incident but rather a pattern of behavior that undermines customer trust. while other reviews praise their cleaning staff, the management's handling of scheduling and customer communication is deeply flawed. effective management is crucial in service industries, particularly when access to a customer's home is involved. their failure to manage this effectively resulted in a complete waste of my day and has led me to question their respect for customers' time and trust. in conclusion, while their cleaners may perform well, the administrative oversight and customer service are severely lacking. i cannot recommend a service where integrity and reliability are in question. read more

No communication occurred to value my time or make me aware of any issues until I emailed to find out that our reservation of two weeks was bumped without notice. I asked for pictures of the cleaned rooms be emailed to me as professional cleaning services do. I received nothing. My entire day was stressed and spent revolving around this task. read more
