This used to be my go to cleaning service. I have a long term rental in the cove and my last cleaning I had with them left a real bad taste in my mouth. First, it was only my family of 3 staying in our rental so it wasn't dirty by any means. My renters were coming from Canada the following week so I had them come and clean. Me and my wife always go back to our rental to prep gifts and do a quality check the day before our guests check in. Thankfully we did! They left a mattress cover sheet in the washer still wet. They left my sliding screen door wide open. They left all my sink faucet handles misaligned. They left all my pool couch pillows and seat cushions in my garage. They tucked in some of my beds blankets in one room and not the other BUT they left one bed with half of the blankets tucked in and the other half not. read more

I remember being out of the country during the Coachella festival period (one of the busiest times, if you didn't know that already) and the guests had absolutely destroyed my home - holes in the wall, damaged art pieces, damaged furniture....you name it. Robert and Diana stepped up to the occasion, brought in extra helpers and construction team to repair damages, clean the home to perfection and have it ready for the guest the next day. One of the two cleaners was fantastic. The second cleaner was kind, but did not vacuum before mopping bedroom floors, and she was mopping around and against the edges of a rug instead of folding it up. In addition, the master bedroom corner was still filled with dust/dirt that blew through the door. This was disappointing as the house was clean to start, except for dust since, no one had stayed here since it was professionally cleaned prior. read more
