They were late to start the job, though I was told there was a cancellation and they could start earlier. So I got there and waited for almost an hour. Terrible coordination between Crystal and her staff. Two hours into the job all that was done was the bathroom. One lady left early because Crystal was paying by the hour and she had to leave two hours in. They didn't do a thorough job. I had to hire additional cleaners afterwards. Once they left, the garbage disposal broke down. It was fairly new. I'm not sure what was put down the drain that may have caused this. A number of blinds were also broken. I had to hire a handyman to repair them. When I informed one of the cleaning ladies, she said she couldn't place them back, even though she had told me they knew how to work with blinds. I hate to leave negative reviews, but this was the worst cleaning experience I have ever had. read more

I called Carolina for post-construction cleaning for a home we finished renovating in Palm Desert. She was able to come right away within a couple of days. She gave me a quote initially based on the information I gave her, but when she got to the job - it was bigger than expected and she gave me a revised quote. She and her crew worked for several hours cleaning up all the dust. The following day, it was still a little bit dusty from workers going in and out, so she offered to come back and re-mop the dusty floors. She was on time and worked very hard to do a great job and to make sure that we were happy with the end result.
