She took the time to come out and walk through my apartment, was incredibly professional, communicative, knowledgeable, and kind, and made me feel like she genuinely cared about helping me get my new place ready. I was very impressed by her attention to detail and the pride she clearly takes in her business. One thing that really stood out to me was that she also offered moving services at a very reasonable price, which I thought was a wonderful added service for anyone preparing for a move. In the end, my decision to go with another company came down strictly to my personal budget and the specific needs of this particular move-in project. It was in no way a reflection of Cayla, her professionalism, or the quality of her work. If anything, making the decision was difficult because of how positive my experience was. It's easy to see why Pink Glove has such great reviews. Even though we didn't get the opportunity to work together this time, I would absolutely consider using them in the future and would feel confident recommending them to others based on my experience. Thank you again, Cayla, for your time, professionalism, and wonderful customer service. Wishing you continued success with Pink Glove Cleaning Queens!

The cleanings were done quickly and professionally with so many nice personal touches! I've attached a few photos to show the high quality work! I will definitely use them again and recommend them to everyone.

We have been using Vidal's cleaning services for several years already, ever since launching our Airbnbs. She and her team have continuously proven themselves reliable, efficient, and have really looked after our vacation rentals. Vidal's always been transparent with us as well, and we appreciate her strong communication skills. Maids to Clean offers very good pricing for the value, well worth it for the quality of cleans. They let us know when we're running low on supplies and they really go the extra mile noticing the details, which we appreciate. I really like that they offer special services like deep cleans as well as refresh options on top of their regular cleaning for good pricing. Her team manages a number of Airbnbs in the area, so I'm always impressed by how quickly they can turnover our homes in time for guests to arrive, even during busy tournament/festival times. I highly recommend this team to those looking for reliable cleaners.

She is very quick to respond and her feedback towards my mother's needs fit the bill. Her pricing was also very reasonable. We were able to schedule cleaning that same week. My mother is tough, especially when it comes to cleaning. She worked as an apartment manager for 20 years. The team arrived on time and were able to clean areas that the average person can't reach or don't think about. This included dusting the walls and cleaning the ceiling fans, bathroom lights, and air conditioner. They also cleaned all the cabinets, baseboards, and window tracks. I've never seen my mom so happy! I will continue working with Rosalinda at Imperial Cleaning Services without hesitation!

This was our first time hiring people for house cleaning services. Dorma answered the call quickly…read morevia text and was able to get a team to the house within 3 hours for a deep clean. They cleaned the floors, walls, fans... dusted everything, made the bathrooms look great, and checked in to make sure that if anything wasn't up to par that they could address it while there. We found them helpful and fast, and will hire them again. I feel like the cost is totally worth it. $150 for a regular clean and $300 for a deep clean. The cost varies depending upon the size of the house and what's needed, so those prices were what she quoted us.

I found Dorma's Cleaning Services on Yelp and hired them because of the reviews. There have been…read moresmall problems from the beginning, which I chose to overlook because the work was good: poor response to messages, mixing up days where a cleaning was asked for, some basic cleaning issues, breakage/chipping of several dishes and a living room lamp, etc. No service is perfect, so I decided to manage with the negatives. Today's cleaning was a different story: my home is very neat and sparsely furnished with white walls and light floors, so it needs real cleaning and not tidying up. Dorma knows this, as we discussed it at the beginning. I came home today directly after a cleaning and all of the baseboards and the corners in my 1BR home were still filthy. We live in the desert - and I live in the "wind tunnel" - so it is clear what needs to be done to keep a home clean. She charges $120 to clean a 1BR condo with 3 people (no windows), which takes them about 1:15, so it ends up being around 4 hours of total work. It's a high, but fair, price... if the work lives up to a high standard. When I texted Dorma with photos of the filthy rags - because I had to clean again right after her team left - her response was "we don't do baseboards". No apology, no "we'll do better next time"... just a "it's not our job'" I disagree - it IS their job to clean my house completely. Customers beware: when you use Dorma's Cleaning Service, this is the treatment you get.

From the start, Daniela misrepresented the availability of her staff and failed to uphold her end of the agreement. Despite our efforts to coordinate ahead of the busy Christmas holiday season--with guest reservations already lined up--she abruptly informed us that she was terminating the working relationship. This left us stranded, scrambling to find a replacement at the last minute during the most critical times of the year for short-term rentals. Despite that, we decided to move on. Shortly afterward, Daniela posted slanderous and false reviews on my wife's professional business pages, despite having no involvement with or knowledge of her business. When asked to remove the false reviews, she refused and instead demanded that I delete a review she wrongly attributed to me. For the record, I had never posted any reviews about her or her company prior to this. Our experience with Daniela and Clean Nest was that she was unprofessional not only during the time they worked with us, but even more so in the months that followed. Based on this experience, I strongly caution others against working with Daniela Martinez (Gastelum) or her company, Clean Nest.
