I was treated with great professionalism, and I made arrangements to have 2 housekeepers come to clean for 2 1/2 hours. They did outstanding work, went above and beyond to put everything back in its exact place, and made adorable paper fans with our paper towels and even embossed our toilet paper. Honestly super disappointed. Was promised a deep professional cleaning that would leave the unit "clean, fresh and photo ready for the owner". That is far from what we got. The cleaning job we received was something that we could have done ourselves in an hour, but decided to go with a professional cleaning service in hopes to get a DEEP cleaning for a unit that had been lived in for years and is going to be sold. I was told the kitchen and bathroom would be detailed top to bottom, and was left with cabinets dirty and clearly not cleaned, and some drawers cleaned out and others left dirty. I was told the baseboards would be cleaned, they are all untouched. I was told that the interior windows would be cleaned. All of the windows and blinds are untouched and dusty. The back slider was the only one cleaned. I was also told that I would be contacted if they needed more than the 2 hours originally quoted. Was never contacted until HOURS later to say they went over 30 minutes. And now I can't get ahold of anyone. Extremely disappointed. I found First Class Cleaning Service through a bid request through Yelp. Natali was responsive and offered the best rate. I set up an account through their website and received both a confirmation email and text message for their service. Today was to be the day of cleaning. After a 15 minute delay, I texted the phone number to seek an update. After 30 minutes, I sent another message. No response and after an hour delay, I got a response seeking the name of the account. After I provided my name it took another 30 minutes acknowledging my text and they were going to see what happened. No update. Two hours after the original appointed time, a cleaning technician showed up. I stated they were too late and sent the person away. They did confirm with us their assignment to clean our home and the text showed a start time 2 hours later than the confirmation. The technician was on time per the assignment. On our end she was too late. Having no idea what the quality of their service would have been, my rating is about communication. There was a delay in response from my contact. The technician received information that was incorrect. Their communication and system coordination went wrong. My hope for this service is they get their communication all sorted out and don't lose future business. read more

I had an AirBnB renter complain about a dirty home upon check in. After the renter left, first class came out again for a cleaning. I reviewed their work and was deeply disappointed; cup stains on side tables, bottle caps and debris and lint all over the carpet, thick layers of dust all over baseboards, towel racks, light fixtures, mirrors. I called to complain and they immediately sent someone out for a free follow up "fix" cleaning to correct this. After that person left, our home was still very dirty (I'm not even sure what they did). I ended up vacuuming the home myself and completely filled up my vacuum. 3 cleanings in a row with terrible results is not an accident. I won't use them again. read more

First Class Cleaning did a fantastic job at my airbnb rental in Palm Springs. They responded to my request for service on Yelp on a Sunday night, and booked them for the next morning. The whole transaction went smooth, I was afraid the instructions I wrote to having access to keyless entry, cabinet keys, laundry card would need me to stay on standby for their phone call in case the maid was confused with my written instructions. I had to type out max 400 letter instruction on their website and provided pictures, it was great. The unit was very spotless, leaving zero debris under couch, also under cushions. The maid took pictures of the unit after to confirm how tidy the place was and sent it. I am very pleased with their service. read more

I scheduled an appointment for 2 individuals to clean my home with this company; big mistake! When the ladies arrived, neither spoken English with the exception of one lady who spoke two words "no English". I immediately called First Class Cleaning in La Quinta and was told I did not request english speaking individuals. The person on the phone for the cleaning company the lectured me by saying many people speak english and spanish. Well, Apparently not, since I don't and neither do the company's employees. Next I was informed it was my fault for not requesting English speaking help. I reminded her, La Quinta, California is in the United States and I wasn't aware I needed to request english in the United States. I attempted to make the situation work by using an app translator to comunicate with the ladies; but, apparently they did not understand that form of spanish either. After 20 minutes of nothing, I let them go. By no means is it the ladies fault NOR is it MY FAULT as I was told. Additionally, I was told the owner/manager would be calling me. Seven days later, still no call. I would not recommend or even contact this company. Placing the blame on the client is not a company that stands behind their work. read more

Cleaner arrived late, broke two items which she didn't tell us about, left our front door wide open TWICE (after I told her I needed her to be mindful because of our dogs), missed cleaning a number of areas, and left floor cleaning product sitting on our wood console. She was 30 minutes late -- which normally wouldn't be a big deal but with both my husband and I working from home, we have to navigate around business calls and explain what needs to be done with a new person who doesn't know our home. It's very inconvenient. Again, I was willing to let this go as well but I'm not a fan of poor excuses. Despite booking the appointment at 9 am, receiving an email confirmation that the appointment was for 9, and a call the day before also confirming 9, the owner told me she was late because the appointment was scheduled for 9:30. Regarding the broken items... I heard a loud bang and came into the room moments later to ask what happened. The housekeeper told me the vacuum cord knocked a couple of decorative wooden vases over. She had already set them back up by the time I was in the room. I only knew that they broke when I went to pick them up the next day and the top of one completely lifted off. A few days after that, I noticed that our table lamp was broken as well. I was willing to give them another try with a different housekeeper, but I have to question the practices of a business that employs people who think the best approach to breaking items in someone's home is to not say anything. I have yet to hear back from the owner who said she would call me to remedy. I'm exhausted writing this review so I don't need to continue. You get the idea. read more

Convenience to schedule is nice. Unfortunately the work is not reliable all the time. Both times they had came late, and I had to make sure I was not charged for it. I still had a lot of cleaning to do afterwards. There is a language barrier as well, as most have very limited English, so I recommend to either use google translate or have someone there that speaks Spanish. read more

When the cleaners came back two days later they actually took pictures of work THAT I DID and sent it to their supervisor to try to say they did it? That's insane. Edit 1: the company contacted me to confirm they did not charge me for the service because it was so poor. Incredibly frustrating, as I was on a timeframe for having this unit ready for a new tenant and that timeframe had to be pushed back because I was unable to find another cleaner on short notice. Original review: Worst cleaning service ever. See attached photos, taken AFTER their supposed "deep cleaning" service. I scheduled an appointment with them to do a deep clean of a vacant unit. I specifically explained that the main areas I needed cleaned were the windows/doors/door-tracks, and appliances. They said for vacant units their policy was to schedule twice the time to get a true deep clean, which was fine with me. Except when they actually came all they did was run a mop over the floor, clean the toilets and sinks, and wipe out the fridge. They didn't touch the other appliances or any of the other areas I asked them to clean. When I asked for a refund they insisted on giving them the opportunity to come back and finish the work, and I said ok. Big mistake. The cleaners showed up, spent about 15 minutes sloppily wiping things down, then said "this apartment is old and not possible to clean."
