Ordered deep cleaning of two bathrooms & my kitchen and got two women who showed up & did the bare minimum. Most of the time they were standing around wasting time chit chatting. Husband came home & had to clean the toilets because they didn't & when I asked them they told me they were just "stained" but my husband got them sparking clean. Showers were also not cleaned. Biggest waste of 3 hours- not sure what they even did. Would not recommend this company & will not be using them again. read more

They're fast and dis everything I said. Very nice people. I recommend their services to other.

We hired First Class Cleaning Service for our move-out cleaning, and their service lives up to its name. The quote was competitive, and they were easy to communicate with via Yelp and text. We'll definitely use them again in the future and we'd recommend them to all of our friends, family and neighbors here in the desert! read more

The 2 girls were very nice and did an amazing job. This is so important to us as hosts to be sure our guests walk into a special space. The beds looked like a 5 Star resort. Thank you! read more

i'm an obsessive compulsive individual who moved into a new place which is from 1959 and needed a lot of extra loving care from top to bottom. I had three individuals in for three hours and it was immaculate when I came in. They'll be doing my cleaning on a regular basis they absolutely won me over. read more

This house was filthy that my friends rented and I stayed with them. They didn't want to use their name because they were embarrassed because they stayed there. It looks like blind women clean the house the windows were streets. The floor was dirty. There was hair on the couch disgusting. I would never ever use this company even to clean my cat's litter box. None of their cleaners speak a word English so when you try to talk to them it's like talking to yourself if then I'll clean it into doing something they're not supposed to be doing read more

Paul and his wife did a FANTASTIC job on our home!! Their attention to detail was impressive, highly recommend!!

No Show: Unresponsive to emails. App doesnt work. Unresponsive to texts. Had to chase them down to finally book and confirm, then no one showed up for the deep clean. Had to pay someone to be at the house as I live across the world, and no one showed up. Lost money because of this. Extremely frustrating. read more

The crew was professional, on time and very good at cleaning at a post construction deep cleaning. The girls were easy to work with, respectful and got the work done in the exact time proposed. I'd highly recommend and definitely use them again! read more

When our housekeeper retired after many years, I turned to Yelp to find someone new to try out. I was super impressed with the outstanding Yelp reviews for First Class so I gave them a call. I was treated with great professionalism, and I made arrangements to have 2 housekeepers come to clean for 2 1/2 hours. They did outstanding work, went above and beyond to put everything back in its exact place, and made adorable paper fans with our paper towels and even embossed our toilet paper. I'm a big fan of small details. And the price was less than what we've been paying for years! read more

I found First Class Cleaning Service through a bid request through Yelp. Natali was responsive and offered the best rate. I set up an account through their website and received both a confirmation email and text message for their service. Today was to be the day of cleaning. After a 15 minute delay, I texted the phone number to seek an update. After 30 minutes, I sent another message. No response and after an hour delay, I got a response seeking the name of the account. After I provided my name it took another 30 minutes acknowledging my text and they were going to see what happened. No update. Two hours after the original appointed time, a cleaning technician showed up. I stated they were too late and sent the person away. They did confirm with us their assignment to clean our home and the text showed a start time 2 hours later than the confirmation. The technician was on time per the assignment. On our end she was too late. Having no idea what the quality of their service would have been, my rating is about communication. There was a delay in response from my contact. The technician received information that was incorrect. Their communication and system coordination went wrong. My hope for this service is they get their communication all sorted out and don't lose future business. read more

Been using First Class Cleaning Service for 6 years. Always responsive and excellent service. Highly recommend!

Honestly super disappointed. Was promised a deep professional cleaning that would leave the unit "clean, fresh and photo ready for the owner". That is far from what we got. The cleaning job we received was something that we could have done ourselves in an hour, but decided to go with a professional cleaning service in hopes to get a DEEP cleaning for a unit that had been lived in for years and is going to be sold. I was told the kitchen and bathroom would be detailed top to bottom, and was left with cabinets dirty and clearly not cleaned, and some drawers cleaned out and others left dirty. I was told the baseboards would be cleaned, they are all untouched. I was told that the interior windows would be cleaned. All of the windows and blinds are untouched and dusty. The back slider was the only one cleaned. I was also told that I would be contacted if they needed more than the 2 hours originally quoted. Was never contacted until HOURS later to say they went over 30 minutes. And now I can't get ahold of anyone. Extremely disappointed. Attached are some photos of what should be the before photos but unfortunately are the after. read more

I specifically requested Herendira b/c she did a great job last time and again, she did not disappoint. I'm pretty picky and really need someone that pays attention to detail and conforms to my requests which she did. I rent out my place and can't afford to have customers complain about anything via a bad or lame review. Also, as of today, First class had the best rates compared to other services I've researched. read more

The Good: Super responsive. Easy to book. Can almost always have a cleaner at the house within 24 hours. Great Price The Bad: Consistently terrible cleaning job. I had an AirBnB renter complain about a dirty home upon check in. After the renter left, first class came out again for a cleaning. I reviewed their work and was deeply disappointed; cup stains on side tables, bottle caps and debris and lint all over the carpet, thick layers of dust all over baseboards, towel racks, light fixtures, mirrors. I called to complain and they immediately sent someone out for a free follow up "fix" cleaning to correct this. After that person left, our home was still very dirty (I'm not even sure what they did). I ended up vacuuming the home myself and completely filled up my vacuum. 3 cleanings in a row with terrible results is not an accident. I won't use them again. read more

First Class Cleaning did a fantastic job at my airbnb rental in Palm Springs. They responded to my request for service on Yelp on a Sunday night, and booked them for the next morning. The whole transaction went smooth, I was afraid the instructions I wrote to having access to keyless entry, cabinet keys, laundry card would need me to stay on standby for their phone call in case the maid was confused with my written instructions. I had to type out max 400 letter instruction on their website and provided pictures, it was great. The unit was very spotless, leaving zero debris under couch, also under cushions. The maid took pictures of the unit after to confirm how tidy the place was and sent it. I am very pleased with their service. read more

Decent job. Except they damaged a toilet paper hanger and didn't tell me so I got hit with a bill upon move out. Also could throw trash away except for the big gulps they went and bought while on the clock. Don't know how to use gate codes. read more

Great service, the housekeepers do really good work! 5 stars! Anytime I call them, they always somehow fit us in!

I have a vacation rental in Palm Desert that I trust First Class Cleaning to clean. It is always a great experience working with them. From the ease of scheduling an appointment on their website to the excellent job they do, I can highly recommend them. I like that I can schedule an owner clean after I have been at my condo or a guest clean after a renter checks out. It is so reassuring to know that the condo will be clean when a guest checks in especially since I do not live close and can't check on it every time. read more

I have used First Class Cleaning service 3 times now. I moved from Los Angeles to Palm Springs and used a few other companies before finding First Class. First Class is the best price, easiest to use website for booking, amazing cleaning skills (I could have sworn the stains on the condo I bought tub ware permanent but she got it with ease), customer service and overall just professionalism in the area. Great business! Will continue to use this company! read more

Cleaner arrived late, broke two items which she didn't tell us about, left our front door wide open TWICE (after I told her I needed her to be mindful because of our dogs), missed cleaning a number of areas, and left floor cleaning product sitting on our wood console. She was 30 minutes late -- which normally wouldn't be a big deal but with both my husband and I working from home, we have to navigate around business calls and explain what needs to be done with a new person who doesn't know our home. It's very inconvenient. Again, I was willing to let this go as well but I'm not a fan of poor excuses. Despite booking the appointment at 9 am, receiving an email confirmation that the appointment was for 9, and a call the day before also confirming 9, the owner told me she was late because the appointment was scheduled for 9:30. Regarding the broken items... I heard a loud bang and came into the room moments later to ask what happened. The housekeeper told me the vacuum cord knocked a couple of decorative wooden vases over. She had already set them back up by the time I was in the room. I only knew that they broke when I went to pick them up the next day and the top of one completely lifted off. A few days after that, I noticed that our table lamp was broken as well. I was willing to give them another try with a different housekeeper, but I have to question the practices of a business that employs people who think the best approach to breaking items in someone's home is to not say anything. I have yet to hear back from the owner who said she would call me to remedy. I'm exhausted writing this review so I don't need to continue. You get the idea. read more

I scheduled an appointment for 2 individuals to clean my home with this company; big mistake! When the ladies arrived, neither spoken English with the exception of one lady who spoke two words "no English". I immediately called First Class Cleaning in La Quinta and was told I did not request english speaking individuals. The person on the phone for the cleaning company the lectured me by saying many people speak english and spanish. Well, Apparently not, since I don't and neither do the company's employees. Next I was informed it was my fault for not requesting English speaking help. I reminded her, La Quinta, California is in the United States and I wasn't aware I needed to request english in the United States. I attempted to make the situation work by using an app translator to comunicate with the ladies; but, apparently they did not understand that form of spanish either. After 20 minutes of nothing, I let them go. By no means is it the ladies fault NOR is it MY FAULT as I was told. Additionally, I was told the owner/manager would be calling me. Seven days later, still no call. I would not recommend or even contact this company. Placing the blame on the client is not a company that stands behind their work. read more
