I had Petrichor come out and clean my tile floors from entry to exit. From the very start I knew these were the people for me. Not only were they professional, but they were also extremely friendly and kind. Do you know how you feel when you take your dishes out of the dishwasher and they are squeaky clean? I'm someone who walks bare footed and that's how my floors feel under my feet. If I could give them 10 stars, I would. They are truly under priced for the quality of work they do. If you use them, you won't be sorry!!! read more

These guys are AMAZING at bringing tile and grout back to it's original state. Joe was incredibly thorough, insuring he hit every hidden corner. Our home has the standard white tile used in Sun Lakes for the kitchen, hallways and bath areas. Petrichor did an amazing job for a very reasonable price. See for yourself! read more

We had Petrichor clean our sofa and all the home's area rugs. It was a pleasure and we were especially pleased with the drying time. The equipment used by Joe is state of the art. He was very careful with our home which we loved as we had just painted. As I told him it was an exceptional value for what we received and we will only call them in the future. They have been cleaning rugs, upholstery and tile for over 20 years and know how to do it!! read more

Joe was right on time and had already been informed of his arrival time. Asked a few questions regarding smelling gas and why water wasn't hot instantly? He checked for any gas leaks and thoroughly cleaned our tankless water heater. Excellent job! Water is coming out hotter faster than before. read more

Petrichor is the only business I recommend. They can take out a wine stain from 1999, the kind of stain that's seen Y2K, flip phones, and the rise and fall of MySpace. Make your floors look clean clean. Swiffer Wet Jet can't do that. That thing just spreads regret around in a damp circle and calls it a day. Petrichor doesn't "freshen up" your floors, they exorcise them. Stains start confessing. Dirt from previous tenants packs its bags. That weird sticky spot you stopped questioning in 2007? Gone. No therapy needed. Swiffer is over there like... Best I can do is a minty smear and false confidence. If your floor has history... memories... secrets... Call Petrichor because some stains don't need a mop, they need professional intervention. Tell them Michael James Quilantan sent you. read more

" Joe Torrez is a Great Professional Cleaner " Several of our neighbors recommended Joe Torrez from ServiceNinjaz Home Pro to come to our house to clean up our Dryer and Air Vent areas. Joe cleaned both large vent systems in the Kitchen and the Major Bedroom area's ceilings. And installed new Dust and Polen Pleated Air Filters. Joe also worked a long time in the Laundry Room cleaning inside and in the front and back of our Speed Queen Dryer. Joe also totally cleaned all the way up the dryers vent pipe system which goes up to the top of our house roof. Joe has a computer system that makes him see everything inside the pipes so he can make sure everything gets cleaned. Joe has a great personality and was very nice talking and answering questions I had for him. Joe also is so careful and perfect with everything he does. If you ever need anything that Joe from ServiceNinjaz can do for you in your house, don't hesitate to call his company at 951-797-3992, you will not be disappointed ! read more

Petrichor Carpet Cleaning + - Two holes in piping & two tries to finally get all the lint...we should have had this cleaned years ago - Carpet Cleaning Near Me - Beaumont, California

We used Petrichor Carpet Cleaning+ to clean our house in preparation to list our home on the market. It was heavily soiled, both by foot traffic and by pets over the years. The end result was amazing! You could not tell that there was every any soil to begin with. We have had stains from hair color and purple slime and Joseph was able to remove everything. I would highly recommend Petrichor to anyone looking to have their carpets/tile cleaned. They are very professional, affordable and the result was unbelievable. Joe of Petrichor Cleaning Systems cleaned all the carpet throughout my home today, July 26, 2019. I have to admit that his quality of work and the service's overall value continued to rank the best among the very best. This is why for the past several years Petrichor has been the only carpet cleaning service that I have done business with. Give 'em a try, and you'll see why. Keep up the good work, Joe! read more

I needed a carpet cleaner in Yucaipa and Joe from Ecopro came highly recommended. I was not disappointed. He arrived on time, was immaculate and very knowledgable. His van had very modern equipment. He vacuumed thoroughly before starting. I asked how long he's take and he said 3-4 hours. I said I thought it'd be closer to 2 hours. His reply? 'If I did a 2 hour job, you wouldn't be happy' The results were amazing and the rooms smelled fresh. He got stains out I thought he would never be able to in the house we are moving into. I would not hesitate to use his services again. read more

Petrichor Carpet Cleaning + - Just after the cleaning. This carpet had a huge black stain in the middle of it. - Carpet Cleaning Near Me - Beaumont, California

Joe from Petrichor just left my house and I am already so pleased with the job that he and his son did. They were efficient, thorough and very kind. I had 2 rooms of carpet and a large area of tile in the kitchen and one small hallway (very light tile with nearly white grout) and, as it is drying, it all looks amazing. I will definitely use this company again. Probably sooner than later because now the areas I didn't have done aren't looking so hot! read more

Petrichor Carpet Cleaning + - 5 paws up from our fur babies. Love the clean carpet and no harsh smells. - Carpet Cleaning Near Me - Beaumont, California

Well I think this company worked a modern day miracle! The very light colored carpets in the house built in 2005 that we just purchased had never been cleaned, ever. Skeptical me thought there wasn't much hope for them. Was I wrong (sorry to doubt you Joe). They are looking bright and clean and stains are gone! On top of that Joe and crew cleaned a huge area rug under my formal dining room table then flipped it over for me and applied the tape that keeps rugs from bunching up and then put the rug back in place and put that heavy old table back. What a help!!! Definitely recommend. Definitely professional. Definitely on time and thorough. And most definitely would use again read more

I have used Petrichor twice. Each time Joe and his son did a fantastic job cleaning the grout. After moving into my house they were very honest and told me they may not be able to clean the grout that was so black with ground in dirt. However, they were able to completely clean all dirty areas! Clean up the second time was a breeze! The price was reasonable and they were so kind and knowledgeable. Carol read more

W O W ! They just left and I am astounded at the difference. I wasn't sure what to expect, the tile was dingy looking - again I just can't believe the difference. Super courteous employees. Consider this money well spent. Will definitely recommend them to all my friends. read more

We were so happy with the service, price, and results on our carpet that we decided to have them clean our couches. He showed up to clean them and said our style of couches would not benefit from cleaning them. He could have easily done it and taken our money but he was honest and even spot cleaned our ottoman for free. Very stand up guy! read more

I just had my carpets cleaned today by EcoPro. What attracted me to them was their cleaning process and then the Yelp reviews. The first thing I will say is the appointment time was at 9am. He showed up at 8:50ish! I can't remember the last time we had a service completed and they actually showed up on time, let alone early!! He first did a walk through to let me know what he was doing and wow! So knowledgeable. Just by feeling our carpet, Joe knew exactly what type of carpet we had! We only had 3 rooms to clean as maintenance so no big stains, but we have white carpet. I thought our carpets were cleaned (we don't wear shoes on it or anything) but after Joe was finished they truly looked brand new. I work from home, and EcoPro's equipment was quiet enough for me to take conference calls and not interfere. Joe was friendly, respectful, and FAST! I highly recommend EcoPro and Joe for any cleaning needs. We will be asking them to clean our carpets again! read more

We've used the company twice for our office building out in Beaumont. The first time EcoPro cleaned and repaired our carpet in Beaumont after a tenant moved out. We used them again to help remove dust and allergens from the carpet. The group --provided us with the most competitive price among the three vendors we got quotes from. --took pictures of each of the more serious problem spots for our records --was able to come out within a few days' notice --provided input on areas that needed to be stretched and were honest about spots that could use help, but were not in dire need of repair --was easy to get a hold of Would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone for inland empire carpet cleaning. read more

My 35year Old off-white carpets were a disaster. I called Joe's eco-pro carpet cleaners as a last resort before removing and replacing the carpet's before selling my house. I did not expect miracles but I got one anyway! Even if I were not selling my home, I would keep the carpets in place because they look brand new. And they were quick and thorough. I have recommended their services to anybody who asks, and to a lot of people who don't ask! They are just that good, no joke! Thank you guys, again, for a job very well done! read more
