Well I think this company worked a modern day miracle! The very light colored carpets in the house built in 2005 that we just purchased had never been cleaned, ever. I just had my carpets cleaned today by EcoPro. What attracted me to them was their cleaning process and then the Yelp reviews. The first thing I will say is the appointment time was at 9am. He showed up at 8:50ish! I can't remember the last time we had a service completed and they actually showed up on time, let alone early!! He first did a walk through to let me know what he was doing and wow! So knowledgeable. Just by feeling our carpet, Joe knew exactly what type of carpet we had! We only had 3 rooms to clean as maintenance so no big stains, but we have white carpet.
