Craig does amazing work! I've had him clean my couches twice now and both times I walked away extremely impressed. My couches were filthy and once he was finished, they came out looking like they just left the factory! He managed to schedule me on short notice, which I was very appreciative about. He arrived early and went to right to work. At a great price as well! He was fair, honest and upfront about total cost. I won't hesitate to keep going back. My only issue is I don't get them cleaned often enough! So I'll be back sooner rather than later. Will recommend to everyone. Thanks again. read more

Craig did an outstanding job on our carpets. We rescued three puppies from the shelter so they had several accidents on the carpet and the rugs. He got every single stain out making our carpets look and smell brand new! Highly recommend and excellent pricing! read more

We were looking to get our carpets cleaned for the new year. We saw a lot of amazing reviews for O'Neil Carpet Cleaning on Yelp, so we wanted to give them a shot. They were able to schedule within the same week. It was a great price and they were able to finish three bedrooms and the staircase in an hour! Great experience. We love how the carpet looks now. We highly recommend! read more

Did an awesome job cleaning carpet in living room amd bedroom in my mom's house. Carpet had not ever been cleaned in 10 years. He worked extra hard to get clean as possible. Showed up early, which is a plus. Best pricing around for the service provided. Was in and out in about an hour, quick and efficient. read more

We're not to impressed with the quality work from O'Neil. 1 Example When the work was finished we still had a stain in our carpet that my wife easily took out with a commercial stain remover from a local hardware store. read more

Craig O'Neil was great. Was early and got right down to work. Very reasonable pricing. Our carpets and area rugs look great! Will use him again. read more

He was great, efficient and kind! Will DEFF be using again! Thanks Craig! We really appreciated your work!

I've used Craig multiple times and will continue to do so! He's on time, efficient, and affordable! He does an excellent job. I recently had him come out to do my living room and hall way, as they are high traffic areas in my home and I'm preparing for spring. The day after he cleaned, my 100 lb dog got sick and vomited in my freshly cleaned carpet! I called him back up and he came and re cleaned the area for no charge. He's a good guy. I highly recommend him. read more

I found them to be friendly and responsive. The job was done, exactly as promised. In the end, I was very satisfied with the result.

He is quick to respond and very prompt and thorough when he does the work. I had him clean our upholstered furniture and our kitchen floor as our grout was really dirty. Everything looked great when he was finished. read more

Craig was very polite and honest. He let me know the stains on a mattress might not come out, which they didn't but he still cleaned and sanitized it. I was still pleased with his service. read more

Without a doubt, highly recommended. Responsive Fair pricing Fast Polite and professional Great results Craig was incredibly responsive (both via Yelp app when receiving a quote and when calling to confirm appointment). He also provided the fairest quote. He completed three carpeted rooms and the kitchen within an hour. He was polite and very professional, both in understanding about our dogs and in presentation. Our carpets are clean and tile sparkling. We will definitely be calling him again in the near future. read more

Just moved to Redlands, CA and wanted to support local companies and found O'Neil's for carpet cleaning. So glad I did because his prices were very good and he was very flexible on availability which we appreciated. He arrived very early and was very quick to get started on work. The carpets in the house look so much better than they were and smell amazing. Thank you for your hard work!!! We appreciate you! read more

We've had O'Neil Carpet Cleaning come to our house twice now. Both times, Craig was at least 10 minutes early (which we were impressed by) for the scheduled cleaning time. His rates are incredibly competitive with quality that matches more expensive businesses. Of note: we adopted a dog during COVID and she had some house training accidents along the way. We tried using our own carpet cleaning spray to clean them up each time, but sometimes a lingering stain appeared after a week or so in high-traffic areas. Craig cleaned the carpets and all such spots are completely gone! Three weeks later there's no sign of any "accidents" on the carpets. That's proof enough for me that O'Neil Carpet Cleaning will keep our business. read more

This was such an easy way to get my carpet cleaned. I took quotes on Yelp with pictures of the areas I wanted done, within a couple of hours I had 3 different companies giving me bids. I then checked our local "neighbor" app to find out what everyone else thought of these three companies. O'Neil won! Greg was right on time, and He got right to work.... when we returned an hour or so later everything was done..... everything smells & looks so good. It's still wet so hoping in a couple of hours it will start to dry. One day later and I can put everything back the house looks great! Thanks I recommend O'Neil carpet for sure! read more

Outstanding! The previous family living in the home had 4 children. Even though the carpet was newer, it was visibly dirty with a few spots with dry, unknown crust on it: I wasn't sure it was all going to come out. Craig was extremely thorough and efficient. The patterning of his passes on the fresh carpet shows a complete overlap, demonstrating the quality of his work. The carpet is at least four shades lighter, and it is still wet, which means it'll be even lighter in a few hours. Based on the many stellar reviews of his business, I didn't bother requesting a quote when he arrived because I wasn't concerned about his honesty. The quality and value of his work are outstanding. As long as he is in business, I will not consider anyone else. Also worth mentioning, the dry crusty spots vanished. Thanks for the great service, Craig! read more

Craig did an awesome job on our carpets, tile, and grout. He was accommodating with scheduling, reliable, super thorough, and offered very reasonable pricing (true to his word, absolutely zero up- charges or hidden fees). This was a last ditch effort for us before having to buy new carpet. It had various colors and types of old stains when we moved in that we had tried and failed to remove ourselves multiple times. So we didn't fully believe Craig (or anyone else) would be able to get them all out, but I'm glad he proved us wrong! We also didn't realize just how stained the tile/grout was until he was done working on it and we saw how much brighter it was. We will definitely call on him again! read more

I called and was able to make an appointment about one week out on the morning I needed my carpets cleaned. Craig arrived 15 minutes early and was ready to work. This went a long way with me. We discussed where I needed the cleaning and he said he would work around my couch. Craig even disconnected the sectional piece for me. He completed my stairs and my whole downstairs in about an hour and a half. Craig got under the couch and neatly left my kids junk that was under the couch in a pile by my fireplace. My carpet hadn't had a cleaning in about 9 years and was disgusting. When Craig was all done it was soft and like new. The carpet looked amazing and smelled fantastic. I would definitely recommend O'Neil Carpet Cleaners and will use them again. read more

I'm a repeat customer from last year. I like to patronize small Redlands based businesses. I'm also a Senior on a budget. Craig arrived early and thoroughly cleaned the carpet in my small apartment. The price was phenomenal, considering the horrendous inflation! Craig beats out the competition for professional service and pricing. Seniors, give him a call! read more

This is my third time using Craig and as always, I'm more than satisfied! He's punctual, really nice to deal with, very reasonable cost-wise and does a terrific job! I wouldn't think of using anyone else! Highly recommend!!! read more

Just like the other reviews stated, he was early (10minutes) and finished in about an hour, and is very reasonable/affordable. I was going to go with a friend of a friend who gave me a good quote but Craig beat his price without even knowing the rate! Plus I was iffy about my friend's friend because last time we used him, the carpets were left wet and squishy until the next day or so. (Then again it was in December and kind of cold out)- Craig just finished up so I'll update how quick it was to dry in this June weather. He said roughly 5 hours and advised me to turn on the fans. It's rather late in the day though. -- (it's been an hour and it's already pretty dry. ) I called Craig before day's end and he gave me an appointment the next day without having to waste time looking at the place. It was a quick and easy phone call. Although he had only 33 reviews at the time I looked him up on Yelp, the reviews were just what I needed to hear, mostly all five stars, and his prices had me sold. No hidden fees. Very easy going guy and friendly. He's honest and offers advice/opinions. He got the stains out! They were small but looked dark and embedded. He did the job though. The carpets look great. I'm using him again in the future for sure. I didn't take many "before" pictures unfortunately. :/. Just one. read more

100% UNPAID REVIEW I have used O'Neil Carpet Cleaning multiple times at my house. Craig is always prompt and does excellent work. There was only one time that a stain in my carpet showed up a couple of days after it was cleaned. Craig came out the next day and removed it for free. Prices are as good or better than most competitors in the area. The last time I called O'Neil Carpet Cleaning, my four-year-old had nearly destroyed our beige carpet with mystery stains of unknown origins. Craig made it look like new. read more
