We are absolutely delighted with this carpet cleaning company. Darren came and shampooed our carpets and our lazy boy couches and he did a beautiful job. He was thorough with everything. He inspected every single stain on the couch and carpet before he went in and shampooed it. This carpet hasn't been clean in years, and now with our four kids, it has gotten so much worse. I still can't believe what great work Tully provided! I really appreciated that Arlo was honest about his rates before coming down and did not try to upcharge us when he got here. We have a puppy and a baby on the way so we wanted to get rid of the pet odor asap. Tully has the best rates and service we have had so far. After he began, he realized that the odor was worse than what he originally thought. Instead of charging me extra, he offered to do a two step treatment. The first day to let the chemicals set and clean and then came back the next day to neutralize the odor. He also gave us a recommended cleaning solution for future accidents. Based upon all of your reviews, I contacted Darren. He showed up when he said he would, did a great job of getting rid of some pet stains in our carpet and made it as well as our off white sectional sofa look new again. He also did a rug that we hadn't requested as he thought when he sprayed his magical mix of whatever he uses on the couch, that it would over spray on to the rug. I asked him how often we should have it cleaned and he told me the manufacturer says once a year. So I already have it in my calendar to contact him a year from now. read more

Arlo Tully is definitely the "go to guy" for carpet cleaning. I have more than an average amount of carpet, about 2500 sq. ft., and have had several different cleaning services over the years, so know what to expect in price and service. This time I had one other price/service estimate. They quoted a price that was three times more than Tully and a time estimate of two days. Tully did the job in about five hours. Arlo was very professional and showed a desire to please the customer. He said he would return in a couple days if some minor touch up was needed. I did call him, and he did revisit. I explained that my mother needed her carpets cleaned and he explained exactly what she needed. He contacted her prior to their appointment and then showed up ON TIME! Let's put it this way... We rescued a new puppy a few months ago and she was not potty trained. We have urine stains everywhere despite cleaning up after her. Arlo is the definition of customer service. We used his service to clean our carpets before we moved and we were extremely satisfied with the results. He was able to inform us of the type of stains we had and what he would be able to do to remove them. About a month later I called him regarding a pumpkin stain we had on the carpet....a pumpkin rotted on my light colored carpet. He was able to quickly fit me in and get the job done. I bought a used sofa and chair off of one of the local buy sell trade groups. Well, we got it home and it smelled like they had 50 cats that peed on it. Gross. I called a few furniture cleaning places and this guy was super honest and helpful. He wasn't even trying to get me to buy something that wouldn't work. He said he couldn't guarantee he'd get the smell out and to use concentrated vinegar. Vinegar! and the other place I called wanted $125 to clean them "because they knew how to get it out because they've been doing it a long time." First of all, I decided to use Tully Carpet Cleaning because they had a lot of great reviews.... Well, I will never use this company again! My carpet was left soaking wet. It was so wet that if you jumped on the carpet, it would splash the wall. So therefore I I have been sucking up water with my Bissell cleaner for the past 2 hours. Not only is my carpet soaked, but my recliner is wet too. They didn't have the courtesy to tell me that they sprayed the chair by accident. I discovered it after they left! Today I had an appointment with this company. I was told between 12:00 pm and 2:00 pm. Two hours before my appointment I got a confirmation call and a set time of 1:00 pm. Arlo showed up promptly at 1:00 pm. He did an assessment of my carpets and had me fill out paperwork. They accept cash or credit cards. I ended up paying cash. He came in with his equiptment and started working right away. He also educated me on different carpet cleaning techniques and what the best option was. It wasn't a sales pitch. He was also good with my pet ( my many pets). After the cleaning was done the carpet looked amazing. All the spots were gone. It didn't take to long for the carpets to dry either. I was ready to purchase brand new carpet for $2500 due to heavy pet and food stains that I thought were completely irreversible. Before I did, I decided to give carpet cleaning one last try. It took me a while but I am finally on here writing a review. I have cleaned my carpet in the past myself but stains always came back within a week or so. First Arlo and I talked about pre treating pet stains then he came out and I showed him the areas that I was concerned about. Everything has been good so far and its been about 3 weeks since the carpets were done. He is a very polite/nice man and he has you walk through to show him what you may have a concern about and then he goes at it and then he has you walk through after to show you all that has been done. He had me feel the carpet so I would know about how wet it was and the drying time and how to speed it up by adding fans. My doggie just threw up last night so now I have 3 kinda orangy spots on my clean carpet. =/ read more
