From the moment Brandon started working, it was clear he takes real pride in what he does. He is incredibly diligent, precise, and one of the most hardworking individuals we've had work in our home. You could tell right away that he operates with integrity and is the type of professional who does not cut corners. He spent the entire first day thoroughly cleaning the tile throughout our home, carefully restoring the grout lines and removing 20 years of buildup. The following day, he returned and diligently sealed all the grout using Malibu Sand, taking the time to apply everything evenly and properly. What impressed me most was how thorough he was. Brandon even offered to move the refrigerator and the laundry machines so he could clean and seal areas that most people would probably skip. That level of attention to detail really stood out. I scheduled a carpet cleaning and tile cleaning from this location. Carpet came out fine. I was very disappointed with the tile & grout cleaning. The technician cleaned my bathroom tile and then put a grout stain on the grout that didn't match the original and when I told him I didn't love it, he looked for but couldn't find a better color. The kitchen grout didn't come clean at all and when he scrubbed it, it resulted in an uneven color that looked worse than before he started. I spoke with a customer service rep who told me I should have called them and had another technician return to the house. Instead I cleaned the grout myself. I sent the customer service rep photos of my tile/grout and he never responded. I then sent an email to Stanley Steemer explaining my situation and they didn't respond either. I've never had this level of customer service before. They deserve a less than 0 rating. read more

I had Stanley come out to clean our large upstairs room. My son informed me there were still stains. I assumed maybe the stains were just too tough to get out so I didn't complain. A week later my friend went upstairs later with her personal carpet cleaner and got all the stains removed by just running her machine over the spots! Why couldn't Stanley get those same spots clean? They are supposed to be paid professionals! I also paid to have my stairs professionally cleaned so I went to inspect those and was very disappointed. We have used Stanley Steamer of Colton, CA many times over the years, and have always been very pleased with the results. When we had carpet and pets they did a great job on the stains. Now we have no carpet but a pet with some kind of grudge against our sectional. The technician, Manny, showed up in the stated time frame, let us know he was on his way, and did an absolutely thorough job on the stains. Requested grout cleaned. Two showed up with a bottle of cleaner, a brush and a machine with a circular rotor. They did their best. They cleaned the tile but the grout (our only concern) was left dirty. I asked for some of the cleaner as they left but was told it was not allowed. The invoice states they will leave a small touch up bottle of sealant but that did not happen. We spent the next two days scrubbing the grout with various cleaners until it was clean. We had to purchase sealant for the grout. Price was excessive. Would never recommend them. read more

Our carpet was installed 7 years ago and was in need of cleaning. We only have carpet on our stairs, upstairs hallway and master bedroom; we also added an area rug that we have had for nearly 25 years. Ricardo called before he arrived, and arrived within the scheduled time. He ask me to walk him through the areas to be cleaned. I asked him for a approximate time estimate and said and hour and a half or less. He asked if we wanted the deodorizer or ppist cleaning protectant, and I indicated we would for the stairs only. Ricardo prepped by protecting the corners of baseboards where he would be working, and then got to work. He worked quickly and effectively. He completed in the time he had estimated. The results are amazing. All of our carpets are free of previous stains, and the color looks nearly new. Even our 25 year old area rug has been renewed, and the colors look bright and vivid.
