We've used D&E carpet cleaning in the past and when I was thinking about getting my sofa and recliner cleaned, I knew they would be my 1st call. They gave us a fixed price over the phone and kept their word. Brandon was Great! I was late due to traffic and he ended up waiting for me 15min. When I finally arrived, he was very professional about the whole thing and got to work right away. When he finished the two bedrooms, they looked fantastic! I was happy with my over all experience. Then during my move I lost the receipt that I was supposed to show the property manager. I was able to call them back and ask for a copy of it without any hassle! After the following day the owners of the house and property manager did a walk threw. By then the carpet was dried and the smell of fresh carpet cleaner had faded. Walking threw the freshly cleaned carpet still looked good, but then it was pointed out bit of makeup that was left on the carpet and still smelled of dog pee. Unfortunately you can't take pictures of smell. When we called Brandon to explain about the smell (which was our main concern) he refused to reclean the carpet to take out the smell in which his first job failed to do. He stated that he had a 24 hour policy they go by. In which was never mentioned from the beginning nor in the end recipe. He offered to come back, but would have to charge us again. Not even a discount for the inconvenience. Leaving us to be forced to hire another carpet cleaner and pay double. I'm not one to give bad reviews, but unfortunately it happens... read more
