Fast forward a couple of weeks later and our dog had bad intestinal issues all over our recently done carpets! I called them and they came out same day to help us clean it and get us squared away. That technician was very nice and thorough too. Overall, the value for the quality of service was great. We paid $410 for them to do our whole house (living room, family room, stairway, upstairs loft, hallway, and master bedroom/bathroom). When they came back a second time to help us with the pet mess, it was $210. Overall, friendly staff, prompt and thorough service, fairly reasonable price, and quality job. We will be returning to them.

I hired Mitchell's Stone Restoration and Cleaning Service to clean and restore my travertine…read morefloors, granite counter tops and shower walls and floor. This was a one man job with George, the owner , doing all the work. I am very dissatisfied with his service. First of all, the several holes in my stone floors were to be filled with epoxy resin, as stated in the signed contract. Instead he filled them with grout, a much easier and less permanent fix. When I called him out on this, he then refilled the larger holes with the epoxy resin. Next, my counter tops were over sealed and now it shows a film over them which I can't seem to get rid of and my wife hates it. Finally, the shower floor was stripped cleaned and resealed. The seal lasted about three weeks then started to wear off. Every time the shower was used soaked wet spots started to appear in the grout, increasing with each shower. George came back and re-sealed it twice but each time after a couple weeks the sealer started wearing off. I have tried vigorously to contact George Mitchell numerous times over the last month but he will not answer my text, emails or voice messages. It seems he has no interest in finishing the job. This job has been paid in full but not finished. It appears he offers no warranty for his incompetency. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Mitchell's Stone Restoration and Cleaning Service.

I had a sloppy tile contractor who had missed several grout lines and several places had pin holes…read morethat ultimately would damage the tiles when cleaning them with water. Used Yelp to start getting bids on different contractors. Many of the contractors did not provide this kind of service or it was not worth their time. Peter the owner of Marblelife contacted me via Yelp and informed me that he could help with the grout lines. His initial visit was to inspect the tiles/grout and then provided me an estimate. He was able to order the custom grout for me which matched the color of the existing grout. Now most contractors would of done this job in a rush. Peter properly did the job and cleaned up on the spots that needed to be corrected. Most importantly, he did not leave the house dirty. His work is neat and precise. It took Peter approximately 8 hours to correct the work by the lousy contractor that we hired to install the tiles. Peter's costs are also reasonable and fair.

Jimmy is a professional, a man of God, a pererson with integrity, and a humble heart. Quickly did he offer to make things right and I gladly gave him the opportunity. He checked my file and clarified the financing wonky loan statement by the finance company. Everything was cleared after I spoke with the goofy finance company. After I explained to him my first day experience and my zoning situation, Jimmy refunded me $419. Jimmy when beyond and with persistence to make thinks right and have a happy customer. This 4 star review is just for the tile installation as everything else was lowkey a nightmare. We had talked about everything we need done in our restroom and Julio said it's possible. First day, one of his guys shows up and had no idea what we wanted and said some requests were impossible so he went home and more guys came back the next day. There was a huge miscommunication with every person that has shown up to our home, with guys even not coming at all unless I called Julio. We had asked for the tub to get new caulking and silicone and were under the assumption that he would remove the old one, dry it out, reinstall, etc. but he just added a new layer on top. By the 4th day of this I knew no one was coming so I ended up finding other contractors. They also hooked up the pipes in our vanity and the hot and cold water are swapped, and it started leaking. Sadly I feel like I was naïve to think one flooring company can do everything I requested and the work should have been split between other contractors.
