Dave was super responsive since I reached out via Yelp! Immediately provided a quote as I was comparing prices, and he provided immediate responses even when I kept adding services/asking questions. Right off the bat, I valued the open communication. I wasn't present when he provided the service therefore my husband was present and my husband had amazing things to say about Dave's professionalism and quality of work as well! Got our floors done, couch dry cleaned, and a couple of rugs as well. Everything turned out much better than anticipated! Highly recommend! Will definitely be reaching out again in the future! After receiving several quotes to clean the carpets in my son's first house, we decided to give Dave a shot. His price was comparable with the others, so we ended up choosing Dave for his outstanding and expeditious communication along with his 100% 5 star reviews. Dave provided us a timeframe and called us that day to update his time and showed up on time. He walked through the house and explained everything he would be doing before starting and during the process, he mentioned that he could also clean the tile on kitchen for a modest price so added that to the job. He completed the job and everything smelled and looked fantastic. I definitely recommend Dave for his professionalism, communication skills, quality of service, and reasonable price. read more

Bob did a great job and was fast yet thorough. Carpets look and smell great. Love supporting local family businesses.

Dave is nice and very professional. He did an excellent job cleaning my carpet and went beyond to reach customer satisfaction by offering a complimentary second cleaning IF needed. I did not need the second cleaning because he did a great job the first time. I highly recommend Dave! read more

Dave did a great job on our carpet. We have extra thick pile carpeting and it had a number of dirty spots. Despite being 14 years old, Dave got out the stains and it looks fresh AND clean. He definitely put 100% effort. Well worth his charge. read more

I had Dave come out and do a dryer duct cleaning. Very nice guy. They were in and out pretty quickly. I didn't think anything of it. Until 1-2 weeks later I was still having issues with long dry times of clothes that I thought would have improved significantly after the duct cleaning. It didn't so I had a dryer repair person out to further assess the drying time issue and we found a large hole 2"+ hole in thr dryer hose that runs from the dryer to the wall. Pictures below. I sent the below pictures to Dave's Rapid Dry Carpet Cleaning and asked why the hole would not be noticed or seen during their $150 service, and he basically it is not part of their service to visual inspect the last part of the ducting leading to the dryer as long as the ducting pressure seems improved. I explained to Dave I need to pay an additional service fee to find an issue that I would hope is caught easily during a dryer duct cleaning. I let Dave know I had to pay an additional $140 to find the real drying time issue. His only response was I should have called him before hiring another contractor, but I had no idea the ducting had a tear until the other repair person pulled out and started assessing the dryer. Bottom line I'm disappointed I was referred to Dave for excellent dryer ducting cleaning services, and even after being contacted he did not offer to reduce his fee to me for not catching an issue that should be part of a duct cleaning assess and inspecting all accessible ducting from the dryer to the exit point outside of the house, and that I had to pay another contractor to find. Please be warned before having this company clean your dryer ducts. read more

Phenomenal service I highly recommend Dave! Communication was great. I was never left with questions whether it was what time our appointment was, how much the work was gonna cost, or even what time he was going to arrive. He arrived on time. I asked him to clean the carpet of 4 bedrooms, including closets, and at the last minute asked about a mattress. All work was completed in a very timely manner. This review is long overdue but we want to recommend Dave and his company due to his honesty and compassion. We recently purchased a new home and out in a new dryer. We noticed that our laundry would not dry completely so of course I searched online to see what could be an issue and one of the scary things was seeing it could be a blocked dryer vent. I immediately looked on Yelp and sent a bunch of requests for someone to come out quickly. Within a day I received Dave's message and he was able to come out to our house with in a few days to take a look. He was on time and took his time to check our vent. He concluded that the vent was not blocked but could be our dryer. We were relieved! He also said he was not going to charge us for him coming out. We insisted we pay but he refused and just told us he just wanted us to have a safe home with no blocked vent. We asked if we can gov shim gas money and he still refused! I know that if we had someone else's come out we would have been charged. With that action, he created a customer even though we didn't need his services that day. But I will for sure keep his contact for, if any, future issues. read more

Amazing service!! Dave was my saving grace this past weekend and I couldn't have been more grateful. My carpets were really, truly filthy. We have four dogs and 5 kids living at home at the moment, and with company coming into town I had to do something about the carpets. Dave responded immediately and they were able to come the very next day. My house smells amazing and the carpets look wonderful. I am going to call them again in a few months, not because the carpets don't look beautiful today, but because for the value I can't imagine going anywhere else. Dave is my hero. read more
