We had HORRENDOUS pet stains from a pampered dog of an aging relative. Chem-Dry warned us of the problem with removing the stains and smells and cautioned that they thought it might not come out...but, they would "do their best"....WOW! They spent so much time and worked so hard. It was a dramatic change and so much better! They were correct...but, they helped us to put off the replacement costs. We would recommend All-Star Chem-Dry for repairs to cleaning. We had some water damage from all the rain. We needed new carpet padding, carpet to be tacked back down, cleaned and deodorized. I just had a great experience using All Star Chem Dry. We haven't cleaned our carpet since we bought the house ten years ago. Because of a recent incident, we've decided to have it clean. The best thing is that they uses 80% less water than other methods since we are in drought. The appointment was so easy. Scheduled at a time I wanted. They let me know when they are coming. We had a walk through and then Mike explained the prices for the different options. The whole process took about 2 hours for three bedrooms, hall way and stairs. Some of the tough stains definitely are less obvious, granted the stains were from baby throw up that have been there for more than few years. I feel we have almost new carpet again. I actually added one more item, carpet protection. I didn't have a lit if spits, but an area in my bedroom was grey because our dog likes to rub his back and moves around in a fairly large area so it has discolored the carpet slightly. While Omar was cleaning the master bedroom he cane and got me to shoe me the difference since he did half the side of where it was discolored. I was amazed how good it looked, back to normal. He was quick and also stressed that I need to wear socks if u have to walk in the carpet and to be very careful going from the carpet to my wood floors so I wouldn't slip.
