I used this company for the first time. Carlos was on time, was very professional, answered all my questions, and did a really great job.

I don't usually write reviews unless the service exceeds my expectations. I called 3 other companies and Im glad to find Cleanstone Floor Care. Carlos is very professional, knowledgeable, pleasant and he did a excellent job! He explained the process of cleaning the tiles and sealing it. I appreciate that he gave me different options for his services without over selling. I can't believe when I saw the difference between the tiles that was cleaned and the side that was not. It looks new! (wish I could upload the video). Even my kids noticed that the floor got lighter! Carlos also gave me tips to properly maintain the tiles. Highly recommended. You will be pleased with their service! read more

Elias was the gentleman I dealt with. They helped on a homeowner that I did a bathroom remodel for. Turns out after all of e work that there were some scratches on the travertine. They came in and did a great job. Time let service, had option to pay via PayPal. Will definitely use again read more

Very efficient and knowledgeable. Explained the process snd the outcome we could reasonable expect. Floors looked great after they were done and the grout though not perfect, was a 100 times better than before. Outcome was exactly as they said and better than we expected given the starting condition. Recommend. read more

Great service!!!!! Called for a quote and Carlos came out the next day. I was given good advice that reflected the research that I had done. Shortly after he left I received a quote and license and insurance information I had requested. The quote was a fair price. I immediately approved the quote and was asked to pay a small deposit to secure my appointment which was two days later (by my request). They showed up on time and proceeded to get straight to work. They were very careful not to allow there hoses to damage or leave marks on my walls and baseboards. The job they did was wonderful! Looks like a new floor. They were even able to remove a hard water stain from granite and have it look seamless. I would highly recommend there service. read more

I am soooo happy that we chose Cleanstone to do our carpets. Our carpets were even dirtier than we thought!! Here is what I liked that made this company different: 1. They asked how old my carpet was...I talked to 4 other companies that never asked. Why does this matter? Cleanstone educated me that carpet under 5 years old has be treated differently during the cleaning process. 2. They have pride in their work....they were upfront during the "get to know what you need phase" and took their time to make sure it was done right. They were early to our appt and were efficient in making the carpet sparkle. 3. Customer service seems to me to be falling off the face the earth lately....but NOT with Cleanstone. JC is personable, listens well, is in a great mood and you can tell he loves what he does! It's a pleasure to do business when the business makes it easy to work with them. 4. It was a no pressure negotiation.....no one likes to battle for the value or price of great work and their work speaks for itself. They are competitively priced. You won't be disappointed in choosing Cleanstone....they rock!! read more

Unbelievable work!! So fast, clean, knowledgeable, honest and very professional! Carlos does some amazing work. Just moved into my new place and needed to have my travertine floors cleaned. Carlos taught me everything you need to know about stone flooring. Had several quotes from other stone and floor care company and all they do is talk you into other useless Mickey Mouse garbage. "CLEANSTONE floor care" bottom line the best! Highly highly recommend! You won't be disappointed. If your wondering about price, don't worry Carlos has the best competitive price in town!!!! read more

Denny came to seal our quartz countertop after so many contractors said quartz was not to be sealed. He was professional, personable, and had a lot of knowledge to share about the do's don't with quartz and how to prevent further damage. We will definitely be reaching out when it comes time for the maintenance that all stones require with time. We highly recommend him & his company for any of your stone needs. read more

I scheduled a tile and grout cleaning service for a kitchen, kitchen and hallway and two restrooms and also carpet cleaning service. Two bedrooms, a stairway, landing of stairway and small hallway. I was quoted a particular price and was charged more than I was quoted the tile and grout cleaning was a very very poor job. They came in with a floor scrubbing machine and only cleaned where the machine can go they bid not clean at the corners or around the toilets these areas should have been cleaned by hand. after using the scrubbing machine, they did not do a final mop and dry to show that final product. They just left the dirty water to dry on the tone and after the water dried, it left a heavy residue throughout all the floor tile .Seeing that they're large, scrubbing machine cannot access the areas.I do not recommend this company. The carpet cleaning was decent. I'll go after leaving the areas the carpet cleaning equipment left water on my laminate flooring that also will not cleaned up and left residue on the laminate after the water had dried .After voicing my dislike of the job, they came out to inspect the work and offered to re-clean, but stated that there would be no difference. In the final outcome. Pretty much telling me that's the best they can do. I declined the offer and hired a different company to come out and do the work correctly. Just a quick comparison to a cleaning job you would expect if you take your car to the car wash you would expect them to vacuum the vehicle properly wash and dry your car surface and windows leaving your car, clean and dry with no streaks on your paint job or windows. I was expecting the tile and grout cleaning to be clean and dry throughout all areas of the tile surface. Obviously, this did not happen. My daughter didn't request the entry way to be cleaned your technician cleaned it by mistake then charged for it your quote was $249.00 for the tile and $249.00 for the carpet you charged $253.00 clearly charging more than the quoted. After you offered to redo the job after seeing the your technician did a bad job.I stated I had some meetings today and if you could come on a different day you then rejected to come back a later date. Also if there are sealers on the tile is not a question, you should ask your customers before giving a quote for services aren't you the professional. I was not looking to see my tile looking like if it was brand new. I hired you to clean the tile and grout. Obviously it was a bad job otherwise you will not have offered to redo it. And when I get my car washed, I don't expect it to look brand new I expect it to be clean. keyword is clean. That is what we hired you to do and obviously you did not do it. read more

I sent a message to get a quote, and my initial message was to "Dave" at his cleaning service. Long story short yelp added cleanstone to the list the message was sent to.. and their reply was "no Dave works here. Sorry". So I explained that yelp sent the message to them to give them a change at the bid. He then replied. "We are busy for a while. Thanks". HOW RUDE. I will never use their service. This was a clear example of the lack in customer service that they have. Update: in response to your comment on this post.. I don't need service within the next day or 2. You could have easily gave options. I don't really care if you don't want my business, that's simply bad business, but the rude, short responses were very clear. Also, instead of reaching out to me to resolve any misunderstanding, you post on my comment justifying yourself. That there is bad customer service again. read more

Carlos did an excellent job on our loop berber carpet! I wish I had before and after pictures. The carpets dried in less than 5 hours and smells fresh. He was kind and on time. I will definitely be using him again. read more

Definitely a five star service. Communication throughout the entire was easy and thorough. Including notifications of service times and reminders. Estimate was detailed with no hidden charges and very competitive. A major concern was being able to get scheduled within a few days, considering we are having a Christmas party in a few days; and Joe totally came through. The outcome was as expected; the carpets, stairs, couches and chairs that were cleaned look fantastic. I would recommend and use again in the future. read more

Awesome service! I contacted CLEANSTONE about our master shower. It had gone through a lot before we moved in. We needed to have it deep deep cleaned and sealed. We had a great experience with Carlos and his team. When closing escrow it's difficult to pin point an exact date, CLEANSTONE was very understanding and worked with our schedule. Honest to God!!! this is my first ever Yelp... the level of professionalism and honesty compelled me to do this. I had terrible wax buildup on my ceramic tile for some time now called a couple of companies they were NO SHOW or Over priced... of course I youtubed an attempt it myself what a mess Of course in my desperation I tried one more company "Clean Stone" spoke with J.C. who came out within 2 hours of me calling him. The young man was most of all on TIME!!!, very polite & professional. His recommendations and ideas were right on point AND he was NOT trying to get all the money. As a matter of fact he saved me $650.00 Kudos to J.C. and the Clean Stone Business. . You earned your wings and God bless your business. read more
