Right as I was about to leave the country for 2 weeks, and right before 1 tenant was moving out and another was moving in. So as you can imagine, I was Very stressed. They eased my stress by 100 times though. Every time I talked to them, they brought my stress level down. They pretty much took over and made it so I didn't have to do much at all. They worked with my insurance to get everything covered, dried the place out very quickly, and then got their partner company (Lyons construction) right in to start the reconstruction, so that the kitchen would be functional-able by the time my new tenants moved in. Ritchie the owner, Brandon Coyne the field manager, and then Pe'er with Lyons, were all amazing. Knew there stuff and knew how to take over so I could concentrate on work and enjoy my vacation. Chris quickly explained the process and filed the claim with the insurance company which then all the pieces started to fall into place. After dealing with a messy water damage in the bathroom and not knowing where to start; my bathroom got repaired in no time by Lartek Restoration. I was charged for work that was never completed, and when I requested the invoice to be corrected, I noticed that every charge on the revised invoice had been increased. This king of behavior feels highly unethical. Unfortunately, I had to work with them because they were brought in through my insurance company. But based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to avoid Green Solution Environmental Services. I also want to caution that they appear to operate under another name - Genesis - which I was later told is essentially the same company. This dual identity only adds to the confusion and lack of transparency. In my opinion, it's best to steer clear of both Green Solutions and Genesis. I would not recommend them under any circumstances.

My review is long overdue. Nov 2022 a horrific incident happened to my next door neighbors, which…read moreincluded a house fire. At 12:30am a call was made to AHW, thinking just leave a msg for the next day (Saturday), but was shocked when Mike answered the phone. He and his team were there at 8am to put boards on windows etc. AHW was then hired to do the gutting of the home. All household items, refrigerator, furniture, personal belongings, everything! I'll talk first about their work ethic, they all were extremely professional, honest, dedicated, energetic, and knew what needed to be done. Once the home was emptied out, they went to work on ripping everything down, walls, ceilings, cabinets, flooring etc. Right down to the studs. Everyday they left, everything was cleaned up on the outside, sweeping, hosing down etc. Now the human side to these amazing gentlemen. Again, this was a horrific incident. ALL the staff at AHW were compassionate, empathetic and extremely kind to the family. While cleaning out personal items, they'd put items aside that weren't damaged by fire/smoke/water, that were sentimental to the family. Example, photos, wall painting, Dads Notre Dame and Angels memorabilia, Great Grandma's grandfather clock etc. I believe other companies wouldn't have had the degree of compassion they had, and would have tossed these items. Most just want to come in, get the job done and leave. NOT AHW, they came with their hearts open and empathy shining through. I highly recommend AHW for all the reasons stated above: Professional, Honest, Dedicated, Ethical, Hard Working, Very responsive, Respectful; there's so many positive adjectives I can use for them and it still wouldn't be enough. If you don't believe me, do yourself a favor, if you're ever in need of this type of service, call AHW, I promise you won't be disappointed!
