Last week we contracted FreshDry to complete our annual HVAC & vent cleaning for our dryers here at our apartment community in La Mesa CA. This was our 2nd year using FreshDry and we couldn't be happier with the results. From scheduling and coordinating the work with Crystal, to having it performed by Mike Contreras and Mason Clements, the process was pleasant and smooth. Not to mention very competitively priced. They were even nice enough to provide lunch for the on-site staff as a thank you during their last day of work on the property. Wow! FreshDry is a great company to work with! I reached out last night and was able to have someone dispatched today. I was really impressed by their scheduling process and coordination. Approximately an hour before arrival, I was sent a text showing me the tech's location and eta. I love this because I have spoiled dogs that are overly playful with new guests. First of, they assessed the place and notify us the condition it is currently in. A black light was used to detect urine and man, they went at it... I'm talking kneeling on the floor, using lights/devices to detect any bodily fluids, stains, etc. So to say... their work is thorough and detail oriented. 2.5 years later, I contacted them again for just a basic cleaning. Robert contacted me after I made an appointment request via Yelp. He contacted me right away to set up tile and carpet steam cleaning. We had just purchased a house and our closing date was a bit uncertain. Robert was patient with me as I continued to update him as to whether or not our original appointment would be able to take place. We closed on time but had other contractors push back their work by a couple of days, and so I called Robert less than 48 hours from the new time I was hoping he could confirm. He was able to get our cleaning in sooner than originally planned. He was always professional, cordial, and easy to reach. I had another family member at the house when Robert and his other work partner arrived to conduct the cleaning. We left him to the work and it took around two hours to complete about 1600 square feet. He went through the house and measured everything before he cleaned so that the original quote that was generated with my own measurements when making the appointment online would be accurate. He walked my family member through the house with a blacklight to see if there were any pet stains that needed treatment. We opted to have the enzyme and deodorizer done so that the pet stains from previous ownership would not be an issue. Very reasonably priced for the whole house. Once the cleaning was complete, Robert walked me through the house and shared information about the types of flooring we have (synthetic shag carpeting versus a shorter pile made of a different material, tumbled travertine, terracotta, etc). He made suggestions for how to keep each type of flooring clean and well maintained. We recommend FreshDry for floor cleaning. They will also clean dryer ducting, bathroom fans, and other air ducting, I believe. Reasonably priced and quality work. **Note: I was not asked to post a review by FreshDry. When I did a search for carpet cleaning on Yelp, it seemed like some of the companies were fishing for 5-star reviews to help them show up in consumer searches. Was looking for someone to clean my carpet today ASAP, so i looked into yelp and found Robert with great reviews, and no doubt people were right, so i quickly messaged him to see how much will it cost to do my 400sqft carpet, he shot me his price for $120 since they have a minimum price for them to do the job and i didnt like it because there nothing really much to do with the carpet since its still looks new with a few stains here and there, i tried to lower the price to $100 and he said the least he could do was $110 so we both agreed on the price talking through yelp messenger and then when he got to my house he was kind enough to lower the price for another $10 more since the carpet still looks like new, so overall i paid $100 for him to get out and wash my carpet, total hours spent "4 hours tops" communication was A+ service was A+, he was easy to talk to and deal with. *stripped wax, cleaned tile & grout (sealed the grout)* My husband called in November got the black Friday deal 20% discount on the cleaning only, booked them for today at 9am. They (Robert and Jason) arrived at 8:45am. They helped move the couches, secured the base boards with blue tape to avoid water damage. Jason sprayed the chemical to remove the wax (we've had this wax for about 5-6 years) Robert did the wax removal while Jason was cleaning the grout with A hand wand. They explained the process, they showed my husband the first spot they did and noticed a big difference. Once Robert removed the wax he began the tile cleaning and towards the end both Robert and Jason looked at every angle to make sure all spots were properly treated. This is the second time we use their service (first time they cleaned our carpet -amazing results by the way) and we are very pleased and happy with their customer service and friendliness while keeping a very professional attitude. They provided advise on how to maintain our tile & grout clean (steam mop with exchangeable pads). Robert provided cost for air duck cleaning (our next home project).
