I've called on Tim in the past for carpet cleaning and was very pleased with their service. Recently I called on his business to clean our porcelain tile floors. Tim replied and scheduled us in almost immediately. Tim arrived and got right to work on the floors. At no fault of Tim's and a learning curve to the both of us, the existing polish/wax was lifted and caused an issue. Tim was not happy with the way the floors looked and took it upon himself to try and rectify. After a couple several hour days of trying to fix the issue Tim decided to completely "Strip" the floors to factory finish. With another 8 hour day of work on the floors he was successful...the floors look new! I believe if any other business ran into this issue they would have washed their hands of it.
