We're in Beaumont. We always use Steve. He does carpet, but he also has a buffing machine to scrub your tile. The powerful truck mounted vacuum sucks the carpet nearly dry, and also sucks all the cleaning slop from the tile leaving it dry, too. The old carpet looks new. read more

They did a wonderful job steam cleaning our four bedrooms that had 7 years of wear, that had never been cleaned before. The carpets looked very good when complete and dry. His price was reasonable. My only suggestions are that he let customers know, at the time they schedule the appointment, that he only takes cash and checks, and in the first visit only cash. That took me a bit off guard and then he did not have his receipts with him. However, he did follow up the next day to deliver a receipt as he said he would. It was Sunday. Finding someone to clean carpets on that day is more than a challenge, it's impossible! Steve called me back in a timely fashion & though he couldn't make it that day, we scheduled the cleaning first thing the next morning. Why the rush? We had visitors in town and wanted the house to look polished, though having two Great Danes and a kitten, makes keeping carpet clean - a big challenge. Steve took about 10 mins to explain the process, the equipment used & the pricing. Communication was at its best! When I mentioned the dining room chairs, he gave a discount for adding another cleaning, then mentioned that in the next 30 days if odors do not seem entirely removed or another stain happens, he will come back to the house and re-clean - free of charge! I just had Steve clean my carpet last Saturday (6/14) and I cannot begin to tell you what great of a job he did. As others have said, he explained exactly what he was doing and how if differed from regular carpet cleaning. He explained what machinery he had and how it worked and even offered advised on how to maintain a clean carpet. He did my home in less than 2 hours. I only have 4 rooms with carpet but he gets the job done well and quick. I have had other cleaning companies bring in blowers to dry the carpets and it sometimes took at least 4-6 hours for it to dry. When Steve cleaned my carpet, it was dry within an hour. The machinery he uses is top notch!!! And the pricing is excellent as well. My carpet looked brand new when he was done with it.
