I called Jamie up and he came out and gave me an estimate because I seen him in the Solera complex before and he came in and gave me a price which I thought was pretty reasonable to go in and completely do my entire carpet in my house and my tile throughout the house when he showed up yesterday morning, which was Tuesday and started his magic clean my tiles and carpet took him about three hours 3 1/2 hours to do the whole house and I paid them and he was on his way and he said don't go walking on it till three or four hours because we opened up the windows and we had the fans going in the house so the carpet. I came back five hours later and the carpet looked like it was brand new. I'm not exaggerating. The tile looked like it was just laid. The grout was absolutely perfect. The carpet was. I couldn't even believe that was my carpet. I don't know if he put new carpet in my house or not while I was gone, but it looked that good and he sealed my tile all the grout on my tiles, which will eliminate those issues in the future, I gotta tell you this guy knows what he's doing and make no mistake. Your carpet will look as good as new when he's done with it. I was 100% impressed with his work and from now on in the future I found my carpet cleaning guy, and if you knew what I knew about the way it looked and how he did his job you had to hire him today too price was acceptable not high not low. It's right probably lower than it should've been but this guy does tremendous work and his chemicals and application methods and work ethics are excellent.

Taking calls whole time. I wanted main dining area, entry ways and hallway esp and those were left to end and honestly didn't look like they had even been cleaned, except they were wet. Found him because of Groupon deal, which he said "something was messed up with, they owed him money" so wasn't offering that deal. Chose him because of lure of dryers: maybe he had more than one, I don't know but only one area in one room was dry. Expressed my unhappiness about wet rug and all dirty spots I could see and he said something like some of them you cant get out & well thats what you get for $250. What a crock! I rented rug doctor afterwards, did massive pretreat stain stuff-it took me HOURS. But I got it clean. You can see from photos how much dirt was left. The clincher for me and what prompted this review: he left toilet seat up! Gross. Don't waste your money.
