I'd narrowed down my selection for having the carpet cleaned in our home to the top two ratings and thought I'd give them both a shot at estimates. One place gave it over the phone but couldn't book at date for a month! Universal scheduled an in home personal walk through, gave us an estimate that was comparable to the other company, but slightly cheaper, and our carpet was cleaned within 3 days from the time I made the first phone call to the time it was complete! Not only that, but Todd did a repair to a piece our dog chewed as a puppy on the spot the day of the consultation & what he charged was beyond reasonable! You can't even see where the repair was done. When the cleaning crew arrived, they were professional, courteous & fast! The carpets look & smell so fresh and clean. Just had my porcelain tile cleaned for the first time. It is 15 years old and has only been mopped. THe grout is light but over the years looks dark brown. I can not believe how clean it looks, like brand new. The guys were on time, respectful, polite and explained everything to me. They were happy to add on a couple bathrooms after I saw how great it looked. I am very happy and excited over my new find. Todd put the estimate together quickly, and the crew was there when it was convenient for me. I had one pet stain that I wasn't satisfied with the level of cleanliness once the carpet dried, so Kimberly sent the crew back over to clean the area again. These guys are so professional and courteous. When they finished my carpet i couldn't believe my eyes. All the stains were gone and I was expecting the stains to come back in a few days but they didn't. The price was right and you get what you pay for. Also I was expecting them to take longer than I thought but they were in and out before i knew it. The carpets look brand new and he was able to get my grout back to the original white color. Dustin and Jason did a great job with a difficult, very old carpet. I appreciated the promptness and professionalism. I especially appreciated the shoe covers so I could move around the house while the carpeting dried.
