I first found her on Yelp when I was getting my home ready for an inspection. My house isn't just a home--it's also my place of business, so it really needed a proper deep clean. We started with just the bathroom and kitchen, and I was so impressed with the results that I immediately booked her again to deep clean the rest of the house. At first, I was planning to do the house in pieces (rooms one time, bathrooms another), but Rosie actually suggested it would be cheaper to do the whole house at once instead of splitting it up. I appreciated that she was honest about what made the most sense financially, not just trying to upsell. This is not the first cleaning company I've used. I had tried a larger commercial cleaning company before and thought they did a "normal" job--until Rosie came. My appointment was scheduled for 12:00 PM, but the first cleaner didn't arrive until around 1:30 PM, already over an hour late. On top of that, I was mentioned on my walk through thats three cleaners were going to be working, yet only one arrived initially, the second cleaner showed up about two hours later, and the third cleaner never showed up at all. There was little to no communication about these delays, which felt very unprofessional and disorganized from the start. I was also told the job would take no more than 3 hours because my home "looked very clean and it was I had a deep clean less than a month ago. Instead, the service lasted approximately 7 hours, which is more than double the estimate and completely disrupted my day. The most disappointing part, however, was the quality of the cleaning. I paid for a deep clean, expecting a thorough and detailed service. Unfortunately, that is not what I received. Several areas were either poorly cleaned or completely missed, including items that are typically standard in a deep clean--and even things that should have been covered based on their own checklist. As a paying customer, I should not have to: * Supervise the entire process * Point out basic cleaning tasks * Or explain what a deep clean should include That defeats the purpose of hiring a professional cleaning service. While the cleaners themselves were polite and friendly, the quality of work did not reflect a professional standard. Instead of feeling satisfied, I felt stressed and anxious the entire time they were in my home, and even more disappointed once I saw the final result. I also don't like confrontation, so I didn't address everything in the moment--but I shouldn't have to micromanage a service like this to get basic expectations met. Overall, this experience fell short in terms of punctuality, staffing, time management, and quality of work. This was not a true deep clean, and based on my experience, I would not recommend this company.
