Instead, the service lasted approximately 7 hours, which is more than double the estimate and completely disrupted my day. The most disappointing part, however, was the quality of the cleaning. I paid for a deep clean, expecting a thorough and detailed service. Unfortunately, that is not what I received. Several areas were either poorly cleaned or completely missed, including items that are typically standard in a deep clean--and even things that should have been covered based on their own checklist. As a paying customer, I should not have to: * Supervise the entire process * Point out basic cleaning tasks * Or explain what a deep clean should include That defeats the purpose of hiring a professional cleaning service. While the cleaners themselves were polite and friendly, the quality of work did not reflect a professional standard. Instead of feeling satisfied, I felt stressed and anxious the entire time they were in my home, and even more disappointed once I saw the final result. Each time disappointed when the person shows up with barely a handful of cleaning supplies. When you talk to the Coldren team about a Move Out cleaning the review with you all the details they cover and you can tell they know what getting a rental ready will take. This confidence increased when the team arrived and started to unload professional cleaning tools and cleaning supplies. It was a team not a single person picking up a one time cleaning job.
