I'm very happy with their service and thank them enough for coming. I appreciate how they were in communication with me throughout the quoting process and their services. They came in as a team of three and tackled each room together and left each room , bathroom extremely clean. They were so sweet, considerate, detailed, professional and they really did do an amazing job. I will most definitely be having them back for my next deep clean. read more

Shout out to Brenda for doing an absolutely meticulous job deep cleaning my property in preparation for the next tenant! I really appreciated how she clearly outlined all the services she would be providing up front, so there were no hidden charges or unexpected surprises. She arrived on time, communicated consistently throughout the process, and was incredibly trustworthy, sweet, and kind. Brenda has an amazing work ethic and takes great pride in her work and the place looked spotless when she was done. On top of that, her rates were very competitive. Highly recommend her if you're looking for high-quality, reliable cleaning. read more

Needed a house cleaned for a move out... was disappointed with the service. The kitchen counters were not wiped down. Greasy and food stuck on them. Cupboards are still dirty. The floor is poorly cleaned. We removed several gums and candy spots. It still has trash on them. Shower doors are still filmy with soap scum. Toilets still have scum. Baseboard by kitchen is dirty Sliding doors are dirty. I dont understand how the home was still dirty after a cleaning service. She offered to come back and clean at 8:30 am then 30 minutes before changed the time to 3pm. Not good business etiquette at all. I went ahead and paid another business to do a better job instead. read more

Would NOT recommend after a while she gets complacent and does a mediocre job. Costs you if you want for a refund or to correct the problem. read more

Brenda & her team did a great job deep cleaning our home - we had just finished our kitchen remodel and needed a deep clean desperately! The house was so dusty and there were scuffs and paint splatter on the floors, and while there were a few spots missed, the amazing job that they did on our floors made up for it! Brenda is very responsive & bonus points since she said they use non toxic cleaning supplies! Very happy with the job they did :) read more

I'm in the mountains and requested a quote for a cleaning of my house. Sparkle communicated well when setting up the day/time. They arrived on time and did an excellent job! Good value in my opinion for a two bed/two bath home with a large living room and a lot of windows. I highly recommend. read more

I needed an almost vacant previously rented house cleaned for new person to move in. In the request for quotes I mentioned tile and GROUT cleaning(two very small bathrooms), refrigerator cleaned and baseboards besides general cleaning. Sparkle reached out and I hired them. She told my husband they couldn't clean the refrigerator shelves better because they might break them. Then when he asked about the grout they said they don't do grout. The new vinyl plank flooring throughout the house: when I went the next day and took my shoes off my feet could feel the floor wasn't clean and my feet actually got dirty. Sometimes a floor needs to be checked and gone over again. Very disappointing. My wall switch plates were obviously very dirty from the previous renters. They looked as if they had not been cleaned at all. My husband asked about dusting the ceiling fans and she said no they were too much. Yes, they were very dusty. He told her he at least needed the dust knocked off. She did it for him. But she didn't appear happy about it. So in my opinion maybe they are good for a quick run through on a regular basis. Not for thorough attention to detail cleaning. My brand new stainless steel appliances still had fingerprints all over them from when they were installed. IMO they weren't even wiped down with cleaner. They offered to come back when I complained via text. I was told they would be there "around" 10. This may have just been a difference of opinion but around 10 to me is 9:45-10:15 NOT 10:30. So I cancelled at 10:30 not wanting to wait any longer. Too much money for the amount of cleaning I had to go back and do myself. I will say the bathtub looked great. That's why two stars and not just one. read more

I received focused cleaning and dusting for their flat rate. As a first timer, I asked a few questions, chose their rooms to clean. It's a family cleaning biz top to bottom. Very satisfied. My dust was thick from dirt road traffic. Good to see a great improvement. Will hire them again. read more

They came to scrub oven, ( still a little dirty). The ceiling fans weren't really dusted very good The floors and baseboards were wiped down as was the sinks, tub and toilets. So they turned out nice. ( you really can't go wrong on new toilets though). They were very polite and worked hard for around 2 plus hours. But was hoping the house would look better for the new buyers to move in. read more

Brenda did an excellent job, we've had many home cleaners in the past, and with my wife and i both working and a kid, keeping up with the cleaning can get overwhelming, Brenda was on time, outgoing and professional, we walked the home together and I pointed out some extras I wanted done, and they obliged. Brenda and her team were detailed, which I like, when I clean, I am detailed, even to the point I polish the fixtures, I guess I'm OCD like that, but I, like anyone want a clean home. If you're thinking about hiring them, you should! the price was fair, service was good and the quality of work is something I am happy with. Brenda, we will see you in 2 weeks, thanks again read more

Brenda and her team arrived on time, entered with smiles and worked overtime to ensure our 2400 sq ft home was clean. She by far offers the most competitive price and even cleaned a few "grimier" areas that other companies would have easily charged more for. I like that she asked me to check the areas they cleaned to make sure we were happy and they didn't miss anything. We will be utilizing her services again - I highly recommend Sparkle Home Cleaning! read more

Her team was able to deep clean my entire 1,800 square foot home in about 3 hours for a reasonable price. They did a great job. Asked me to double check to make sure I was happy. I will have them back again

I had the BEST experience with Brenda and her team. We recently moved into a new home that hadn't been occupied for more than 2 years. I needed someone ASAP who would do a deep cleaning that included stove/oven cleaning, baseboards, and interior windows. Brenda assured me that all of those things would be taken care of. Not only did she and her team work quickly (finished our 4 bedroom home in 2 hours!), but every single detail that I asked her to take care of during our text communication as well as during our walk-thru when she arrived was cleaned very thoroughly. Our house smells clean! Brenda and her team alleviated so much stress by helping us. I got in touch with her on a Sunday and she was in our home the very next day! Now that is service and accommodation. I couldn't be happier with the results and I'm so lucky I found her. Her pricing is unbelievably fair and I will definitely be using her business again in the future. I highly recommend her. read more
