Needed a house cleaned for a move out... was disappointed with the service. The kitchen counters were not wiped down. Greasy and food stuck on them. Cupboards are still dirty. The floor is poorly cleaned. We removed several gums and candy spots. It still has trash on them. Shower doors are still filmy with soap scum. Toilets still have scum. Baseboard by kitchen is dirty Sliding doors are dirty. I dont understand how the home was still dirty after a cleaning service. She offered to come back and clean at 8:30 am then 30 minutes before changed the time to 3pm. Not good business etiquette at all. I went ahead and paid another business to do a better job instead. read more

I needed an almost vacant previously rented house cleaned for new person to move in. In the request for quotes I mentioned tile and GROUT cleaning(two very small bathrooms), refrigerator cleaned and baseboards besides general cleaning. Sparkle reached out and I hired them. She told my husband they couldn't clean the refrigerator shelves better because they might break them. Then when he asked about the grout they said they don't do grout. The new vinyl plank flooring throughout the house: when I went the next day and took my shoes off my feet could feel the floor wasn't clean and my feet actually got dirty. Sometimes a floor needs to be checked and gone over again. Very disappointing. My wall switch plates were obviously very dirty from the previous renters. They looked as if they had not been cleaned at all. My husband asked about dusting the ceiling fans and she said no they were too much. Yes, they were very dusty. He told her he at least needed the dust knocked off. She did it for him. But she didn't appear happy about it. So in my opinion maybe they are good for a quick run through on a regular basis. Not for thorough attention to detail cleaning. My brand new stainless steel appliances still had fingerprints all over them from when they were installed. IMO they weren't even wiped down with cleaner. They offered to come back when I complained via text. I was told they would be there "around" 10. This may have just been a difference of opinion but around 10 to me is 9:45-10:15 NOT 10:30. So I cancelled at 10:30 not wanting to wait any longer. Too much money for the amount of cleaning I had to go back and do myself. I will say the bathtub looked great. That's why two stars and not just one. read more

They came to scrub oven, ( still a little dirty). The ceiling fans weren't really dusted very good The floors and baseboards were wiped down as was the sinks, tub and toilets. So they turned out nice. ( you really can't go wrong on new toilets though). They were very polite and worked hard for around 2 plus hours.
