Idk they have cool things. I found good things. Not more than 10 clothing items. and I paid 58!!! I got 6 kid books. Basic tops. And 2 jeans . And the prices are decent. The only thing that's crazy expensive is the jewelry. Like I know damn well a jade bracelet that I could get for $20 at a crystal shop is not $60!!! It's probably fake. ?? It was 7:40 and they close at 8pm and a lady with a high ass bun was saying out loud they'll be closing in 10 minutes????? It felt like I was being watched by an older man too. He kept fixing the racks when I wasn't really even touching them. And i started to fix them like how he had them and he would still go back a fix it. Like boy. Relax I guess it's my fault for coming in at 7 ? But it was 7:40 and they still had 20 minutes. The store though is super organized, maybe because they fix whatever you move right away lol. And idk the workers gave me weird vibes. Good stuff though and prices are better than good will /: 7/10 read more

I want to start by saying that I believe secondhand stores are meant to serve the community by making gently used items available at affordable prices while still allowing the business to make a profit. That balance is what makes secondhand stores so valuable, especially for families who may not always be able to afford retail prices. I have donated to this location several times throughout the years because I genuinely believed my donations were going back into the community and helping families find good-quality clothing and other items at reasonable prices. I have also shopped here many times. Unfortunately, over time, I have started noticing a huge difference between the mission of a secondhand store and the way items are actually being priced and handled at this location. I have personally seen items that I donated later being sold for $15-$20, while other used clothing in good condition is routinely priced at $10 or more. At that point, I have to ask myself: How is this still considered affordable for the community? Another frustrating issue is the lack of Apple Pay. In today's world, contactless payment has become extremely common, and not accepting Apple Pay is a major inconvenience for customers. I have also experienced situations where two identical items were priced differently. When I pointed this out to an employee, the store refused to honor the lower price and told me the other item would simply be put back on the floor in three or more days. When the products are essentially identical, that kind of response feels unnecessarily difficult and disappointing from a customer-service standpoint. After giving this location numerous chances, I have decided that I will no longer be donating here. Instead, I have started seeking out local mothers and families who are actually in need and giving my items to them for free. Honestly, I feel much better knowing that my donations are going directly to someone who needs them rather than being marked up and resold. I understand that organizations such as Goodwill and the Salvation Army need to make money in order to operate. I completely understand that these businesses have expenses and need to generate revenue. However, when used items are being priced so high that they are comparable to or sometimes not much cheaper than what you could purchase brand-new at Walmart or Target, I have to question who the store is really serving. Growing up, my parents didn't always have the money to buy brand-new clothes and shoes for me at the beginning of the school year. Being able to find clean, good-quality clothing at an affordable price made a huge difference for my family. Now that I am in a better financial position, I could easily go to Walmart or Target and spend $25 or more on something brand-new. Instead, I have intentionally chosen to shop at secondhand stores because I want to support businesses that I believe are helping the community. Unfortunately, the pricing, customer service, cleanliness, and overall management at this location have left me extremely disappointed. I truly hope management takes feedback like this seriously. Please do better not just for yourselves as a business, but for the community you are supposed to be serving. There are families who genuinely rely on secondhand stores to find affordable necessities, and they deserve better. read more

I found so many amazing brands and prices are amazing. The store is immaculate. The owner said she has OCD because everything is so clean and color coordinated and organized. I could literally get lost in here, but I found some amazing namebrand shoes and the cutest Max Studio two piece lounge outfit for three dollars because they offer 50% discount off of certain tags daily, but the Takeaway is super clean, super organized and really amazing pieces and some designer finds! read more

A star does not even justify this place. I was a regular customer for years until now. Their "qualty goods " and service has gone downhill. They have no sense of customer service. I Went in to shop and later ended up setting stuff aside that I didn't want, I tried to clarify with the staff but instead what they ended up doing is recording against my permission and even followed and harassed me to my car and kept recording me and my license plate after I told them not to. For your safety and experience do not come here.

Mega Thrift Store - be aware of this person and other staff - Thrift Stores Near Me - Rialto, California

It's a bigger store in an older building, so the inside doesn't look very inviting, but they try to keep it organized. The last few times I went, there was always someone offering you a shopping cart and they were friendly. The most annoying thing is the red wax marker they use to price their items. Not only is the number often not legible, it is near impossible to get off of many products. read more

Bad customer service and they act like they don't take Apple Pay when I have used it before and their machine has tap to pay. Extremely rude saw them also kick someone out and stock them harassing a customer out. Very unwelcoming and unprofessional environment and dirty. read more

Since we moved away, this was our first time back in a while. It turned out to be a rather spectacular experience for my kid who found several items on their wishlist, all at surprisingly good prices. I found several goodies for myself, too. We both don't like to see wax marker prices scribbled onto actual items when it ruins the item, and they do not offer discounts on those damaged items. They can never do anything (like price an item) without some elusive manager present, which is another drawback as they seem to never be there. I think it's just an excuse they make but Idky. They say they don't take Discover but my kid used their Discover debit card last night without a hitch, so there's another mystery. None of these things take away from our overall opinion which is: this thrift store is goofy and we like it. read more

Horrible !! went by today and almost everything i saw was WAYY WAYY too expensive!!! it's not fair because thrift store are supposed to be affordable for people in need, the clothes were too worn out , stained, and old the get this stuff for free mind you... i don't recommend this place at least not until they fix their prices for something more reasonable charging so much and they can't even have the place looking nice ... read more

I don't know where these reviews are coming from but I didn't have the same experience. To begin as soon as I walked in, a lady next to the door offered me a cart. I declined, but I appreciate the thought. I then began to stroll around the store and was surprised with the organization! The mens t-shirts that I looked at were organized by color or I'm tweaking. I looked at the prices and found two shirts I liked since I'm not a very seasoned thrifter and generally very picky about my clothes. Each shirt was .99 cents! Excuse me but I've never seen those kinds of prices before. One shirt has a minor hole but it's not visible so I don't care, and the other shirt is in pretty mint condition. The total was like 2.10? I would certainly recommend this place for people, they have such a wide variety of items I saw books, electronics, some school supplies, shoes, dresses, jeans. read more

Way too expensive for a thrift store. The staff is nice but whoever is pricing the stuff is thinking it's a consignment store.

WOW! I haven't been in this store for a while. Yesterday, 4/6/26, I did a little shopping. Multiple boards in the store have "Pink tags, 50% off, Yellow tags, 40% off". So, I specifically shop for those colored tags. At check-out I recognize the young lady and comment I hadn't been in the store for a long time. She responds, "You picked a good day, 25% off". Wouldn't it be safe to say that pink and yellow tags have their discount and the rest is 25% off? NOPE! You can't see the prices they ring up, so I get home, look at the receipt and ALL had the 25% discount! Very misleading and a bit of false advertising, wouldn't you say? I feel ripped off! They lost this customer. read more

Honestly Everytime I come here , I'm extremely disappointed. If you purchase clothing , they'll say that the tag is tampered with , and won't even sell it to you . All the tags are like that so it was wierd to justify saying that . Last time I'm coming here , urge you to go somewhere else read more

Pricing of non clothing items way too high. Sad to think this store is supposed to help people.

good stuff , some stuff is pretty overpriced. and the workers everytime i go the employees are always so unhappy and looking annoyed.

I had found a really cute pink Victoria's Secret lunch bag. I seen the price tag right when I put it on the counter. I've turned away, and the girl ripped off the tag and said that there was no tag so I couldn't buy it.. she really wanted that bag more than me, disgusting rude mean looking employee "girl". I was not about to argue with her.. All employees are nice, but she is the only one who is always rude. I come here every now and then. read more

Been to this thrift a few times and they're prices keep going up. I found a cute tea cup that was marked .98 when I checked out they wouldn't sell it to me for that price. They claimed they don't sell anything for a dollar but I saw several glassware and products marked as a dollar. Just bummed because I thought this was a nice place before. read more

Not overly crowded, good deal days, still has the old thrift store prices we all love (4x$1 rack!), good background music, organized, friendly customer service, you're greeted and given a cart upon entry. I almost didn't do this review in fears of making this place even more popular, however after years of being a customer and seeing how they've kept true to the thrift store culture and most importantly not radicalizing their prices, I must give them social praise. Keep it up Mega Thrift! read more

Went for the first time today, it wasn't until I got home that I noticed the receipt was incorrect. The sign said that blue tags were 40% off, but after reviewing the receipt, it was only marked 25% off because it was their "daily" discount. Also, there was an extra item that we did not purchase.. Very disappointed, will not be back. read more

This is my second time visiting this store. Anita is the sweetest! The store is kept so organized, neat and clean.

This place has the absolute WORST customer service! They try to change the prices from what is marked when you go to the register, they treat you like you're a thief, follow you around the store, won't let you use your debit card to pay if you don't spend enough money. They are just horrible people. Not to mention the disarray of the store itself! It's messy and disorganized and don't even ask for help! They are too good to help you! Never going back! read more

I read the reviews about this place being expensive but thought I'd check it out today, considering sometimes value can validate price. I didn't go empty handed either, I donated a comforter set and cat tower in pretty good condition. The lady in front was rather dismissive and didn't as much smile or thank me for the donation. Regardlesss, I took a look around and found a mini rickety coffee table, in desperate need of polish. I figured I'd ask for a discount given it was wobbly and explained to the lady my idea of glazing it and asked if there was a discount for also donating/credit I could use. She simply said "no maybe it's rickety, It's $90, I like it too so I'm going to keep it". At that point it's not really about the table, rather the cold attitude, overpriced items labeled as vintage, and not the best service. I ended up leaving empty handed and will be donating elsewhere going forward. read more

Has an excellent collection of items, some of the stuff in the boutique is impressive as well, I do have an issue with the method for pricing things though, the use of a red grease pencil really ruins some of the items, especially when written on books, if they could just find a way to price things without defacing the items they would be perfect, and regardless I still make sure to recommend them whenever I can. read more

I've came here for years and have always loved this thrift store and thought the prices are fair however recently I can tell there's someone new working there pricing things and the prices have gotten RIDICULOUS. Marking second hand shoes for $30 is ridiculous including janky toys missing pieces overpriced. At that point you can buy brand new don't forget you guys are a THRIFT STORE where everything is donated. Whoever is new that's pricing things there needs to get fired or put someone else in charge, people will stop going. read more

some prices can be diabolical such as 35 dollars for a shirt but you can find something good for cheap every now n then , staff is nice

Tried to message the owner and no response. So now, I'm sharing. I was wondering what the thought process was. I entered the thrift store with no mask because the mandate was lifted. Was immediately approached by a man wearing a mask, he asked if I had a mask. He then proceeded to sell me one out of an opened box that was labeled $1. I decided a mask from my truck was more appealing and probably more sanitary, so I returned to the store wearing a mask. I then see employees not wearing a mask. At this point I'm already confused. The man at the door wanted to sell me an unsanitary mask that was definitely not for re-sale and the employees are not required to wear a mask??? Please make it make sense. read more

On May 8th, 2025, my husband and I visited Mega Thrift, where we were always treated respectfully, with friendly associates ready to assist and answer questions. One associate , whose name , I unfortunately do not know, is aware of health problems that affect my husband and myself. She offers compassion and assistance. Today, I was having a severe reaction to my medication and was feeling quite distressed. The young woman behind the counter said she was unable to help me as she was not a manager. After an embarrassing accident , she refused to provide any tissues or napkins , never asked if I was alright and said it's against store policy to do so . Really? An elderly woman is having problems and no kindness can be offered because ' it's against store policy'. I'm quite certain if it had been her grandmother, she would have expected her to be treated with compassion. I had to change my clothes, clean myself up and purchase something to wear out of the store., A compliance clerk had the audacity to call. over to me ' Make sure you pay for that dress' ! I told him it should be free after the way I was mistreated. Simply stated, this was elder abuse. While my husband was paying, he asked the clerk her name which she refused to provide. Usually, my husband and I enjoy going to Mega Thrift. Today was our last ever visit. I only wish I could give 0 stars Thank you . read more

Good selection of items... some things are overpriced (some toys and houseware items, for example) but the clothes are priced very reasonably. Be careful shopping here, they will accuse you of swapping price tags because "they can't believe that item is that low" they need to work on a better tag system if it's that easy to "switch tags". Not to mention the customer service is absolute garbage. I will never be coming to this location again! Be warned, if you want to be treated like a criminal give this store a try, if not go somewhere else with better service! read more
