The clerks are very helpful, and the store is well-maintained. I have found items that are brand-new and less expensive.

Very high prices for a thrift store. Not very friendly service, almost Rude,. Not a welcome feeling, even when you walk in.

Large selection of records and CD's. Staff is not friendly or approachable. I must say that Cristina the cashier was pleasant and helpful. There was another young man sitting by the door who took my two kids clothes to hold them was very nice too. Employees were complaining when rearranging the furniture female employees complaining of the work. Prices were a bit high for me for being a thrift store as everything is donated to them. GREED. One thing comes to mind when going in a Thrift Store is bargain, bargain and cheap! Went on aisles that interested me like the fall decors as well as Christmas novelty items. They are priced like new goods you can buy at a department store. Like a an old small plastic pumpkin for $0.99 which I can get for the same new ones ... I didn't stay long !! Your pricing stinks. Almost everything is overpriced. Most of your broken furniture is over $100.00.

Cashier Cris was super helpful. There was an item that was clearly over priced and she took the time to help make sure I was able to purchase at a more appropriate price (reaching out to a manager to double check). One of my go-to thrift spots. I love a good hunt, so if you're not a hunter you will not appreciate this store. You do need to pick through shelves and go through the aisles with an optimistic eye. Hey, you guys have a nice thrift store, but five dollars a record? no one is gonna buy those records. some of those records you can't even give away I know records trust me you should sell those for a dollar each tops. , if you do, I guarantee you more people will buy them! thank you. I always check thrift stores for records. Most is always classical or not good records. Sometimes you get lucky .. but if I know you sell them for $5? They should rename it "The Melting Pot Store" they are so welcoming to all who enter their doors, whether you are shopping or working you feel like you belong. l do like the sales they have at the store that's probably the best thing about Redlands thrift. I like all the employees with the exception of one young girl who always seems very unfriendly. My biggest complaint about Redlands Thrift is how they do their pricing on their clothing, shoes, handbags and several other things for instance on their price list it will say $5.99 and Up for stretchy pants so you never know how much something is going to cost until the cashier girl decides what she thinks the price should be on something and most of the time each cashier will tell you a different price and it's usually higher then what they have on the list. I have never shopped at a store that prices things like this it's absolutely ridiculous!! read more

Employee cat calling me completely gross and stood there and stared at me and just said wow as I waked away I found a piece I liked that was actually a brand new piece from Marshall's tagged at 20 bucks and they were selling it for the same price ! I asked the employee and manger if that's the correct pricing because since its a thirft store it should be cheaper and he kept saying how's it's an antique I was like are you serious and I flipped it over and showed him the prices tag from Marshall's like so silly to pricing items where they were sold in retail store I would give 0 stars if I could read more

this has been my favorite thrift store for the longest time! I used to live nearby and so I found it and would go all the time. Even though I've moved 30 minutes away I still take the 30 minute drive out to this specific thrift store because it just has the best diversity of items and the best customer service. definitely worth the value! read more

They do own some other retail locations and if true, probably use this inventory to stock and resell at a higher price . Extremely expensive considering they get everything donated to them. Very large with a lot of bigger furniture pieces, and glassware, etc. Has a silent auction space in the back with things like comic books, Pokémon cards, etc. I was a but turned off by the prices. YMMV. read more

Redlands thrift store is quite large with a lot of clothing, household items and much more... It isn't high quality, and it's definitely a hot sauna in there due to zero A/C or air flow. We we're there for about 35 minutes, and we we're dripping sweat. Kids found a few good finds but not our favorite thrift shop. read more

Overall a good place to find just about anything from electronics, tools, clothes, dvd's. My only complaint is the pricing which seems random, especially for electronics and tools. Decent thrift store! Pay attention to the sales and deals that they have here. Apparently Thursdays, you can get 50% off purses, bags, and shoes and after 3 PM you get an additional discount? Some days you can get 10 pieces of clothing for $10. There's also random sales and specials announced on the intercom. Shop smart and keep this in mind! Also free toys in this toy chest for kids as well, if I recall correctly. It's always a rule of thumb just to never buy anything that has the potential of breaking (lol electronics), so that was a section that we completely skipped over. There's lots of clothes, books, toys, holiday items, and they even have a section outside for much larger goods (chairs, yard and garden items, traffic cones, etc.). Also pretty neat that they have a silent auction area with fancier/more rare items and gives you a starting bid for them. FYI, it DOES get pretty dusty in there, so might actually be best to keep your masks on (in addition for COVID protection). We really didn't see much that stood out to us, so we didn't purchase anything but it was a nice way to kill some time. read more
