I like that it feels more curated than chaotic, which is not always the case with thrift stores. It's an easy and quick detour off the 10 when traveling to or from the Palm Springs area, so stopping in never feels like a big commitment. The main floor here is large and absolutely packed with all the books, movies, blankets, and odds and ends you could ask for as well as a super cool outside area out back with some tools and other random odds and ends. Overall, this is a cool little thrift store in the absolute middle of nowhere. I've never heard of Running Springs before but this shop had charm and small town vibes that are nice to see when escaping the city.
