One thing comes to mind when going in a Thrift Store is bargain, bargain and cheap! Went on aisles that interested me like the fall decors as well as Christmas novelty items. They are priced like new goods you can buy at a department store. Like a an old small plastic pumpkin for $0.99 which I can get for the same new ones ... I didn't stay long !! But if you are willing to pay the price there are still other items might fit your needs Prices of some items on a glass display were not visible or marked!

I love stopping in random thrift stores. You never know what you're going to find. This one had a bunch of stuff. It's not like the typical "Goodwill". I was huge and had stuff everywhere. My daughter and I did find a few things we left with.

Great place just seems to be overpriced for second stuff that's given to them for free.

Cris was super kind and took the time to explain how the color tags, pricing, and weekly/monthly deals worked.

Went in looking for pie dishes at Goodwill, Salvation Army, and other thrifty stores but couldn't…read morefind any. I finally found some (three) from a few shelves here. It's an interesting setup. The merchandise you are buying isn't all from one person. Many sellers might share a space with their goods. I had a nice time exploring all the curated goods. This spot seems to have more variety than the other antique stores around town. If you ever need vintage bakeware that's affordable, I encourage you to try here!

GREAT PLACE TO CHECK OUT WHEN IN REDLANDS. JUST DON'T GET TOO EXCITED…read more Why shouldn't you get excited? Continue reading below to find out why... I've visited here plenty of times before. Not often do I find myself buying something, mainly because I am usually searching for something very specific. Their selection on items here is very good. Moreover, this is one of the bigger places in Redlands for antique shopping. The service here is not all too bad, but I can't say it is regularly welcoming or friendly. I often feel no different than being inside a museum when walking in. You know, that feeling as if you are welcome so long as you do not touch anything? Or like that place you walked into at the wrong time unless you had some real purpose being there? That's the feeling! Moreover, it feels a lot more awkward buying something... AND IF you up buying something you really like, BEWARE! Please read my short experience: Quite recently I visited and happened to find a Polaroid Sun LMS. It was in really nice condition but the exposure button was jammed. I had one of the gals there help me get it out of the glass enclosure as it appeared to be in a locked glass window cabinet. I was thrilled about the find and it clearly was noticeable. I reacted as if I just struck gold! Moreover the camera was even to be discounted at 20% off - it was in the discounted area which was clearly marked. To the woman who helped me get the camera, I asked her to hold onto the camera for me as I wanted to check out the other cameras there... She held onto it for me at the check out desk which I returned for a few minutes later. Well upon checking out to pay for the item, a differently lady this time, took the camera and casually tore off the cute hand written paper price tag off in the most awkward way. I saw the price tag for a good moment just before it was torn off the string and crumpled into her hand... I swear I saw the price was written for $18. When all was final at the check out desk, the item's final price was not $18, it twice as much... $35 is what I got rang up for. The price somehow doubled. That was a really awkward feeling moment - you know, that feeling you get when you absolutely know you've just been jipped? I had asked if that price included the 20% off... to which the woman simply said "yes", with no explanation from her of what initial price I got the 20% off from. Her response was short and insincere. The whole check out process was ironic too because they have this really aged system for ringing up a customer. They use this older looking computer that looks like it runs some kind of old IBM computer system. Anyways, I doubt I got the 20% off, and I feel like I paid more than what they initially priced the item up for. I'm not usually the suspicious type but my intuition rarely ever lets me down. I wasn't going to make a deal about it though. People probably rarely buys stuff from here as it is. So I paid the $35. Lesson learned! THE LESSON: When shopping here, don't get all excited when you come upon something that excites you and know that you will end up buying. Definitely make sure you get a clear look at the price tag and walk the item up yourself... otherwise the price might take a hike when you least expect it. I hope this information helps you while shopping for antiques. Closure: The Polaroid ended up being worth the gamble and I wasn't expecting to find this camera. Oddly I walked into this antique store only hoping on the chance they would have a vintage Polaroid anyways. I'm happy to report it is in GREAT condition and it was worth the gamble. Everything works! The button was jammed because it had an old used original Polaroid film pack that remained inside it.

This stores prices are outrageously ridiculous. I don't know who prices things or what their policy…read moreis for pricing but it definitely is a rip off. I was in the checkout line paying when the employee stated they couldn't sell me an item that I was literally checking out and paying for. They stated it was priced wrong ($15.99 was the price on the tag and it was a sale color tag) and their policy is to not sell the item. She stated it would need to go to the back to be repriced and wouldn't be back on the floor for sale until the next day. I even went as far as to speak with a manager to request it be priced so I could purchase but they refused. The manager said it will be back on the floor first thing tomorrow for sale. So I left and a few hours later I was in the area again and decided to go back and just try and see out of curiosity. To my surprise there it was back on the floor just 3 hours later and now priced at $26.99!!!! I was so confused and couldn't believe it. So not only are they blatant LIARS when they stated it was their policy for it to be taken off the sales floor and not to be sold until the next day but they also have no rhyme or reason for pricing items. They just get to pick and choose when to not sell something because they don't feel it's priced high enough. I also saw a men's designer button up priced at $104.99 like what!!! They do realize they are located in the worst area of San Bernardino. So all around if I could give them 0 rating I would. Thrifters beware this place has shady employees and policies.

The new self checkout helps to increase the speed of what was once a long line. The technology is…read morea bit clunky and weird but I think I get it now-- if you're using a debit card, it's quicker to choose "credit". When I choose "debit" it declines. They had an actual security guard at the door this time. He was very attentive and cordial. Something bad must have happened for them to hire security. There are still plenty of staff directing traffic at checkout. I prefer to shop upstairs, as downstairs is just overcrowded with shoppers in the clothing aisles. My previous review still stands, as well.
