I had no idea there were any out here because when I looked online it doesn't show these addresses. I was able to get tons of clothing and I love everything that I got. I'm very excited that I can come shop here. I'm a size 20 and I wear between a 2X and a 3X depending on the type of clothing. There's tons of clothing to choose from. The only downfall is you can only try on three items at a time. So it took me a while to try things on. I had to keep putting my clothing back on after trying on my items and going back-and-forth multiple times. Another thing too is that their dressing rooms are warm. If you're a big girl you know that we need the air on full blast when we're trying to maneuver into clothing. Other than that there was no issues. Found some great items on the sales rack as well. Line up twice at Guest Service. Cause first line was for Lost & Found. But above sign state Guest Service. Maybe cause I'm not Diamond or Turquoise. Staffs just directed me to up other side. Line up again. Gotten Trudy check for me said its in your card. This voucher was given cause of the Long Line, wait & inconvenience encounter on the Shopping Spree . So went back to 1891 store again to finish my transaction. This time question by Oscar Lead Supervisor, was questioning me and tells me to go back to Guest Service AGAIN! This time I TOLD him to go there himself. Told him I talked to TRUDY. And the Supervisor there is Irma & Alma. I was so irritated & so UPSET! From a nice day to shop first time in these store. To a very BAD Humiliation encounter. Since his the LEAD he should have known about these vouchers & was inputted in my card. The HUMILIATION that I encounter:( My son witnesses these, that informed me I have to put it in writing. To informed higher up about these incident, that no patron or customers should ever encounter. There are a few things we've found here that have stood out... First - The employees are just wonderful. From Devi herself to everyone who works for her. I *really* appreciate that, even for an obvious "chick store", they don't make the Husbands/boyfriends/misc. men feel unwelcome. They girls here are always willing to chat the guys up and engage them in helping select ensembles for their significant others. Aaaaand... if the guy just wants to relax.. there's the "husband couch" which has been mentioned before. And I'll tell you from experience.. Its comfy!!! Second - The prices. Now I will grant you; you are not going to find the same kinds of low prices here that you would at, say, Ross Dress For Less. However, the items here are of a much higher quality. That being said - the prices here vary. Customers with just about any and every budget can find all kinds of fun things here. From simple to fancy to ooooh la la - when it comes to clothes and fashion accessories here. They also have sidewalk sales which my wife can attest to is a source of some fantastic finds. Third - And we just recently discovered this... they have LAYAWAY! YEA BABY!
