After the weekly ad posts it takes a few days for them to stock the new products. Discounted sticker items are sometimes available even in the middle of the day, which is nice. This location does get plants, unfortunately something must not be right with the shipment speed or conditions because the plants are usually mangled and half dead. When the money trees came in a few weeks ago they were all in cold shock, but being sold at normal price.

I'm literally in and out of this store. The staff is decent, but they could use a raise (some are a little bitter and burnt out). I've spotted plenty of security and parking. Overall, this store is very spacious and clean. I love the little Polar Bear cutout inside, it's charming and definitely fills my heart with joy.

Everything is easy to find and this location seems to always be thumping. I stopped in for some hydration (water, powerade zero) and grab and go food (nuts, fruit). I was greeted when I walked in! Customers seem nice, this one guy looked me up and down and said the craziest line to me (not repeating that) followed by, "Where you going looking that good, like that...With me?"... I had to politely exit as he apologized for being next level beyond parched aka thirsty. Traffic can be busy on certain days in the area it's just the San Berdoo/SB/San Bernardino way, but was smooth sailing getting here as well as in and out. I checked out at the last register and the clerk who rang me up was personable, but she also coughed in my direction as she was about to start ringing me up twice. People cough, but this was definitely a long day or on coming cold (that time of year) kind of collection... I sanitized up bagged me groceries (part of the Food4Less experience) coming down the left or right conveyor belt - used to love doing that as a kid when parents would pay). Security was cool, but very stoic - encountered what I would deem color characters outside. Definitely a solid F4L for grocery needs of all sorts + the best deals!

The main reason we go to this market is for their selection of Maine Root soda. They have a great…read moreselection. If my review stopped here, they'd get a great score. They price these sodas at 2/$5.00 or a 4-pack for $8.99. Here is my issue. They stock the shelves as single bottles with none being stocked in their respective 4-pack carton. Every time I'm getting rung up at the register, I ask them about this. I let them know I'm purchasing 4 and should get the price that is clearly tagged on the shelf. It's a literal fight to get them to honor their pricing and at least 90% of the time they will not sell it for the price THEY HAVE TAGGED ON THE SHELF. I've walked out several times leaving the product at the register. The last time this happened, I asked to speak with the manager on duty. When I told her of the situation (and that it happens repeatedl) she apologized and asked me if I could call the next day and talk to THEIR employee to straighten out the situation. As if it's my job to take care of their poor business practices. I'm not a manager there, and I'm not on their payroll. It's their job to rectify the situation, not the customers. If they don't want to honor their pricing, great, take the tags off the shelf. What they need to do is train their cashiers to honor the price clearly tagged on the shelf. That would take all of 2 minutes to accomplish. Another thing they could do is clipstrip some flattened 4-pack holders right there hanging on the shelf (by the tag that clearly states the 4-pack price). It's a very easy situation to rectify. Its not my job, as a customer, to do it. The employees have such a bad attitude when I'm discussing the situation with them. I don't enjoy shopping here. So I don't anymore. As a consumer, I vote with my wallet.
